Date For Men

I bought both his fragrances for men, that being Office and Date. I went into this fully expecting to hate these fragrances, due to all the hate by "fragrance reviewers" on youtube and members of the fragrance community here. I took my first smell and thought f%#&, these smell great. I do not understand the hate for these fragrances. Are they expensive, yes. Absolutely, without a doubt. Why? We can only guess. Maybe the juice inside is so well blended that it need to make up for it. Maybe the ingredients costed so much they couldn't do anything in the way of bottle design and box. I don't know, and unless you work in the operation you wont either. Bottle and box design are boring, but if the fragrance smells good... who cares. I think people let their zelophobia get in the way of giving this a honest and open minded review. Which is sad because if not for the hate, someone may have found their signature fragrance that works for them. Instead of an honest review, they attack it out of jealousy. I would have hoped our community is better than that. I guess I may have been mistaken. Now for the truth. Is this everything it was said it was? Yes, this is a compliment beast for those that are not fragrance snobs. Most all people will like this fragrance. If you are interested, go and buy the small tester bottle and try it before committing to the whole bottle because it is a bit pricey. Don't expect much in the way of presentation, as I said though it should be about the smell not looks. This fragrance does last a good amount of time. Spray accordingly. Over spray anything will make you sick and under spray will make it forgettable.. keep that in mind. Do I personally like it? yes, it smells great. Is it my style? no. Will I wear it? sure if the mood strikes me. Will I buy another bottle? maybe? I would like the price to get a little bit lower. As i always say, try before you buy. Stay healthy, stay safe. BOGO sale makes this fragrance worth it. For ~$120 per bottle, this fragrance is absolutely in the realm of great designer fragrances. Opening is strikingly similar to Paco Rabanne Invictus Aqua / Hawas Ice, but in my opinion it is MUCH less synthetic and harsh. Then for an hour turns into jpg Ultramale, but more sophisticated, complex, and overall much better. After this, it has a deep, subtle musky undertone (must be the oud) and maintains some of that sweetness but it dials back a little, revealing the cardamom and vetiver. Overall a great fragrance but only if you purchase it while on sale, I’ll say it easily beats most fragrances at the $120 price point especially for clubbing / partying / going out. If you are buying this fragrance, you are supporting Jeremy’s hard work, and the price tag on it for full retail will reflect so. (You are buying the name) Opening: 8/10 Drydown: 9/10 Longevity: 8/10 (8-10h) Projection: 9/10 Overall Fragrance Quality: 9/10 Versatility: 7/10 Price: 4/10 Overall: 8.5/10, if you like this fragrance, it could be a 10/10, for me it definitely is.

So, I had told myself "I am never paying those prices for his frags! Crazy for a influencer" But then he did a mad promotion of over 60 percent off. Whilst the box and bottle are generic, boring and tacky (like some cheap soap shop bland rubbish) the attomiser is fantastic. One of the best. So, first spray... Bosh... Oh shit ok.... Ok hang on. So I just do a normal spray routine *neck (left,front,back) both shoulders of clothes. Wife is sat the other end of the front room (long 20 foot front room) she asks "have you just put some aftershave on?" Ok, jezza, ok... She can smell it from the other end of the room... Opening, fresh AND strong and get a cardamom hit too. Reminds me of something, then it changes to lovely woods and vetiver. It's strong. It's not overpowering. But it's very strong. Would I buy it full price? No. Would I buy it again on discount? Absolutely yes. Id recommend getting some samples of his if you're ever thinking of buying at discounted prices! I blind bought this and do not regret it.

Hey everyone! I don’t know why some people are hate this one. It’s a beast complimant getter it projects well 10+hour longevity easy at least on my skin. I had numerous compliment on this one, and I love it as well. It’s a quality strong sweet scent anyone who likes sweet ones it’s a blind buy, an if you don’t like sweet ones don’t cry here just don’t buy it it’s easy as that. And everyone else who complainting about the price, you have to buy in a bundle on the website and you got them way cheaper problem solved, even if there is no bundle I would buy this one anyway cause it’s a sexy sweet fragrance with quality notes and it’s projects crazy as well. It’s really good for a date even though every girl has different taste of course I can see girls hate on that one cause it’s sweet and they like more spicy ones it’s alright but even them they would say it’s nice but not their cup of tea. So stop hating people cause Jeremy made it, you can do whatever you like in your life if you really want it.

I guess I’m surprised this is rated so low. It’s a sweet mass appealing, extremely long lasting, projection beast fragrance that garners compliments. That alone should pull this rating up to a 4 at least. Is it the most unique fragrance? No, but it’s not an over done dna either and performs better than others people think are similar. My wife loves the smell of this on me as do many others. Is it a date night fragrance? I don’t think so. Perhaps that’s where the disconnect is. One of the attributes this fragrance has also makes it somewhat inappropriate for a date night. The projection. It’s a monster. I love that. So I suppose it depends where your date night is. Dinner out? I don’t think this works for that. This really is a stunning fragrance though, and although expensive on its own, fragrance one runs specials all of the time. Today for example, it’s 100 dollars for a 100ml. Based on scent and performance, it’s absolutely worth 100 dollars.

Waited on the sidelines for this one and when Jeremy had his ALL60 (60% off) special, I went to his website to look around. He had a two pack of Date for Men, which was part of a July 4th special ($249 for two). I put it in my shopping cart, then tried to apply the ALL60 code- voila! It Worked! Ended up paying $99.60 USD for TWO Date for Men bottles... Should've bought more at that price, but I consider $49.80 each a total steal as this is a high quality fragrance that lasts for at least eight hours on my skin and generates compliments. I get some of the similarities reported to JPG UM, but this, to me, is higher quality and a better blended product all-around. Alberto Morillas is a master and like someone mentioned before, don't allow the hate for Jeremy to foil what is a very solid effort by him. Not suitable for every occasion, but Fall, Winter, early Spring, Nighttime and air conditioned environments are good-to-go with this one, IMHO...

I don't agree with the proposed pricing, nor would I pay 200 euro's or whatever it was going for, but as far as the scent itself, it's actually quite good. Not sure if it's anything super original or unique, but it smells pretty refined and very appealing. It smells like a top tier mass appealing designer fragrance or something. It's fruity, and rich with a nice base that evens it out and gives it some depth. I actually am really enjoying this decant someone was nice enough to send to me. Seems like a lot of people say it's like ultra male.. I guess i can see the resemblance, but when I tried ultra male a long time ago I found it sickeningly sweet.. Even though this might be in a similar class, I think I enjoy this one better. Something in this also smells slightly fresh and creamy.. As far as the scent goes, and no other drama, thumbs up from me.

One of, if not, the strongest fragrance in my collection of 75. I love it. Probably one of my top 3 favorites in my collection- so hard to decide when you have so many. Date for men is sweet sexy and timeless. Doesnt matter the price, you definitely need to, at the very least sample this and decide if you want full bottle. People hating just because the price are truly pathetic. Everything I've tried from fragrance one has been a banger and I can't wait to try unisex/black tie. This is not only a perfect gift for someone but its a status symbol. If you walk into highschool/college wearing this you will get all the ladies and all the guys will be envious because you smell so good. This can be worn by men of any age but definitely has a mature youthful vibe

I had a 10ml decant of this one, which was may be from 2021, used the last bit recently. That batch was a lot less fresher, and a lot more woodier (denser) and for some reason cardamon was very prominent in that one. . Recently purchased a new bottle ( well the price was well below retail) paid exactly 100USD. this batch is alot more fresher ( alot ) -which i dont care for much. after about 10 minutes it gets fruitier , alot more fruitier than the old batch. i'll update on the dry down and also after a few months again if the smell does mature after a little maceration. over all my rating for it dropped from 9.5 to 7.5 ( it smells extremely generic and like any other sweet a little woody fragrance now ) lets see how long it last now..

Let's get the price issue out of the way: like your Tom Ford or Doir private collection this can be had on discount. So yes it's expensive, but shop around like normal people. I get people hate on the guy, however can't deny the quality of work in this scent. The scent itself: nuclear, bergamot cardamom bomb in a good way. Works perfectly well for what the name suggests as I have always managed to have someone pass a comment on how I smell while wearing. You can for sure tell Ultra Male was an inspiration for this DNA, and one could even say this would be an "elixir" version with how everything is marketed today. Overall very nice for a night out in the town, but avoid during hot summer days as could be very overwhelming.

This is a great fragrance and it is one of the few where the name bottle and the smell matches , the occasion is spelled out for you. this doesn't project as much as it should ( like le male la parfum) but it last too damn long and in the last few hours (base note) it does smell amazing, it smells amazing all the way actually. this is a 10/10 fragrance if you can get it for between 80-120USD but looking at the prices of these designer fragrances these days.. i dont know how much in terms of USD can be considered " worth the money" anymore. scent 9/10 projection 8/10 longevity 9.5/10 value for money 8/10 bottle design 5/10 atomizer 8/10 brand value ( well this i would like to know from fellow members)

Yet another reason for social ranking members so that only reputable individuals (e.g., more than 2 years on Fragrantica, posting twenty-five credible reviews (using proper sentences and structured paragraphs), and fifty forum posts) are permitted to vote with full weight. Hucksters creating faux accounts, and voting this smells like a Spongebob fragrance, should not have their votes counted and, only after months of responsible activity, have their reviews/votes given an increasing partial rate of a member in good standing. This way the malarkey members will not make a mockery of the review forums (like this one) and honest members will be able to police these miscreants.

At under 70 this is a steal and yes if you don't want to go the Ebay route then check out FB Fragrance Marketplace, the group with 59K members. Back to the scent which is a unique long lasting masculine scent that I would safe is a safe blind buy at under 70. Put your feelings about Jeremy away as Chanel was a Nazi spy but continues to be a top designer. Date has a cold metallic juniper berry note followed by citruses with a bit of funk. Nothing chaotic as it adds depth. This can be dressed up or dressed down. Super versatile 4 Season scent IMHO and garners compliments as it has a large scent bubble. Should at least have a 4.2 rating.

Fragrance is really good! I initially smelt it and brushed off as generic but I keep going back to this. It performs exceptionally well & lasts like a beast. I don’t smell any oud here tho...there is the ‘office’ DNA here but this is more sweeter & has more depth... which I just love! In comparison, the ‘office’ is more fresher.. the ‘unisex’ one is more close to this but has a bubblegum vibe. RRP is ridiculous so only get in a bundle. Could this have been more creative/different? - yes! But is the smell good? .. absolutely..! Price has everything to do with ‘value’ but not how the juice smells. Juice is good. Price not so much.

This is a good perfume. It's not mind-blowing and it's not as strong and as sweet as I was expecting. The fruitiness in the top fades away quite quick, but you'll smell the mid for the next 8+ hours. Date for Men is a warm cardemom and patchouli fragrance. Very safe and inoffensive. It is definitely good for dates. I don't get any Oud nor Vetiver, which is a shame because that could have given this more character. If there is any, it is really faint. If you are looking for a Spring, Autumn, Night fragrance and you can get a really good deal on this, then pick up a bottle. It's good.

I am trying to wait until the Winter to wear it and review Date for Men, but i have to say it smells Heavenly from bottle sniffs. Understand that all of these reviews are judging DfM in the Summer. It is NOT a summer fragrance. Date for Men is a Fall/Winter Fragrance. If you simply look at the Performance ratings you will see people voting this as Poor with no sillage. That is just HATE. Even if you dont like the juice it still lasts 10-12 hours. This is why i cant trust the reviews/ratings of Popular fragrances here on Fragrantica.

As far as I'm concerned this is a very nice scent. It isn't the most unique one but it's definitely better than it's direct competitor Ultra Male. Although Ultra Male is also very nice the Date for Men ads so much depth in comparison that it's not really even close. Apparently people hate other people being successful which is the only possibile explanation for all the hate or dislike of this fragrance. If it had the name Armani or Dior it would be rated the best thing since sliced bread..... Just my thoughts.

This is a fantastic fragrance. Gets compared to ultra-male, I've never smelled it so unable to compare. This is playful and seductive but still fresh and versatile. Date For Men 100% will make a good first impression on a woman. This is currently one of my favorite fragrances that I own. Especially at the $60 price tag. It lasts all day and projects very well. I get about 10 hours on skin with about 1-2 feet of projection for the first 2-3 hours. This is signature scent worthy for sure.

This is amazing fragrance! - it performs! - it smells good! Only warning, spray it with care, only fragrance in my collection and experience that works with 3 sprays. And spray it atleast an hour before u meeting people 😆 it’s that strong. And make sure no one is the room where u spray this! (Coz u r def gonna choke that person) I can’t say it is strictly a date scent but yes, for a night out, it works! And it will stay with you till the dawn! 9.5/10 Only -0.5 because of its price tag!

I don't have anything to compare this to as most of my frags are oldschool. This is modern, woody, and fruity and I enjoy it. My wife also digs it. It's not cheap, but it doesn't take a lot. I got a 50ml for $150. Four sprays lasts me all day. I would disregard the youtubers who are nay sayer to Fragrance One. Manor them have their own brands that are less successful so there's bias. I'm not a youtuber. I just like fragrances and I like this.

The people voting for female, weak projection etc just wanna hate on Jeremy, the truth is, 2 sprays of this on your skin fills a room, I put 1 spray on my forearm from the morning during a full day, went to bed, woke up(remember your body rubs against the bed etc) and the scent was still there. About the smell, it's very addicting, I usually put 2 frags on my forearm every day for myself to smell and this is on 1 forearm at least twice a week

I bought Date for men in a bundle sale on the Fragrance One website. I heard that is was similar to Ultra Male so that peaked my interest. Although it is very similar, I wouldn't call it a clone. The scent is long lasting and I always get compliments when I wear it. I do feel it is overpriced considering I could get so many other Niche fragrances for cheaper. Saying that, I am very satisfied and my wife loves Night for Women.

At first I bought a sample of this and it smelled like ultra male just like everyone says but then I bought a 100ml bottle of it when it was 60% off and it doesn't smell like that maybe it just needs to sit? Or maybe just the batch, this way more woody than my sample and not nearly as sweet. My sample of it 9.5/10 my bottle 9.1/10 if someone has the same experience let me know or if they think it just needs to sit.

A very long-lasting fruity fragrance, with a little bit of masculine base underneath. What kind of fruity? Like a red fruit tea. Smells great and women really love it! Obviously it has a synthetic vibe to it. But it your not smelling it up close on your nose all day, it shouldn't bother you (so just depends how you spray it). In a romantic, snuggling type situation or for bed, this really shines through. A++

I am sorry and this is the very first time I will hijack this space for non review purposes... I am not fond of Jeremy and never take his videos seriously as he can be a bit of an annoying tit at times, but to troll his perfume down the way most of you have done is truly shameful... I would doubt if more than 1% of the people that hit the dislike button, actually smelled the perfume...

Date is really good. I've sprayed it and smelt it days later on the clothes i had that day. It is definitely a Top Tier Fragrance. It will be said to be a classic years from now. Ignore the Peanut Gallery leaving these reviews even though they do NOT have the fragrance. You cant accurately judge a fragrance off an eBay sample. You dont know how long it has been exposed to Air.

This is good, and has good sillage. I definitely see this being good for nights and cool weather. I can see the comparison to ultra male, but the first thing that comes to mind when i smell this is the original emporio armani stronger with you. Its a good fragrance, if this was at the 60-90 dollar pricepoint this may have been a top seller.

I bought Date ane Office for 129 dollars so I did not pay a lot. Projection and longevity on this thing is insane. 3 sprays and you are filling rooms. Smell is very nice and it's a compliment beast. Does not smell like Ultramale either.... You guys are just down bad hating on this for no reason. Shame on you.

Provided you get at least 40-50% off retail this is very good value. I paid about $70USD for 100m. That is good value for this fragrance which is very safe for a blind buy. Smells a little like Burberry Hero, Sauvage and Bleu thrown together. Fresh spicy scent. Fully appropriate for any time or place.

Dear my friends How can this fragrance has a such enemies. Alberto morillas is a legend. And jeremy has a such deep deep experience in this profession. I personally enjoyed this perfume alot. And I got so many comments on it. Maybe something goes wrong with his fans. Cheers.

Just got the 50 ML bundle in the mail today. Date, Unisex and Office. All three are unbelievable in every category. Beast mode performance. Not sure I’d pay full price but they always have coupon codes and the bundle I purchased was $150. Absolute steal for all 3.

Bought a decant! Too similar to ultra male but I think better, Better opening , better base, Better smell, better last power. It should have a better bottle a better name and 90usd at max. This could have been a superHIT! Specially if it was ultraMale By night!

Is it overpriced? Well yes. But for this price for me every parfume is. I got it for a really good price (second hand). IT'S AMAZING! Woman really love this! The smell is amazing! Projection and longevity are superior. For my taste this one is simply the best.

This perfume was launched yesterday Dec 01, 2019. How is it possible so many people are commenting and disliking something they did not smell yet? You should be kind of ashamed because this page supposed to be about experiences with FRAGRANCES.

It's like a nuclear SWY or Azzaro MWI. Lasts forever. Smells seductive, sweet, and attractive. Morillas is the man. This doesn't disappoint. I don't ever pay retail... this is a great deal for $115 for a new bottle or slightly used.

The mid and a dry down are so close to one million lucky and not Ultra Male! Is a nice fragance !, by the way! I’m not a fan of Jeremy , he is a joke to be hones! But the fragance is not that bad that people try to said!!

Date does not smell like Ultra Male. It would be nice if people stopped repeating that line they heard on some youtuber’s review. To my Understandment, sharing one opening note does not make these similar.

Date for Men has an amazing opening. It lasts around 10 hours on my skin. It projects for about 3-4 hours. If you spray on clothes it lasts for days. Not in my personal Top 10 but it is a great fragrance.

Mass appealing and legendary, great performance. Super evening perfume. Btw, little kiddos and brokies should really stop review bombing without even trying the scent. Bunch of clowns.

To smells more like MB Legend Spirit on steroids This is nuclear POWER fresh in the first hours Dries down to oudy sweet fruity BEAST of a fragrance I own black bottle with silver cap

It smells pretty good. I wouldn't go more than 2 sprays indoors maybe even 1. edit : after owning both id say this is a longer lasting ultra male but the dry down on ultra male wins

The scent, which is ALL that should be judged, is easily 8.5/10. Sweet, sexy, deep, projecting, and super long lasting. Bitches keep bitching though

I can see why Date was almost “Club for Men”. It has this amazing dark fruit vibe made for a night out on the Town.
