More of a leather than oud scent but still very good. Bold and dirty citrus with a strong note of amyris, which is usually like citrus rind to me. And I get the leather of a black leather jacket if that makes any sense. So it’s versatile but enough of a statement maker that you need to be okay smelling different. Is it the longest lasting? Nope. However 8+ hours for the price is plenty.

This is a case where the price you get the fragrance for determines whether it was worth it or not. It has a clear reference to ADParma Oud. Obviously, it's synthetic, but not to the point of losing elegance. It's not a charming fragrance, nor is it recommended in a collection of five fragrances. In my case, for the $13 I paid, it's a good approximation of an experience with the blend of citrus and oud, to be clear that it's not a combination I would insist on buying. This is where I find the value of some dupes, always after being able to try the OG for comparison.

The less information i can find about a perfume (especially a cheapie), the more intrigued i am to blind buy it. I got this for more than it's worth, as i believe it is now harder to find. My bottle batch is from 2023 (unopened). The general vibe to this is fresh laundry, right out of the washer. No citrus or oud.. clean laundry.. I've seen people comment the same on Colonia Oud reviews. About half an hour after the spray, the detergent smell subsides and you can actually smell something tangy on your skin, call it citrus or amyris. Alongside it there's a darker note lurking, which must be the synthetic oud. The whole thing vanishes abour 2 hours later. Truly an enigma..
