Mystic Leather

@Philip903 Spectre is drier compared to this. Great fragrance, same profile but drier and less boozier than Mystic Leather. Spectre smells like an old leather bag, ML is more interesting, has more depth. Personally i prefer ML.

This is a very good clone of the OG.This is a bit more fresher and less denser than the OG which some might prefer, because the OG is very dense, smokey and leathery but still very close.

France Avenue have this and Spectre which said clones of Falcon Leather. Yes, as reviews below said that Spectre is drier. Mystic Leather top is sugary sweet and sustain the scent a long way to drydown. Compare to Spectre is more a dried fruit sweet sour. The mid notes on Spectre takes forward earlier. Almost gourmand quality; which has that creamy wood, vanilla complement dried fruit sweetness. While on Mystic Leather I feel less gourmand. I believe Mystic Leather lost most of mid notes compare to Spectre. Open with sugar and drydown with amber, wood, inscense. If you look for sugar powerhouse; this is it. It’s really close to Falcon Leather. French Avenue nailed this.

I’ve got Mystic leather for more than five months now and today I tested the falcon leather honestly to my nose they are one to one. From opening to dry down. Testing them side-by-side on test strips And Mystic leather also last long time. The only thing is not my favourite perfume I’ll keep it. I might use this one day in the future.

Falcon Leather minus the strong smoky birch tar. The rest is pretty close to FL. I already let it sit (macerate) for a few weeks and got a tad smoother. Performance is not the best as it does fade into skin scent after about 5 hours. To me this is a saffron bomb.

It’s actually pretty close to Falcon Leather, they did a good job on the scent DNA. It’s lacks in projection and longevity. Maybe maceration could help, but as of now, I get a 4-6 hours as a skin scent, and then it vanishes.

So Fragrance World has a clone of Falcon Leather with this fragrance and Spectre? I wonder what the differences are between those two...

Notes are wrong for this. It’s a clone of Falcon Leather, so you’ll primarily get saffron, birch tar, and leather.

Is this redundant if I own Spectre? The notes are so different...?
