Cacao

Quite beautiful. Rich, earthy, ambery, balsamic, dark chocolaty, patchouli heavy and vanillic. I feel if you like fragrances like the the OG Mugler Angel, Kate Walsh Boyfriend, or Lush Lord of Misrule...you'll likely enjoy this. Not for the faint of heart. It makes a statement. This dries down very cozy, sweet, and slightly powdery. I would definitely categorize as a fall/winter fragrance.

Beautiful rich chocolate and orange smell, not super gourmand to me though. Dries down into cozy, warm spices. Strong and long lasting, around 8 hrs on my skin. Love this perfume. Nice packaging.

I wouldn't classify this scent as complex, but I cannot get enough of it. I bought it primarily with the intent of layering (I have many spicy gourmands) and was impressed with the quality of the bottle and price. The lightness of cardamom and cacao is lovely, but not complex. Sits on the surface of the skin and the longevity is pretty poor so you have to soak yourself and clothing in it to detect it within a couple hours. Simple, powdery cacao with a hint of musk and cardamom that's fairly priced for what it is.

Lo compre a ciegas por las criticas en tik tok, definitivamente es un perfume mas masculino. Huele a cacao amargo con notas medias picantes-especiadas. A mi gusto bordea lo gourmand-oriental, es una fragancia cálida pero no dulce... es como si tuviera cuero... me imagino que es la cachemira. No lo volvería a comprar para mi, se lo regalare a mi hermano.

This is a sweeter and less intense Cacao Libertine, with a touch of clean musk to lighten it up a bit. It's pleasant but definitely a cold weather scent.

Does the cacao note last throughout, or is it just a fleeting top note?

This is a meh, I disliked it so much that I had to wash off my arm to get the perfume out.

Patchouli and bitter dark chocolate bomb

C.A.C.A.O caught my attention, thinking it would be a chocolate perfume. So, I asked my sister to gift it to me for Christmas last year and she did. Turns out, it wasn't chocolatey at all. I didn't make that much of a research but I saw on YouTube that there were more males reviewing this than females. I should have trusted that because this smelled too masculine to my nose and to my skin. It was dark and woody and everything that I'm so not used to as a woman. Al-Rehab Choco Musk oil couldn't make it feminine because C.A.C.A.O overpowered the perfume oil. Perhaps this would smell great on a man. On the upside, this projected moderately and could last throughout my shift when sprayed on clothes. As I mentioned, this had a tendency to overpower other perfumes during layering. Finally, it was cheap.

OMG this was going to be declutterred because when I first sprayed it almost a year ago, it was harsh and super screechy. Decided to try it out one more time before I list it for sale. It’s softened up so much! Super cozy, warm, woody with a powdery unsweetened cocoa powder. The patchouli isn’t very noticeable anymore but blended in nicely. There’s an earthiness to the scent but nothing dirty or super earthy. Will be perfect for the upcoming cold months. Unisex. Anyone can wear this and just smell cozy.

Very pronounced Patchouli note. Sweet, but too earthy/spicy for me. Ended up giving my full bottle to my brother.

Very long-lasting,on me it is coacoay,vanillic and ambery sweet.
