Libertine Neroli

Spritzed out there in the air, that fragrance is still only abstractly connected to what it's going to smell like, in actuality, once it's on your skin Libertine Neroli I blind-bought Libertine Neroli for a number of reasons, none of which excuse blind-buying. I don't know Francesca, but, for whatever reason, based on the numerous descriptions & interviews of/with her, I found myself wanting to know her better, feeling as though something about her knows the something about me that so many others don't. I'm a creature of habit, thus, when my fragrance purchases arrive, I do the macerating thing -- spritz 6-10 squirts, then, put it away for (theoretically) a month. Most of them, I can survive the month, letting it sit, without the anticipation being too overwhelming. But, truthfully, this one is SO different from any of the other scents I possess, that I really couldn't stop contemplating how I was going to wear it, what circumstances would even be the time/place for Libertine Neroli. Sometimes, I think too much, probably. Anyway, mine arrived on Thursday, 02-13-25. I made it through the weekend, before I was stuck home yesterday, Monday, 02-17, due to bad weather, and, I finally decided to just try it on for size, wear it around the house, by myself, see how it hit me, and then, maybe, I'd have a better idea of where it was gonna fit in for me, when I get ready to wear it out. I am SO happy to come away from yesterday's experience feeling like I'm probably going to, at some point, have to be purchasing another 30ml of Libertine Neroli, because, once I had applied 3 spritzes (each shoulder, back of the neck), and, had gone about doing some things around the house, I began to catch plenty of whiffs of what I was wearing, and, I smelled good. I smelled distinctive. No one else, most likely, is gonna be wearing a neroli like MY neroli, whenever I do elect to wear it out...unless, they know about Francesca Bianchi, too! 🤎 And, weird thing, too -- I stepped outside, for a little bit, and, had to put a coat on. The coat I put on, I had worn before, when I had on either Khamrah, Khamrah Qawa, or, Turathi Brown...the lingering scent was lovely. But, as I was wearing it, the scent of the Libertine Neroli was intermingling with whichever was already in the coat, and, let me tell you, I don't know jack-schitt about layering, but, THOSE TWO, whichever they were, made for a FANTASTIC, such a natural-fitting pair. Odds are, I'm gonna be trying to intentionally recreate that pairing, once the macerating's done, the weather warms up, etc. I'm satisfied enough, that I've already placed a purchase of Etruscan Water, with every intention of trying out at least one more of Francesca's FREEFALL line.

First impressions from 2ml sample. It's a very strong like. However even though I put on a hyaluronic acid prep and then some fractionated coconut oil (my skin is a scent eater) on the top of my hand before application and despite spraying x 2, it's not as strong as I would wish. Certainly nothing like The Black Night which is a LOVE. 🥰. I'm realising what is often said of Bianchi in reviews here that many of her scents are variations on a theme. I can't say that's off putting as even though the bass track may be somewhat similar in them it's just a background to some degree to show the higher notes off. I don't know enough about scent elements at this stage to be able to go oh there is the neroli, there is the galbanum etc. That's to come with time I imagine if I continue this rather expensive hobby/passion/education. However this is a very beautiful fragrance, luxurious, rich, subtle, entrancing. If only it worked a bit better on my skin as many others say it is a strong fragrance on them. Take 2: I think I was a bit unfair with this in giving an overall impression with a double spray on the back of one hand. I went through the day like that and it's dry down is extended and interesting. Thing is it's got a different sort of projection to Black Knight I think, it's softer, more diffuse and more enveloping, sort of like lying on a very soft mattress. I think with multiple pulse points this could become a love.

Possibly a new contender for the number 1 perfume from Francesca out of the 7 I've tried, and a hit in my personal top fragrances. I really didn't expect this. I’ve always stayed away from the neroli note because I don’t like citruses, but having decided to continue trying the brand's fragrances and having heard many rave reviews from bloggers, I chose Libertine Neroli for testing. Skin test: the first hour is something else. Eroticism, passion, carnal. It has both passion and languor at the same time. I imagine a couple on a sunny beach making love. Hot, sunny, honeyed, intoxicating. After an hour this passes and oakmoss joins in, making it more elegant, as if that woman who was on the beach came to her senses after the obsession, dressed in something more formal and went for a walk. Something orange-like makes this fragrance very positive. And so this lady walks through sunny Italy, but it's as if her body still keeps the scent after sex on the beach. Unfortunately, I didn't have a proper chance to feel the fragrance outdoors: freezing temperatures and almost total absence of wind. Musical association: Bebe - Siempre Me Quedara. Very cool perfume. Very delicious, you want to catch its scent, breathe it in, alluring. Liked it much more than Etruscan Water (also a chypre). In second place of what I've managed to try from Francesca is Lost in Heaven, in third is The Lover's Tale.

Libertine Neroli by Francesca Bianchi stands out as a refreshing departure from her typically dark and sensual style. While most of her creations lean into brooding, intimate/sensual territory, this one is surprisingly bright, green, and uplifting. It’s structured like a chypre, with that familiar mossy backbone, but it opens with a vibrant burst of citrus—bergamot and neroli shining front and center. The neroli brings a slightly sweet, floral sharpness that’s beautifully softened by Francesca’s signature iris—powdery and elegant—while a touch of geranium adds brightness and balance. As it develops, the citrusy sparkle fades a bit, and the deeper elements start to emerge. Earthy oakmoss and soft leather slowly creep in, adding complexity and giving the scent a subtle, grounded edge without losing its citrusy character. Libertine Neroli is very wearable, with a smooth unisex appeal that makes it an easy pick for daily use. It’s still unmistakably Francesca Bianchi, but in a "lighter", more accessible form. The performance is solid—lasting well and projecting without overwhelming. If you’ve been curious about her work but hesitant about the heavier scents, this is a great entry point. It’s refined, cheerful and sophisticated.

I find Francesca Bianchi to be someone who likes to set their signature firmly and recognisably onto anything that they do. Whether that is good or bad is up to the audience, of course. I don’t see anything wrong in it. Libertine Neroli is approximately as close to your average summer neroli cologne as Chanel No 5 is to CK One. Lots of labdanum and oak moss leaves little doubt around the connection to the chypre style of yore, and the spicy-animalic base is obviously catering to people who are not afraid of standing out. Very similar to Etruscan Water in the base. Top florals are a different story, however, making the resemblance to classic femme fatale perfumes uncanny. For a couple, make sure you get both. However, younger males might fall more easily for Libertine Neroli on themselves than my generation does, which is probably because my granny used to wear exactly this profile. For divas of the stage or screen, or younger people looking for a scentscape to accompany an evening of Truffaut or Rohmer films. You will smell like the opening night reception of the cast and crew.

I’ve been keen to get my hands on Libertine Neroli for a while now, and it has definitely met my expectations. Neroli is not a favourite note of mine, I’ve often found I struggle to find one I enjoy, but this is easily one of my favourites - likely due to the pronounced chypre style it adopts, which speaks to my heart. The neroli is light and airy, gently cleansing the air around you like the finest French soaps, but it is grounded heavily by a dense overdose of oakmoss and leather. The petitgrain and bergamot balance this dichotomy between light and dark, giving the scent a much needed freshness. It’s the oakmoss which draws me in further, tending my love for the scent. This scent epitomises what I love about Francesca’s work, that is perfume which is heavily inspired by classical French perfumery. This scent has a strong association with old white floral chypres, yet retains a dense powdery facet, characteristic of her creations.

Not quite innocence... but something more: The hush before the heart knocks at the door. Beautiful-Elegant-Fresh-Poetic-Vintage-Sophisticated For me, it’s have Jane Austen stories feel. Someone like Catherine Morland. And of course true to its inspiration, Roman Holiday and La Dolce Vita comes to mind. I can't say how much i love it. You should look in to my eyes to know it for yourself. Performance is excellent. 10/10

I loved this at first sniff, but that's no surprise: this brand-new offering is in the style of an old-fashioned floral leather chypre, which is just about my favorite of all hyperspecific fragrance subgenres. The heavy oakmoss and labdanum are very present, making this seem like a pre-IFRA fragrance, and making the whole thing buttery soft: this is less heavy on the neroli than I would have thought (which is probably a good thing for me, because I often find it such a dry note), but it's heavier on other florals such as geranium, and the bergamot makes it fairly juicy. A perfect summertime scent if you like floral leather chypres, but have believed before that they were only for cool months.

My first full Francesca Bianchi bottle - blind buy because of the beautiful reviews - I have worn it couple of times now and my first impressions are of a vintage perfume made in modern way. Yes, this smells vintage, because of the oak moss and labdanum. The neroli is there, but it is burnt, syrupy kind of neroli. Sprayed on the chest under a short sleeved shirt with flower prints, brown sunglasses on and out in the sun this smells great.. something to stand out with in a world dominated by Sauvage and tons of identical Paco Rabannes, JPG, etc etc. I will visit a shop here in Copenhagen, that has FB and test many more from the house. Longevity on clothes is eternal!

I was testing my Francesca Bianchi perfumes again and here is a more defined review. The opening of this fragrance is citrus, aromatic, and fresh. Like a men’s chypre fragrance, like a grown and mature version of a baby’s cologne. Love the opening really fresh and revitalizing. Second stage of this fragrance is the Neroli note with a sweet and candy like aroma, somehow floral without being too noticeable. As this is a fresh perfume the dry-down is really comfortable, the leather is gentle and don’t be afraid of the animalic note is not powerful and less noticeable. This is the most wearable and likeable fragrance from Francesca Bianchi. A save blind buy I’d say.

I really did not know what to expect from this labdanum-neroli combination so I was really excited. I had a hard time understanding the fragrance. Very sunny and bright this one. It's fresh, sweet, chypre-green perfect for warmth and interesting enough. After a few wears, and coincidentally, after wearing L'Heure Bleue Extrait, it dawned on me: both L'Heure Bleue and Libertine Neroli have the same type of orange blossom. It's like they are mirror images of each other. I would call Libertine Neroli L'Heure d'Après-Midi (lol) and I don't think I would be wrong.

A sexy, unisex citrus centered fragrance. The bergamot and petit grain are very evident. It has great depth for a citrus centered fragrance. Rich resins and leather. I start to detect the cool powdery iris and the sparkle of geranium in the mix. Francescas scents have such wonderful depth and richness. First and foremost it is a Neroli scent and amazingly long lasting which makes it quite a find. I'd love to wear this out on a summers evening to a casual family gathering. A smart yet casual linen outfit. Very nice

I normally don’t have a strong reaction to neroli, but good lord, I loooove this one. Bold in personality with countless rich nuances and facets that support a saturated, unbridled neroli heart. It is something truly special, and features that earnest sensuality that Francesca Bianchi's fragrances are known for. The performance is excellent and I never become noseblind to it, making wearing it an experience I really look forward to. Libertine Neroli easily holds the crown for my favorite neroli scent of all time.

I’m in love with Francesca Bianchi and her approach to the creation of her perfumes. This is a particular fragrance that is not for everyone, to my is a rich heavy sweat bubblegum scent, you smell the flower, the amber, the citrus pop that has a “je ne sais quoi” in love with this perfume, an unusual Chypre fragrance for the chill days of summer when you want to smell rich, different, sensual fresh. An all year round scent, in my top for life fragrances!!!

I would have named this ‘Eternal Neroli’ because it truly lasts forever. I pulled a shirt out of the closet and immediately caught strong whiffs of it, even though I had applied it to the shirt two days ago. I had even layered another fragrance on the shirt, but Libertine Neroli still managed to overpower it within just a few hours. as for the scent It’s so unique, elegant, smooth, and so, so delicate. couldn't be happier with this purchase.

this thing is just so beautiful. the animalics are so well balanced with the fresher notes, making it truly wearable in the heat. there is no sweetness at all, the orange blossom is waxy, in a good way as white flowers should be. this is one of the more overlooked fb, but i will tell you its one of the fastest fb that made me go “yup, thats the one. can i have a bottle please?” lol. try it for yourself you might be pleasantly surprised!

I don’t know why perfumes trigger sexual responses, but this one does it for me. That iris. With just enough floral and astringency from petitgrain/neroli to come off like a leathery chypre with a straight backbone and clenched jaw. Unisex, but great for me (man). Just as welcome on a woman with leather. By the way, I also absolutely love Etruscan Water, which is a world class leathery chypre. Thank you, Madame Bianchi.

beautiful green opening full of orange, spice, citrus, damp leaves, moss, and what feels like pine. smells like an orange grove in a gentle yet sunny rain, surrounded by an an old stone wall, mossy crumbling. sunlight shines through a thick tree canopy and warms the ground. its elegant, its light, and uplifting, and evolves in to a mellow yet gorgeous spicy woody floral citrus.

Testing my sample; this is fully bloomed neroli that leans syrupy, coupled a rich, almost inky oakmoss coupled with leather, which smells a bit like upholstery. The 'animalic' in this leans like warm skin, feels heated. This would work all year long save the dead of summer. Beams up from the skin, projects immensely like most of her fragrances do. Definitely worth sampling.

A bit more feminine than the masculine-leaning Etruscan Water. It gave me a Lush-like scent at first, like a rich citrusy body cream. Both fragrances have a vintage feel to it, obviously being chypres (which I personally adore). It's mature without losing it's freshness, heavy just enough to get you noticed, complex but playful enough. Wonderful!

It is a dark deep ambry-animalic neroli scent. It Reminds me by Ippi Patchouli by Carrement Belle, which is a great, underrated and very elegant scent. The Libertine Neroli is a little bit easier than IP, making it more wearable during spring and summer nights and for less formal occasions. Both are love for me.

Neroli and oakmoss burst out fizzing with petitgrain. After a few hours the animalic, Bianchi DNA settles in. It smells invigorating, like hot skin. Something about it is addictive. It's vibrant, confident and sophisticated. I think it would be intriguing on a man, but it's stunning on a woman.

A truly beautiful flowery chypre. It’s classic, but still has an edge. Highly recommended for chypre and neroli lovers. The performance is very good, with noticeable sillage, and the longevity on clothes is quite impressive.

A neroli to put all other nerolis to shame. The purity of the formulation and clarity of vision to put it together is unparalleled. A must have purchase for spring; one you will not regret it.

reminds me a bit of chanel antaeus, but less animalic and more citrusy. extremely nice scent that I feel leans slightly masculine. i think this is signature scent worthy. very very nice.

summer BOMB! no resemblance to etruscan water or sex and the sea neroli, the closest is eden, but this is way better!

I’m getting a lot of neroli! This probably shouldn’t surprise me - the name being what it is - but it is my first Francesca Bianchi and she has quite the reputation. I expected something more... challenging, I guess. To me this is pretty straight forward for the first 45 minutes. Not exactly pretty - meaning universally pleasing and carefree - but very wearable. The leather is persistant, but muted, and there is only a hint of something animalic. I’d say Libertine Neroli is a balsamic, earthy floral at this stage. Then the neroli settles and I’m getting wiffs of oak moss. Suddenly I find myself sitting in a threadbare arm chair in a musty attic holding a withering bouquet of flowers. For 20 minutes it’s chypre-esque, leaning vintage. Then I’m back at the beginning, perhaps less bright. And my three sprays no longer fill the room - nor my personal space for that matter. It has quickly become a skin scent - the one thing I didn’t expect! According to my beloved husband Libertine Neroli smells like “perfume” at this point - his vocabulary is quite limited when it comes to my hobby. Definitely not the extention of personal smell I was looking for. Seven hours in I can still smell it, but it’s a faint memory of what once were. Where would I wear it? After the first hour - anywhere really. People won’t be able to smell you, so it’s entirely for your own pleasure. How does it make me feel? Like someone who wears niche perfumes. Hear me out: This is definitely not a designer mass-market perfume. It doesn’t care about trends and will never be voted prom queen. It’s the weird kid (m/f) who did your history paper 15 years ago - and spend the money you paid them on clothes that made them the target of bullies. They were more mature and probably more interesting than the rest of you, but no one knew or even cared. Well, we care now! If only we could smell it... Is it full bottle worthy? No. I like it, but not enough to buy a full bottle. The attic phase is quite interesting, but brief. Probably the reason why some people compare it to Zoologist Moth. The neroli is nice, but not what I was looking for. Memo Paris Inlé does the same for me, but better. They smell nothing alike, but envokes the same feeling.

This is top-notch perfumery by Francesca Bianchi, a masculine floral masterpiece. Though because of the floral notes I can imagine women wearing it too, for me it's more like a classic masculine scent that is classy, elegant and high-profile. It feels like walking into an exclusive club of some sorts or a very expensive hotel bar. It's got a somewhat exotic/eastern tinge to it, but does not scream Middle East very loudly. The neroli and floral notes are warmly soothing, it's a very comforting fragrance to wear in cold weather seasons, but I can easily picture it as an all-year scent except for very hot summer days. It's a heavy neroli, not some fresh citrusy thing, even the bergamot in the opening is darker than how we usually percept citruses, and for me the petitgrain is more prominent than the bergamot, so it doesn't have the usual bright citrusy notes, it's leaning more to the bitter than the fizzy side of citrus. There is definitely a sweetness in there, but not the syrupy honey that's in a lot of popular fragrances today, just enough to level out the bitterness of petitgrain. It's wonderful how balanced Francesca made this on the sweet-bitter axis. I didn't catch the iris note that much, it's very vaguely there in the background, but it's more like a gentle touch, don't expect it to be as iris-forward like the Dior Homme or Givenchy Gentleman Réserve Privée type of colognes. The drydown is quite woody/leathery, after 3-4 hours the oakmoss and animalic/leather accords come to the front, but the neroli note is there until the very end. It's not a projection monster but the longevity is great, on my skin it's easily 8-10 hours. However, because of the heavy/dense character, some caution is definitely recommended in warmer weather seasons as it can become cloying if sprayed heavily. I haven't had it in time for spring & summer but I can totally imagine wearing this during springtime and summer date nights or just a night out in some cozy, elegant bar, applied lightly. The vibe it gives is an expensive, tasty, classy person more dressed up than dressed down, if you like neroli it's definitely worth a try.

Francesca Bianchi never fails to deliver a sensual and bold fragrance, and in this case, she takes inspiration from the very spirit of Italian. The first word that comes to mind when I smell this is "Sprezzatura," which means "a certain nonchalance, so as to conceal all art and make whatever one does or says appear to be without effort and almost without any thought about it." If you are wearing this, you don't care if others like you or not, you like yourself, and this is a very brave statement to express in a perfume. The mix of fresh citrus and dry labdanum and oakmoss is intoxicating, and in my opinion this is exactly why it's perfect to wear in the summer season. I am usually the type of person who can't stand summer fresh scents, but I've to admit it's hard to pull off spices and heavy notes in this season, so this is just perfect to me. Others have said this fragrance is not very animalic to them, but for me, it is so from the very beginning, and I honestly don't mind how sexy those notes come off in this scent. I also think the leather note gets lost in the animalic part. It does last almost a whole day, but I find the projection to be kind of mild after 2 hours. I've also only used this scent in very hot weather, so that might be the reason for that too. When I wear this fragrance, I feel so powerful. It's a daring choice that exudes confidence and self-assurance. I wouldn't wear it every day, but on those special occasions or days when I want to make a statement, it's the perfect choice.

It's so far the easiest FBianchi's perfume for me. Mainly because it's chypre and it doesn't have so much of this specific sweetness which is unbearable for me in her other creations. I love the beginning as it's quite fresh with lots of citrus notes but after half an hour it's less appealing to me as it gets more flowery and a bit more sweet, indollic and a bit more heavy. Apart from this I've been testing Under my skin, Sex & the sea, Angel's dust and all of them were great creations in a bit vintage style but they all have this specific floral sweetness which together with the animalic notes makes be sick. Libertine Neroli is less sweet and less animalic - I could wear it but I don't love it so I won't buy a full bottle. I understand why her perfumes are well known and appreciated - because they are created in the classic style, they are strong and longlasting and they are sensual. This kind of combination is very rare nowadays. However, nothing so far called my name... EDIT: I was testing this a few times and now I love it. FB perfumes require a few testing times to fully appreciate. I also like much more now her other fragrances but only this one is a love for me so far. This is such a deep neroli scent with a chypre base - just stunning.

Nice scent after about 60-90 minutes. At first all I got was spicey, peppery smoke, like a bonfire or forest fire. The top notes were completely drowned out by smoke, which was disappointing as I was really looking forward to the bergamot and neroli. But it's beautiful by 90 minutes in, more balanced and the neroli is centered. The other notes are not easily distinguishable to me, making for an even, consistent scent. To me it reads as a perfectly unisex fragrance best for late afternoon/ evening in the late summer and fall. I can see wearing this seated at an outside table of a nice restaurant, watching the sunset having beautiful food and delicious drinks with a lovely partner. It smells rich and heavier than I expected, but not too dated. It's reminds me of an updated, modern version of the heavy strong fragrances popular in the early 90's, and I mean that in the best way possible. It's bold but not obnoxious. Confident but not arrogant. I really like it once it has a chance to mellow on my skin, but will wait till autumn to pull out again. Maybe the opening will grow on me.

Very unique and peculiar. The freshness mixed with the heavy earthiness and animalic aspect is mind-boggling. One day I find myself absolutely loving the scent, and the next day I find it a bit too overpowering to wear, so for now, this is a like for me. This has been likely the most pleasantly confusing neroli scent I've sniffed.

This one was really nice. At first I got a strange cat piss odor that faded really quickly before becoming a nice neroli-clean cat fur. I would wear this on special occasions I think. I didn't sense too much leather but the ambery notes were nice. Very wearable and lasts long and projects ideally.

Neroli + the standard Francesca Bianchi base. Her newer perfumes feel derivative, though likeable. Her early work was more complete. A lot of perfumers seem to go through that arch: Rogue, Papillon...perhaps once you acclaim you begin to focus on how to keep rather than the pure act of creation.

Francesca Bianchi is getting a bit too comfortable and a bit too brazen with the reuse of some materials. The heady, sticky, orris buttery, mossy, leathery, musky, chypre formula is the base of several of her perfumes, and that’s fine. It’s a base that is uniquely hers and it is very good indeed. Small perfumers from Andy Tauer, to Gardoni at Bogue, have been doing this same rehash method for a long time, so she’s not alone and it’s a method that can work. It treads a dangerous line though: do not stack enough unique things on the base and you’ll start to annoy consumers - which is worse than them simply not caring for the perfume. Though many thousands of people fall for derivation at our perfume counters, hands out with cash begging for their money to be taken, so perhaps this isn’t much of a dangerous line. Libertine Neroli doesn’t just cross that line, it falls flat on its face doing so. Here is that chypre base, with a slug of highly bitter and metallic neroli injected at the top. I’ve smelled neroli hundreds of times, and a key characteristic separating it from its twin sibling, orange blossom, is that bitter edge. It’s extremely rare for perfumers to capture that edge little alone amp it up to the volume Bianchi does in Libertine Neroli. So kudos for the bravery, but the neroli dispenses from the perfume in minutes. No exaggeration. The hours upon hours remaining is nothing but that derivatively-used base, kept just a touch lighter, brighter, and greener for about half that life thanks to geranium that is barely noticeable unless you really focus. Maybe it takes less bravery to use a bitter, metallic, and harsh neroli than it does to brazenly fill a bottle with a straight base formula. You get to decide how much cash you want to spend to support blatant derivation, it’s a firm pass from me.

Francesca is one of my favorite, Neroli, petitgrain,benjoin, labdanum, some of my most precious and loved notes. This fragrance does not meet my expectations at all. How to describe this fragrance? For what is missing. Opening: Petitgrain missing, or petitgrain sur fleurs, green missing, freshness. A perfume called Neroli has to be white at some point, bright, and green, sparkling at least a little. Must have some flowers at least.. On my skin, Libertine Neroli was always amber and oakmoss, something I will never wear in the summer. After the opening without the expected citrusy freshness comes the rest, quite weak and unchanged until the end. You'd never guess it was made by the same passionate mind and creative nose as Sex and the sea Neroli! Perhaps some incense instead of thàt much of oakmoss would have given it some depth and less sweetness at the base. Anyway I believe that Francesca knows her job, it took me 1 year to understand Tyger Tyger until it became my signature. I will continue to follow her creations and buying her products as much as possible, and wish she make soon my new signature! I just needed to love this fragrance and it didn't happen. I miss in this fragrance the joy that the orange blossom always gives me.

I have bought almost all Francesca Bianchi perfumes. Fave ones include Sex and the Sea Neroli and The Lover's Tale. I had high hopes for Libertine Neroli for this summer. Unfortunately it is a big no for me. First of all, this is giving me big Clinique Elixir vibes. A bit out dated, vintage, lady perfume with no hint of Neroli in it. Definitely not safe for men. I should have sticked with the old ones and choosing a 1.5ML sample before blind-buying.

Winter home candle. In my skin is just a boring amber and oakmoss. Followers of Francesca Bianchi looks for adventure, stories, happiness, seduction..not just comfort.

A big no for me. I really appreciate Francesca Bianchi's work, many of her perfumes are masterpieces and I love them. Some others are not among my favourites, but I still appreciate them, but this one is something that combines what I never want to wear. I like classic perfumes but please not this kind, reminds me of furious school principal who hates people and especially the children. If I wanted to feel on the rack and stressed, I would wear this perfume. What is supposed to be relaxed about it is not clear to me.

من قبلاً که ریویو می‌نوشتم حتما عنوان میزاشتم عنوان انتخاب کردن برای ریویو هم خیلی زیباست هم خیلی سخته . چکیده احساس نوشتاری میشه عنوان ی متن قصر تنهایی عنوانی چکیده از شرح و حال عطر لیبرتاین نرولی هست . یکی از آخرین عطرهای خانم بیانکی عطریست بنام لیبرتاین نرولی عطری تو کلاس بویایی شیپغ فلورال... عطری زیبا و پر از احساس ولی غمگین وقتی لیبرتاین رو تست میکنید در شروع مستقیم پرتاب میشد به دنیای بویایی قدیم . ژانر شیپغ برای من کاملا حس کلاسیک و قدیمی و غمیگنی داره . بوی ملکه ای ثروتمند در قصری مجلل اما تنها و غمگین . لیبرتاین نرولی با حجم زیادی از اوکموس و پتی گرین شروع میشه . کاملا سبز و سنگین من اثری از نرولی توش احساس نمیکنم هرچی هست جوانه برگ نارنجه که عطر تلخ و تند و تیزی رو همراهی می‌کنه با اوکموس . تو قلب عطر علاوه بر حس قالب اوکموس رزین ها نقش پررنگی دارند . لابدانوم با حسی چرک و کثیف و قیر قان با بویی چرم مانند . در واقع نت چرم تو این عطر همون صمغ درخت قان هست . مثل همه عطرهای شیپغ . پتی گرین با اون حس نمیچه باطرواتش نیم ساعت مهمون مشام شماست . بعدش این عطر میشه مثل تمام عطرهای شیپغ با این تفاوت که اوکموس و آکورد رزینی تو این عطر نقش پررنگی دارند . اگه به فرمول این عطر کمی آکورد فلورال و هلو اضافه میشد . دقیقا میتسوکو گرلن میشد ‌. من احساس میکنم این عطر نسخه سبک شده عطر معروف خانم بیانکی یعنی همون اتروسکان وادر هست که تاپ نت بهش پتی گرین با دوز بیشتر اضافه شده . این دنیای لایتناهی دستیابی خانم بیانکی به اوکموس و صمغ ها واقعا حیرت انگیزه فرمول عطرهاش بسیار چگال و چغر و بسیار با کیفیت هستند نکته عجیب تر اینکه این کلاس بویایی و این کیفیت اصلا به تگ قیمتی عطر نمیخوره . اینو قبلاً هم گفته بودم . عملا شما با ی برند سطح بالا با متریال گرون روبرو هستند ولی قیمت عطرها واقعا جذاب و جالبه . از این حرفا که بگذریم درای داون عطر بوی قدیمیتری به خودش میگیره و تمام عناصر شاداب تو این عطر به زوال می‌ره و آنچه باقی میمونه آکورد رزینی و اوکموسه که کمی بوی اسپایسی و چوبی و خشکی هم بخودش میگیره مثل بوی میخک و زنجیل و فلفل سیاه . و فضایی پودری آرایشی .مثل بوی ی پنکیک خیلی قدیمی . کیفیت عطر مثل همه عطرهای بیانکی واقعا شاهکاره پرفرومنس عطر عالیه و تا ۱۲ ساعت روی پوست احساس میشه که قطعا اگه روی لباس اسپری بشه بیشتره . ولی این ژانر شیپغ چیزی نیست که سلیقه عموم مردم رو تشکیل بده . فضای کهنه و قدیمی داره و حس زنانگی از نوع یائسه سرتاسر بوی عطر پیچیده .

My impression is that this is a an exceedingly smooth scent. Francesca is good at "rough" and even kind of impolite scents. (I like to be rude sometimes). She wants people to smell like people, not like trinkets or confections or places. She can put that out there in big bold capitals. This isn't really one of those scents. It IS a really deep, shadowy citrus however. It makes me think of how I perceive vetiver, though I know there isn't any here. It's citrusy and can be bright at first, but in its nature smells more human and lived in, with clear dimension. There's something complex and curious hidden down there. Can green be goth? Maybe.

Bianchi's compositions may seem easily reduced to all the other elements being built around her signature Orris Butter and Iris accord(beautiful work). This one is a multi faceted Neroli and a citrus heavy one. It has a sweet phase in the mid that smells like bubble gum courtesy of her Iris but eventually dries down to a nice slightly animalic leather. Time on skin is as impressive as all her others I've tried. Projects well also for the first couple of hours. Have to agree with the review saying the Neroli accord reminded them of a Lush product(good).

I feel like a philistine but I'm having difficulty with this house.. I have four samples.. they all have an underlying smell of furniture polish to me. This one is like cooking oil & furniture polish with some flowers in. All four I've tried remind me of my childhood living room/dining room with a large dark victorian dining table in it that got regularly polished with Mr Sheen in the hope of making it look better but just made it smell funny n feel sticky. Sorry. I tried quite hard but this impression has become overwhelming.

I’m so worried about this brand, a little time ago, when they had tiny little paper boxes, these were wonderful scents. Now that they come in a cardboard box three times the size of the glass itself, there is already a lacquered cap with a weird logo, I feel the nature of the newer scents is different. I sincerely hope they won’t ruin it all and the previous scents won’t be altered or diluted, when I bought my bottles, it was one of the most honest brands on the market.

Wearing the last of my sample today on a near single digit temperature winter day. This is probably the best Neroli fragrance. The Neroli plays only a transitory role in the composition for about the first 2hrs. This a citric slightly Animalic leather with a sprinkle of Sweet benzoin. Don't think of it as a Neroli fragrance like a run of the mill Eau De Cologne but a Bianchified Chypre which features Neroli. Projects well and STICKS to skin.

Juicy Sweet Orange Blossons! I get more leathery orange blossoms with sweet touch than neroli. The iris is airy with a touch of oakmoss, and bit (just bits) of animalic note. This is a creamy orange blossoms with a touch of leather, and no, it's not vintage like, but very contemporary and modern orange blossoms. Beautiful.

Really cool neroli fragrance, unlike any neroli based fragrance I’ve ever smelled. This is not your Eau de cologne splash like neroli citrus water, it’s deep and thick, didn’t think you could do it with neroli, it’s slightly leathery and animalic but it dries down to a beautiful neroli, the heavier notes amp it up. 7/10

Ultra-zesty neroli, white floral profile followed by the atypical powdery cleanliness constantly lingering behind. Animalic? No. Leather? Barely. Iris? Just a touch but more as time passes. I feel like Francesca's catalogue didn't need another one of these.

Smells very old school/vintage. Not for me, but I appreciate her work. The dry down is very elegant and sensual, goes a little powdery on my skin. Unfortunately the first hour is pretty intense and animalic so you have to be into these kind of scents.
