Glorious Oud

So far this is the most accurate clone of Initios Oud for Greatness I have tried. Afnans Supremacy in Oud is sweater and a more medicinal style of oud but still very well done. Ba'dae Al' Oud is just nowhere near the quality of the other two and doesn't perform nearly as well as Supremacy in Oud and Glorious Oud is a good bit stronger both in projection and Longevity than it is. I sold my bottle of Supremacy in Oud after buying this fragrance, and I haven't had any of the original OFG since I first got in the Afnan version to compare them side by side, but from what I remember this is pretty much EXACTLY the way I remember it smelling and the performance is just as strong and possibly even a little bit stronger!!! It claims to be an Extrait as do the others in this line from Fragrance World and so far every single one of the three I have gotten have been absolutely top tier quality fragrances. French Avenue and Fragrance World have impressed me more than any of the other middle eastern houses in the past year and I am definitely looking forward to seeing more from them like this!!!

Nice, deep, dark, earthy and smoky and its got great longevity and hella projection. I Love it. For those new to ouds or middle eastern style frags, keep in mind that this is a type of scent that is like an acquired taste like drinking gin or smoking a cigar. You may not like this at first. This may come off as a burning rubber or burning wood with medicinal undertones to some at first. It takes some time to fully appreciate it. Just a heads up. But if you're into something deep, dark and smoky, this might be up your alley. But fair warning.......IT'S STRONG. Watch it on the trigger. Also, I'm not sure why this would be listed as unisex. This one is Uber masculine. I really could not picture this on a woman. It really would not fit at all. This is a great oud frag though. Love it! 👍

So far I think this one and Infini Oud are the best clones of Oud for Greatness. The worst are Ministry Of Oud Greatest, which doesn't perform, and Oud For Glory, with a boring nuances added. Supremacy in Oud differs a lot, probably shouldn't be considered as a clone.

this is the nearest clone of the OG, the lattafa version is nowhere near to this, the oud accord in this is Amazing, in lattafa i hate the oud its stinky, this is 10/10clone also extrait performance is nuclear

Blend 3/5 Uniqueness 2/5 Perceived Quality 3/5 Fruity, ozonic and green; surprisingly fresh and airy. Glorious Oud opens with somewhat plasticy metallic fruit notes. At the same time Glorious Oud have that beautiful bitter green enveloping qualities to it. And yes they're trying to recreate burnt resin. At home when I burn various aromatic wood, they start to excrete oil and resin to the surface; the burnt resin can smell similar to burn rubber because similarity to tree sap compound which rubber are made from. On the dries down Glorious Oud developed into an office ozonic type of scent. Glorious Oud is a common office scent; it's a safe scent.
