Venti Carisma

For Rose lovers. I smell rose and cherry with some pink pepper.

The top notes smells like Carmina. Though it’s a bit synthetic (what you can definitely expect considering the price). Still, it has a rich, fruity-spicy opening, strong, but not sugary candy-like. The middle notes I felt a lot of roses, pepper and a bit woody-like.. it felt silky and like a bouquet. After 1-2h I felt the roses and the musk. The scent goes from fruity-floral to a smooth, warm amber musk. Personally, I like it a lot, because it’s floral but it’s not nauseating or sweet. It’s spicy, rich and musky with a lot of roses. So it’s not a spot on dupe, but it’s a good inspiration for the price. I think if you like Carmina, this can be a very affordable option.

I had this and used it up but I wouldn't repurchase. I haven't smelled what it's duping so for me it smells similar to Angel Nova from Mugler but with a slight cherry note added. It smells more like raspberry to me rather than cherry. I can smell the rose as well, it's got the typical red berries and roses scent. It has a wine vibe to it which I'm not super fond of. Personally I'm just not a fan of any boozy notes or vibes in fragrances because I don't drink or like the taste of booze. So that kinda carries over into the fragrance world. I guess for me wine smells kinda like fruit mixed with vinegar, it's slightly off and sour and I just don't vibe with that. This scent also has a yellow floral powdery vibe and the violet also comes through as it dries down. It's sweet, long lasting, and performs well but the scent just isn't my favorite.

Can anyone make a comparison with Creed Carmina? Is this a dupe?
