Woodstock

Franck Boclet Woodstock is my new acquisition from this line. And this is a fragrant creamy sandalwood scent that's in the same vibe as Dusita's Pavillon d'Or. Not the same per se, but it does give off the vibe of an asian temple, while Pavillon put emphasis in the incense, Woodstock is playing on sandalwood and cedar territory. The first spray for me feels like the nuance of rice, the one used in Zoologist Dragonfly (first formula), it feels a bit purple, before turning into pale yellow. It resembles the smell of paddy but add some hawthorne and a good dose of cannabis, voila, it becomes extra gorgeous. Woodstock, in its extrait de parfum concentration, does not disappoint. Projection is strong, and it stays n stays for a good 10 hours.

I agree that this smells very similar to apricot popcorn at first. As that first impression fades, the fruit comes to the forefront- fruit dewy in the fresh morning air. It is thick, but in a rich and indulgent way. It is sweetened by the wildflowers and tamed by the wood. I am a fan. I don't necessarily smell the cannibis note, but I am sure it helps to keep this fragrance from smelling too syrupy. Whatever notes I am sing, it certainly works. I also don't necessarily see what this has to do with Woodstock other than the Cannabis note it boasts. Did Yasgur's farm grow osmanthus and apricots? Are we talkng about the Woodstock from the Peanuts gang?

This smells like a floral head shoppe. Almost like real opium but not as "grapey powder" if that makes sense. Initially you can smell the cannabis but it disappears quickly and all the citrus fruity notes meld into a floral incense. This is a woody airy scent that dries down with those floral still hanging onto a vanilla base. It fits its name, I think although pretty floral, the "incense" vibe completely makes this unisex. Would make an excellent scent for the colder months. I have really grown to love this scent.

I simply can not stop sniffing myself! Love love love. Several Stages - starts off w skittles and buttered popcorn, becomes woody smooth, then peachy apricot appears, finally it stabilizes (near the farthest dry down) with the wood and a faint fruit smell as if i ate fruit but had no time to wash my hands. Usually i end with who i picture wearing this -well, its me! I picture myself wearing this forever and ever and ever- true love. ,,,and Im sniffing myself

Beautiful, niche, fascinating and special. Unique expensive fruits like apricots and mangoes perhaps snd osmanthus, natural, organic feel yet sophisticated. It’s a love for me. It’s nature and intellect dancing together in a beautiful concoction. True niche and an insatiable inspiration to try more and more niche perfume.

So Boclet has been around for 10 years and has 49 frags but only 2 are well know. I bought a decant from a FB friend who blind buys and decants a lot. I have had this decant for about 4 months and decided to wear it 2 days in a row. Yesterday was tons of fruits and tons of florals on a woody/vanilla background. Today I wore it to work and thought the women would clown me. It's too feminine for me. The floral component was much more prevalent in the dry down today and I felt uncomfortable. At least nobody talked trash but it does last forever and then some. I have a masculine apricot scent which is Tobacco Blaze so no need for this.

It’s like wearing the aftermath of a food fight at a movie theater snack counter with a hippie/boho candle lit in the background. Challenging to wear regularly, but enjoyable here and there, especially for me right now during warm fall weather. Pairs well with lush’s yog nog body wash, perhaps because of the shared sweet & ylang ylang combo.

patchouli is far in the base of the perfume but i smell it strongly. this is how i imagine the bag, home of a 60s hippie to smell like. the osmanthus-apricot note giving vibe of moroccan apricot trees but a potpourri version, dried fruit jar for health reasons, a random sandalwood incense and the frank boclet special - PATCHOULI BASE

This is EXTREMELY unique yet likeable. Very green (cannabis note?), floral yet smooth and sweet. The dry down on skin is what I didn't like however on paper it smelled very delicious and charming. Such a concoction of notes but it works?? :D

Syrupy dried fruit, greedy sweet apricots and osmanthus, among large cedar pencils, fruity Ylang, giant peppery sandalwood, and a hawthorn that fades into a sort of iced aniseed chamomile. Everything is reminiscent of open spaces,but its high sweetness warms full winters. I absolutely don't take hemp note. Up close it is as greedy as a rainbow soft candy and the trail I get is interesting, fresh, SWEET, young, unisex and joyful. Woodstock by day. Nice fun. In full nature, with more women around and perhaps with the stage... too far away to hear the music.

The name is _very_ fitting. There's a strong cannabis smell. The performance is nuclear. I put one spray on my forearm, and it transferred to the sweater I was wearing, which then smelled not just for day, but through two separate machine washes. The smell is interesting and pleasant(ish) at first, but the strength and the specific notes made it a bit too much after a while. This is for some brave souls out there.

It smells more or less like powdery-sweet caramel popcorn with slight fruity nuances. It's almost edible, but barely wearable. 6/10

This one is so funky, name is 100% justified

Tried this one in search of a Replica Music Festival-like fragrance. It’s not right for me. I found the dried fruit note to be very strong and a bit too feminine for my taste. I don’t get any cannabis at all. Once it settled on my skin, it was kind of like a toasted marshmallow, which of course could be nice for someone looking for something like that!

On fabrics it stay still up to 18 days minimum because my hoodie smell like this for this exact time .Even though i hadn't sprayed it directly on myself i just missed testing paper and like half or maybe 1 spray and it stink to that day About scent.For me it is worst boclet fragrance i tried.I can stand vetiver, cocaïne, but not this.Like dry apricot with dried fruits, definitely has woody scent to it.For some people may smell like fruity tea .

So disgusting niche fragrance, i accidentally spray it on myself and its smell like Grandma fragrance and definitely not unisex.Scent opf cheep fruity notes was killing me yesterday.Smell very cheep and feminine and even from fans of this point so many normal fragrances to buy instead

in all honesty and truth - it smells like vomit in a plastic bag that was left behind inside a car on a hot day for way too long...

The opening of Woodstock is challenging for me personally. The lime ,the apricot in addition to the fruity nuances of osmanthus and Ylang Ylang combo are the stars of the show with a hippie ashy, smokey cannabis blunt undertones note dominating in the background and giving it depth and as I previously mentioned above challenging your appreciation for being overwhelmingly potent to the point of being a not transitional experience throughout the whole olfactory experience. Yes, there are light sweet and gourmand touches of popcorn nuances from the floral notes of hawthorn and vanilla as well,yet I wouldn't label this a sweet fragrance. In fact the sweet touches are the faintest of them all. The patchouli added in the base is both the chocolaty and medicinal kind. By the way,needlessly written by me now warning you "This isn't a blind buy safe"!.I pretty much am convinced of it.I regret purchasing it, unfortunately I might add. I am a fan of the house,I have Erotic,Cocaïne,Just and enjoy wearing them all,now there's Woodstock and I honestly don't know when And where this is an appropriated choice to pick from my collection. Overall this is an unappealing, tough to choose an occasion for,heavy apricot/dried fruits bomb with a skanky note of cannabis and skanky facet of patchouli. I am negatively impacted/shocked by this particular release. Unlike these other 3 offerings I own; this isn't as elegant as Just is, isn't as appealing and obviously rightfully named addictive as Cocaïne, isn't as easy to find an occasion for as Erotic is.
