Renheit

I've had this for the past 6 or 7 months. Performance has improved to the 7-8 hour mark with huge projection for the first 2 hours in that time. When I first received this it didn't perform the way my OG bottle did. Thankfully, it has surpassed the performance of my OG bottle (2018) and i've since sold it. I don't wear this often, but when I do...people mention that I smell great. I usually layer this with a vanilla frag to smooth it out...even though I have "Renheit Le Parfum". I find that I can modulate the sweetness to my liking...whereas with "Renheit Le Parfum" it's just sweet on sweet with a side helping of sweet and there's nothing you can do about it.

It's a bit misleading in that the presentation is clearly meant to evoke Farenheit Le Parfum but in practice this actually smells like a much improved version of the original. Whereas Farenheit was both reknowned and sometimes hated for its infamous "gasoline" aroma, Renheit improves the classic formula by adding in sweeter floral and powdery musk notes to smooth out the leather notes. As such, this is actually a hybrid leather floral fragrance that blends sweet, floral, citrus, spice, leather and powdery musk aromas into a very pleasant and cohesive whole. It's a new and improved modern take on the original. This said, it lacks the vanilla, rum and amber notes that made Farenheit Parfum such an outstanding upgrade to the original. That could probably be easily solved, though, simply by layering this with a vanilla and/or booze forward fragrance. I tried layering it myself with Detour Noir and Bentley for Men Intense and pretty much got Farenheit Parfum. This is good for both sexes of all ages and great for those who enjoy leather fragrances. Those who dislike sweet and/or leather fragrances probably want to avoid. Performance is average, be prepared to overspray and respray occasionally throughout the day. Recommended as long as you are looking for an improved version of the original and/or are willing to layer with others in your collection to get an approximation of the Parfum.

If you like the 1988 version, I advise you to get a perfume from Alhambra Fortnite... But if you want an alternative to the 2014 parfum version, take this one. The ingredients here were not written correctly Because the vanilla note is not there. Thank you.

Pretty spot on Fahrenheit EDT but the performance is horrible on me or at least I go nose blind very fast. I would not buy again due to the performance, there are so many other clones to try. I really like the Parfum version tho, also a spot on rendition of Fahrenheit le Parfum but with decent performance.

Unfortunately this just doesn't last and smells like a diet version of Milton Lloyd The Man Cobalt, which imo is the best DiFa clone especially if you like the vintage version.

I purchased both versions of "Renheit", the darker bottle with black cap, and the lighter bottle with the Silver cap. Contrary to some reviews, here are my findings after a week of side by side. This is the Fahrenheit EDT dupe(Silver cap), and the darker bottle is the Fahrenheit Parfum dupe(Black Cap). Both are still very new purchases(1 week ago). But the differences are the darker bottle is clearly chasing the Parfum as it has the Vanilla, and this is chasing the EDT as it's attempting to go for the EDT's "gasoline" punch. I wont rate them yet as will leave it for a few more weeks to see if there's any change. Early impressions are that this is more convincing than Maison Alhambra's Fortnight which was far too powdery. I will update in a few weeks but hopefully this helps anyone looking for the EDT vs the Parfum version.

Thinner than the OG but not watered down - if that makes sense. Has no gasoline note and fewer dimensions. But it is surprisingly pleasant. I reach for it more than I exoected,
