Bamboo for Women

This is the first time I like any thing by frank olivier , good job Frank! .. I smell green tea , herbs , fresh cut grass , pepper and maybe jasmine . I don't know how does bamboo smell like but maybe that is the freshly cut grass I smell , I like it .. it is a clean fresh smell different from all the fruity sugary sweet scents that bombarded us all of a sudden this era ...and it doesn't smell cheap at all which is good cause after all it is quite affordable , I only tried the tester , so I can't talk about sillage or longevity but I plan to buy it soon and will come back and tell :) Okay I just bought it , had it on my hands for an hour or so , sillage is great , can't tell at the moment about longevity I read the notes but I only get the grapefruit , the ivy , vityver and maybe musk but I do smell pepper and it is not even mentioned donno .. but bottom line again a clean , crisp and lovely smell and I didn't tire from smelling it over and over again , it gets better with time and it keeps its freshness , the dry down is very fresh and not at all dull or headach inducing ..will come back to report about people's impressions and longevity.. Just one last note , this one reminds me so much of VV Platinum by roberto verino

floral, sort of linear, lasts about an hour. Not as woody as stated in the notes, I don't get bamboo either...it's more floral. floral-aquatic. Stays close to the skin, so it could be recommended for casual wear - at a picnic, walk in the park, for playing with kids etc. Simple everyday scent.

to me is very very veery light version of Jadore.Very nice perfume with dominate lily on me.I like it a lot and i am planning to buy it ,but too bad the lasting power and sillage are very bad

Beautiful floral, sweet, soft scent but zero lasting power. And the hunt continues for something that wears longer than 10 minutes. So hard to find these days...

Just bought this from Amazon. Very nice scent but does not last for more than 5 minutes. Someone told me that when you buy from places as Amazon you are likely not getting the real thing. I don't believe that because I purchased other perfumes from Amazon and had good luck. I believe its just this particular perfume but other than that it smells devine. I just keep spraying it on throughout the day. I most likely would not purchase again because of the lasting power.
