Proud of You Tobacco

Another nice surprise! • Of all the SWY offerings, I still go back to the original (EDT) after all these years, because it's the most versatile, IMO. • That said, I went the ME clone route for some flankers, and I took a chance on POY Sandalo and POY Tobacco. • Tobacco is a very potent scent; it's sweet, spicy, ambery, and woody, with a good tobacco presence. • Due to its composition, performance is above average (as is the case with many tobacco scents). • The price-to-value ratio is nuts. If this juice improves even just slightly over time, this will have been a total steal! • Right now, I prefer Tobacco over Sandalo, as I suspect the latter to be more of an acquired taste than the former.

Finally, been looking forward to give this one a review. Bought it for 35€ I think, haven't tried the SWY tobacco so can't compare it. But for the fragrance alone, this one is a steal in my opinion. Realistic sweet fruity tobacco with a touch of incense/smoke. At the first opening I thought it was too sweet, 1 week after it had toned down and the tobacco had started to emerge even more. Give it a few sprays and let it macerate. Highly recommend it, if you don't enjoy it the first opening, Give it a week/weeks and it'll settle.

For 15€ this is steal, it got that SWY DNA note that makes spot on clone, there is no way you can tell them apart from the SWY Tobacco even performance is insane on the dupe as well, 10 hours of longevity 1 hour of agressive projection and 3 hours of that alluring sillage. 10/10 would buy again when come available in my local shop.

YUP! This NEEDS to macerate. I like it, but so far everything just blends together and gives me a headache. It needs a while.

Nose Note #1108 Tobacco note has never been my favourite. There's something in here that fuzzes my brain completely. Something very piercing and unrealistic. This tobacco note though is similar to many other tobacco heavy fragrances. It's just that beyond this tobacco accord I can't smell anything in here. It's very mildly sweet, very slightly sour, it has a subtle white flower undertone. Despite a strong opening everything besides the tobacco accord is subtle. Very fuzzy and messy. 4.8/10
