This is a very unique fragrance, forgoing the usual sweet and dark woody note you find in a woody fragrance for a highly aromatic cedar wood note. This really makes the fragrance quite uplifting and even refreshing which is a little startling for a woody fragrance. That cedar wood note is blended with smoky, powdery, boozy, vanilla, stone fruit, spicy and fresh patchouli musk aromas to create a complex fragrance that wafts back and forth between fresh and uplifting to dark and rich. Great stuff. This is completely unisex, though some female users might find it leans too masculine for them. It's great for cooler weather and has strong performance. It's honestly niche level quality. It's more suited for older users than younger ones. The truth is, it all honestly comes to how much you enjoy that strong cedar note. If you can rock it, this is great. If it reminds you of household cleaners like Pine Sol instead, this is not for you. I find it to be very unique and intriguing. Recommended.

As someone who has owned Halfeti Cedar I can tell you that this is definitely a very good interpretation of the original. If I could name anything particularly lacking in this fragrance that is in the other it would be the metallic accord being dramatically softened up here, and the juiciness of the fruits is toned down. I absolutely love the original and this is a very, very good alternative for it because of the high quality of oils and the excellent perfumers that they are now using in the Middle Eastern clone houses. This is definitely one of the best clones that have ever been made as far as quality and accuracy.

This perfume is a bomb, it’s boozy and a little bit sweet, it’s beautiful and sophisticating for colder days or special occasions.

Scent profile wise maybe in the top 5 for french avenue, smells really similar to halfeti cedar, and not synthetic. Just wish it lasted a little longer with the opening holding out a bit longer as well - 7.5/10

Comparing to other French Avenue perfumes with a date note in it, i find this softer and less sweet. 8th wonder, for example, is stronger. This one is dusty from the cardamom. It does indeed carry the Halfeti dna and it doesn't feel synthetic. Because this is not very heavy, i'd say it's better suited for Fall. Truly unisex, when comparing to other heavier date scents. On my skin, i can smell an incense scent reminiscent of Mancera Sand Aoud.
