Readers, this is a very worthwhile fragrance. The Basalm Fir is carrying it but the seaweed makes it something you are guaranteed to have never smelled before. Fragrance collectors, get this.

Just based on the notes... it’s an immediate no from me, unfortunately. First off, let’s clear something up: Aquarius is an air sign, not a water sign. Yes, it’s the water bearer—but that symbolizes the flow of knowledge and ideas, not literal water. This perfume leans too heavily into the watery theme with the seaweed, which completely misses the point of what Aquarius represents. Aquarians are known for their intellectual curiosity, originality, and visionary thinking. They’re drawn to humanitarian causes, thrive on innovation, and embrace their individuality. A fragrance meant to embody that energy should feel forward-thinking, airy, unconventional—even cerebral. Think crisp metallics, electric florals, or ozone notes that capture the sign’s progressive spirit—not basic aquatic accords. If you understand the sign, you understand what kind of scent would truly fit. Sadly, French Avenue’s “Aquarius” completely misses the mark.

This is beautiful actually it smells like the sea, for the lovers of the Acqua di Sale profile, YES YES YES ! I wouldnt say it smells like Megamare, that one stings and reeks , people ! Blu Mare is much more saltier and harsh. This one goes perfectly in the Acqua di Sale area, seaweed , a bit spicy from the pepper and woodsy. I think the fir is what gives it the freshness and the feeling the ocean is hitting you . I LOVE IT! Doesnt smell at all like an arabian scent, you know, that typical DNA you get

This is NOT an "aquatic" fragrance. I think it's a very good recreation of what the sign represents. Daring and non conformant. The combo of pepper and seaweed creates quite a clean but dark note which then goes into woody, a bit greenish accords. I don't feel much marine or aquatic. Please try smth before you speak.

Aquarius is an AIR sign, not a water sign. Just because theres "Aqua" in the name plus a water bearer sign, it doesn't mean water. But nice try in making it seem unique as what a textbook aquarius character usually is. Let's see how well the notes blend in the "air".

Not giving Aquarius vibes at all 😆 should be more in the ballpark of Ganymede. Abstract and a bit futuristic. Like the cosmic atmosphere. 🪐 👽
