Amarena Cherry

Wow wow WOW! Yes, this is another Lost Cherry comparison review but I seriously think this is hands down the best dupe there is, and Lost Cherry is my favourite scent to date, so I'm very happy. There's a bit more white florals to this which makes it fresher to me but once you take everything else into consideration, these are literally the same. This also includes the dry down. This is still unisex to me but will be slightly more feminine than Lost Cherry and also less boozy and pipe tobacco-like. This one will probably be more appropriate for the warmer weather in comparison as well but generally speaking, this is still a great all-rounder for when you can wear it so don't get too caught up on waiting for warm weather! It's a fraction of the price, longer lasting and you'll likely find it as a 60ml bottle online instead of 50 which is what Tom Ford will do (I am not bothering addressing the 100ml size for TF). I'm honestly so happy I bought this and I really do recommend you get this if you can't afford or simply just don't wanna pay full price for Lost Cherry. It will be worth it trust me.

I want to add something to @riley_really's review. Lost Cherry is a great fragrance, but in my opinion, this one right here is even better. The differences between the two (less boozy, more fruity, longer longevity, a third of the price) put Amarena Cherry above Lost Cherry in my opinion. It's obvious that compared right next to each other, the differences will stick out a lot, but otherwise nobody would be able to tell them apart. Clones aren't necessarily equal or less than the originals; they can be better and more well-rounded as well! I'd get Amarena Cherry over Lost Cherry anytime. Also your idea of what jasmine smells like seems to be wrong, especially after I saw that the three fragrances you own are this one, Lost Cherry and Tobacco Vanille... 😅 This doesn't smell like jasmine at all, I can confirm

This is such a gorgeous cherry perfume! Amarena Cherry is a little less boozy than Tom Ford Lost Cherry and a little more floral to my nose, but I still get a lot of the cherry and almond! To be honest I am glad it's not an exact copy of LC (although it is pretty close) because that makes it it's own cherry perfume (I can never have enough cherry perfumes!) and I can justify having both this one and LC in my collection. Amarena Cherry lasts about five to six hours on me, and even longer when layering with Victoria's Secret Cherry Elixir body spray..absolutely divine!! Edit: 04/28/22 Just got my first compliment on this perfume. My coworker walked by and said "You have a really good smelling perfume on today! Mmmmm!"

In my opinion, this is a better fragrance than Tom Ford's Lost Cherry. It lasts longer, projects better, and smells extremely close to Lost Cherry (a tad less boozy as others have said, but we're talking very minute details here). Not to mention that Lost Cherry is comically overpriced, as is the whole brand at this point, especially after the Estee Lauder acquisition. I love some Tom Ford fragrances, and sometimes it really is worth the money to buy the original perfume over a clone. However in this case, do not waste your money on Lost Cherry, this is a great perfume and you will not be disappointed. Save the $220 or so and spend it on more impactful additions to your fragrance collection.

I love this fragrance when I'm in the mood for syrupy cherry and almond sweetness. There's a liquor like note in the opening that makes this a bit more interesting. It's a dupe for Lost Cherry but for me it's a lot better then the TF because Lost Cherry loses it's voluptuous richness very quickly on my skin, whereas AC remains full and rich throughout the wearing. I get over 10 hours every time in longevity and decent projection. If you enjoy the smell of Lost Cherry but find performance lacking then do try this one.

Fragrenza Amarena Cherry stands with her head held high right next to Tom Ford’s Lost Cherry! Side by side on my wrists friends picked Amarena Cherry as the pricier of the two. I read that it lasts longer also but I don’t think either of them lasts very long...BUT they are sooo good! Not a sweet, syrupy cherry but one that holds her own. At the price tag of $60 I use Amarena Cherry a lot, a spritz here and there during the day. I also like this fragrance layered with Tom Fords Tobacco Vanille and Indult Tihota!

so i gave in and got a sample of TF lost cherry and fell IN LOVE with it. The price point tho, I cant justify it. So i tried this (purchased a full bottle) its very similar in the dry down, almost identical. The difference is in the opening which sucks because thats my fav part about lost cherry. This one has a pretty prominent white floral note in the opening, its kind of powdery but i dont mind it. Its a beautiful scent and I got a compliment when i wore it to work.

This is absolutely delicious. I find it lasts a really long time, over 10 hours and actually outperforms Mr Ford in longevity and projection. It’s quite sweet and the almond note is very noticeable along with the cherry. You can smell the liquer more so in the opening notes. The woody notes are not that prominent and seem to ground the fragrance keeping it from being too sweet. I’m so impressed.

Smelled TF LC once but to me, this is identical to that. I'm not an expert in fragrance but for the price difference, I'll take this all day long. Tart, sweet, edible cherries. Delicious gourmand yet unisex. Could be worn year around just avoid, really hot days. I've gotten compliments from my wife and co workers so it must have good sillage or projection. A must try if you love cherries.

Wow! I had a sample of Lost Cherry and heard about the much lower price of Fragrenza's Amarena Cherry. They're identical to me, just like the reviews below state. Impressive work! I have to disagree with @ariej2010 though, to me this is unisex leaning towards feminine. The prominent almond and cherry notes aren't masculine at all to me :)

Very impressive cherry note! Tart, boozy, juicy. I'll have to test this Lost Cherry (And the Alexandria one) if it's comparable to it. Super unique, having been on a cherry journey this one definitely stands out. Does have a bit of a lozenge / syrup vibe, but it works really well here. This is 90% TF Lost Cherry! Slightly sweeter and less boozy, but unless you compare them next to each other, they smell almost the same. :)

I was so excited to receive this dupe as i LOVE lost cherry and was hopeful considering all the good reviews. I sprayed Amarena Cherry on my left wrist and Lost Cherry on my right- they are not comparable at all!! I barely get cherry from Fragrenza- it's like it skipped the top notes and went straight to jasmine. Gross. Very disappointed but have learned my lesson. :,(

The best part of this fragrance is the sexy cherry. It is a bright cherry lollipop, sweet but also a little tart and it smells edible. The almond balances the tartness and is also a delicious note. Although musk is not listed, it's a very sweet screechy musk and this is where this fails. I think my skin amplifies powder/musk and I think that's especially true when it comes to synthetic powder/musks. This has the kind that scratches the back of my throat, stings my eyes, and gives me an instant headache. This frustrates and makes me so sad! It is *such* a delicious cherry fragrance but the synthetic aspect ruins it for me. I'm not chemical savvy enough to tell exactly what element I'm allergic to, I just know I encounter the same thing in certain fragrances. I still occasionally try out a tiny spray, away from my face just for the sexy cherry note but I have to be so careful with it and even that can launch a headache. It does have amazing projection and lasting power. It will stay on hair and clothing for days. If you love cherry and your skin does not amplify musk and/or you're not sensitive to synthetic musk/powder in fragrances, then you'll probably love this and I'm envious that you can wear this with ease.

I do not know how Tom Ford Lost Cherry smells, but this on me is not feminine at all, I do smell cherries, but I do smell anise or fennel, and reminded me of My father's clothes when we picked them up from the Dry cleaners. I associate that smell to my father so therefore for me is very masculine.

If you want to get your cherry on spritz equal parts of this and Prada’s Candy Gloss. It’s a fizzy cherry cocktail that dries down to a lovely creamy soft cherry. And guess what? There’s no patch in it like you know who.... I just added a spritz of Buontalenti to this and I get chocolate cherry.

Delicious sexy highly Addicting boozy cherry fragrance that’s out of this world ! I never smelled lost cherry but I hear it’s a great dupe and smells exactly like it .
