Divin Aoud

Oh yes, this is right up my street! Floral, indolic and a hefty blast of civet! I swear this feels like it has vetiver somewhere in it because it's making me sneeze like a mofo! Best way I can describe it is a peek a boo tease. I keep getting a beautiful rose but it's there and gone, then back again, same with the jasmine and other florals. . The orris carries it and there's lime here but not in your face which is good for me as I'm not keen on citrus frags. I would wear this all year round in all weather because I don't care, I wear perfume for me, nobody else So far I'm getting good projection and performance and it's making me feel happy! Well worth the money if you are a seasoned frag head, definitely not a crowd pleaser which is a massive bonus. I have it as perfectly unisex, and I can't wait to see how it smells on the girls in my household. Good stuff! Note : get talking with a few Muslims and ask if they can get you some genuine Himalayan deer musk and layer Divin Aoud over the top. Comes extremely close to the Roja. You will smell like money.

not bad for a 30 dollar cheapie i havnt smelled the original but with this one i get some citruses with a distinct rose with some light woods in the background giving it some character. Like the comment below said this is definitely classy leans feminine but a guy could get away with it in the right attire of course.Overall if your into niche this could be a nice cheap pickup 8.5/10

I have the original and this is an excellent clone, the original preforms better and obvs has better ingredients but they both small the same, I was pleasantly surprised by how alike they both are, I don’t usually like clones but this one is worth getting, if you are a fan of the original you won’t be disappointed.

I had never smelled the original, but anyway, this opens flowery and fresh with jasmine, ylang ylang and lemon. Within two minutes civet and oud appear and God I love it. The civet is strong and pungent. If you have ever smelled the civet in Gold Man by Amouage, you know exactly what I am talking about. To describe this scent to people who do not understand what civet smells like, it is basically musky, warm, and slightly urine like. Mixed with the oud it becomes perfect to my nose. What intensifies the smell even more is the ambergris, which pushes the animalic character right to the top. Given the price, and somebody crying in the reviews that it smells like cat urine, well that is what you are getting from civet. Unfortunately everyone can review perfumes. I honestly wonder how that person would react to the type of oud used in Silver Oud by Amouage. The quality of this perfume, to be honest, feels almost identical to the civet used in Amouage Gold Man that I mentioned earlier, and that perfume is far from cheap. It is also very smooth and balanced. It does not come across as overly synthetic or harsh. It is dense and heavy. On the dry down, thanks to the cinnamon and oud, this perfume smells like a more animalic, sweeter, and powdery (due to the orris root) version of Falkar by Bvlgari, especially when combined with the civet, ambergris, and citrus from the opening. This is definitely not my type of scent. It smells too refined, elegant, and clean. I prefer something dirtier, more animalic as well as smoky. But I would love to smell this on others. I wouldn’t wear it myself, but I’d love to smell it on others. I do enjoy the scent.

Let me start by saying I've tried my fair share of oud-based fragrances, from high-end niche houses to budget-friendly dupes, and Fragrance World's Divin Aoud promised to capture the essence of Amber Aoud Roja Dove or that luxurious, rosy essence of something like Oud Satin Mood by Maison Francis Kurkdjian at a fraction of the price. Spoiler: It doesn't...Instead, what I got was a scent that could only be described as an unfortunate accident in a litter box. Right out of the gate, the top notes hit you with a sharp, ammonia-like blast that's less "exotic Arabian nights" and more "forgotten corner of a pet store." This fragrance smells unmistakably like cat pee. 🤢 Not the subtle, earthy kind of animalic note you might expect in a bold oud composition...no! this is straight-up pungent, eye-watering urine vibes. I sprayed it on my wrist, waited for the dry-down, and... nope, it just amplified. The supposed rose, ylang-ylang, and orris root accords? Buried under layers of what feels like a feline protest. Projection is beast-mode, which is ironically the worst part. You'll clear a room faster than a skunk at a garden party. Sillage? More like a trailing cloud of regret. Longevity is impressive, clocking in at 8+ hours, but who wants to smell like a cat's revenge plot all day? I had to scrub it off with dish soap after an hour, and even then, my skin whispered hints of betrayal. On the plus side, the bottle looks decent: sleek with gold accents, evoking luxury. And at around £20-30, it's cheap. But honestly, save your money for air freshener or actual cat litter, at least those serve a purpose. If you're into avant-garde scents that challenge your senses (or if you own a lot of cats and want to blend in), maybe give it a whirl. Otherwise steer clear 😾 this one's a purrfect disaster.

Low quality cheap trash. The Oud listed in the notes are non existing, just a synthetic mess. This brand has no shame. @MagaOfCologne - Stating its a 1:1 clone just shows you have never smelled the original Amber Aoud.

Unreal quality for the price. Instantly makes you smile. This is proper Amber Aoud, done right. Premium ingredients used, paying respect to the opulent scent profile they are cloning, kudos to Fragrance World. This one is done respectfully.

Punch to the face for everyone in the room of rose. Literally a nuclear rose. Not usable though for men.
