Pisces

Not a huge fan of Aventus or its DNA in general — though on certain moods, I'll reach for it. This one, however, changes the game entirely. You get that black currant upfront, reminiscent of Afnan's Supremacy line — intense, almost overwhelming in the opening, which isn't quite my thing. And like most Afnan releases, it carries that persistent synthetic quality throughout. That said, what comes after is where this fragrance earns its place. Once the black currant settles, something genuinely interesting unfolds: a sparkling, effervescent quality — almost like a margarita — followed by juniper berries that I've completely fallen for. There's something about that combination that quietly lifts my mood every time I wear it. It does retain a touch of that familiar Aventus sharpness in the background, but the smooth, fizzy accord with juniper softens and balances it beautifully — if you let it breathe and pay attention. Longevity is decent but not exceptional — it hugs close to the skin after about two hours, lingering there for another five or six. Projection is moderate at best, so don't expect it to announce your presence.

Nose Note #722 This may be my favourite in the line and honestly one of the best scents I've ever smelled. It's like some Hubba Bubba gum, but it's not gourmand. It's extremely easy to wear. I bought decants of this line and upon the first spray I immediately thought: "I'd definitely buy a full bottle". Take Platine Blanc or the Afternoon Swim DNA and center them around blackcurrant and juniper - you'll l get this. It's very distantly reminding me of Absolu Aventus, but this one is very unisex. You definitely get a clear note of patchouli in the drydown. High class, high quality. Upd. after 6 months: Funny that I haven't worked this out earlier, it smells so much like Aventus Absolu 9.5/10, just something very special

Wow! I reeeeeeally love this! It's for sure my hot summer fragrance now! Spritzy, zesty lime (margarita style), juniper berries and blackcurrant. This is for me fantastic! I would say it's totally unisex and is quite strong for such a citrus heavy fragrance. Have tried a few other Genesis perfumes now and this is by far the best! (Have tried gemini, aries, leo). They all have completely different vibes going on. If you like sparkling margaritas and juniper, then get this!

Not my zodiac sign but this one is extremely, extremely good. It's a fantastic twist on Aventus Absolu but it has its own distinct boozy-ish vibrant character which differs it. Shinichiro is such an amazing perfumer as well. Keep in mind however that it's not mass appealing. Some people told me I smell old man-ish (due to the vetiver), some as an air freshner, so it's not a safe blind buy.

As a Pisces, I appreciate the effort behind this perfume (they didn't rely on the usual, banal Pisces symbolism - they had the opportunity to make something unique, and they went for it - while at the same time staying true to the sign). I LOVE the margarita note in the opening. The perfume is fresh and spicy, sparkly, unisex.

MargaritAventus. Yes, yes, triple yes. This stuff performs wonderfully and such a nice bottle design, was meh about the aventus dna to the point where I traded my hacivat. This is much more the Avenue for me in that DNA wheelhouse. Great twist, great job French Avenue. Will be gatekeeping until further notice

Smells like a mix between Aventus Absolu and YSL Y EDT. It's pretty unique. I love it. First one I got from the Genesis line. The quality for this price is insane. It could easily be sold for $100 in a YSL bottle.

Fizzy, bright, sweet sparkling black currant and fresh juniper berries backed by smooth beautiful cardamom and tonka bean. One of my favorite blind buys ever. I might buy every bottle in existence.

Delicious I can’t stop smelling the tester strip. The presentation is on the level of a $300 cologne. Definitely unisex, tropical outdoor summer vibe.

just a nice amazing lime like lightly almost tea reminiscent lime fragrance

For me its close to Cedrat Boise profile as i've had the Paris Corner clone previously. I dont get the aventus similarity, like i didnt get it with Cedrat Essence. Its performance is very good, sillage is quite strong and lasts around 7-8 hours for me. I dont mind the scent but im not a huge fan of the cedrat boise scent profile. Picked it up for $19AUD so its ridiculous value at that price.,

I primarily get the margarita in the opening and it dries to be mostly tonka with some of the other notes around it. Performance is about 7 hours on my skin and the projection is just arms length, but becomes a skin scent after a couple hours. I like the scent, but not enough to get a full bottle. It does not remind me of aventus absolu, but I can see where others do.

Smells similar to Imperial by Fragrance World, but it’s more feminine, the margarita note adds more sweetness to the fragrance.

For context I bought samples of 4 fragrances of this line (Leo, Capricorn, Virgo, and Pisces.) Nothing impressive to be quite honest. While they are all good, all of them seem to be a twist of a popular fragrance nothing to innovative. Pisces is a fragrance were at least for me and the people who smelled on me can see clearly the scent base and DNA of Creed Aventus. Literally the same thing as Aventus but with a twist on it, the margarita note adds a citrus sweetness that has almost a bubble gummy aspect to it. If you are a fan of Creed Aventus or Aventus Absolu this is a good choice and it's worth a try as it smells really similar but with a sweetness added to it, it smells less harsh and pungent, it's more soft and still masculine. Projection and Sillage are pretty normal what you would expect from one Aventus clone. My personal opinion as I'm not the biggest fan ever of Creed Aventus it's a mid-good fragrance, it's mass appealing, it won't be anything life changing but it's not bad (7.6/10). One observation of the margarita note, imagine something like JPG Le Male it has a bubblegum sweetness on top, add a soft lemon citrusy to that, that is how the margarita acts on top of the Aventus DNA. Therefore if you like Creed Aventus probably would be a good purchase, it is sweeter on top but also less punchy and screechy, it has a note that I personally don't see often and it was done really good and matched the DNA.

Big, fuzzy, sweet scent, pungent in a way that makes you want to distance yourself from it. I don't get it, cardamom, ginger and the juniper berries all make it massively aromatic and feels like a hat on a hat on a hat, feels unbalanced perhaps, while the black currant makes it fruity and slightly syrupy sweet, resulting in something between overbearing and overwhelming.

In honor of Saturn leaving Pisces on February 14th, 2026, and my birthday coming up in March, I decided to celebrate being a Pisces this year by blind buying this fragrance. Despite it being about $70, the presentation was AMAZING and felt like something Saks Fifth Avenue would sell. The bottle is gold-colored and solid. The lacquer is high quality — so much so that I decided to keep it on display on a shelf in my living room. Regarding the scent itself, I do not loathe it, but I do not love it. It is definitely unisex, perhaps leaning slightly more masculine. It opens with a gorgeous burst of jammy Black Currant. If the booklet didn’t say it had a top note of Margarita, I probably wouldn’t have guessed that — it really just smells like jammy black currants to me. I ABSOLUTELY love the opening notes because they’re quite different from anything I’ve ever owned. However, as it dries down, it begins to smell quite pine-like. I suppose it’s the mix of ginger and vetiver. To me, this is definitely a late winter/early spring fragrance. I do love ginger colognes generally, as I have YSL Absolut, but maybe it's the two together, or the vetiver, I'm not personally a fan. As an astrologer, I think this cologne is quite true to the original myth of the two Pisces fish — two fish tied by a rope in a fast-moving stream. Most people think of the Mediterranean when they think of Pisces, but they should be thinking about fish in a fast moving stream or river. This fragrance truly does smell like you’re in an alpine valley next to a crystal clear mountain lake or stream. It’s a bright, crisp early spring day. The atmosphere is ozonic. You get wafts of evergreen trees and winter berries on a soft breeze. Although I’m not 100% in love with the scent, it smells quite luxurious and truly fits how I think of Pisces season — especially if you’ve ever experienced March in the White Mountains of New England or the Rocky Mountains near Colorado. Think of those weeks right after all the snow has melted and the very first seedlings have sprouted, but not many flowers are out yet. That is the energy of this cologne. It feels alpine and ozonic to me. I do not get oceanic or summery at all. It could also be the cologne for Gemini TBH because of it's airiness but I think it also works for Pisces. Regardless, I really respect French Avenue for putting so much effort into their Zodiacal Perfume series, and I hope to buy the Gemini, Capricorn, or Aquarius next. (I’m a Gemini Rising, but I have a lot of planets in Capricorn and Aquarius as well.) Finally, congrats to all my fellow Pisces who have endured Neptune in Pisces since 2011, and Saturn in Pisces from 2023 - 2026. It truly was a nightmare for most Pisceans that I've come across. WE FINALLY CAN CELEBRATE!

I blind bought it because I’m a Pisces and I like the bottle lol. It’s very inexpensive so taking a chance wasn’t a big deal. I thought it would be more of a fresh aquatic scent but it’s actually not. I hadn’t really seen the notes until now. First spray I hated it. Smelled like cough medicine to me. The dry down gets much better. I see what others are saying about it sort of reminding them of Absolu Aventus. The dry down gives me Absolu Aventus with a sort of candy sweetness on top. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it either and haven’t worn it other then to test on my skin. I think I’ll try to layer it with a few things I have and see what I come up with. I wish I could smell them all but no one in my area carries these

Being a Pisces, Im quite impulsive- hence the blind purchase; but its one of 2 Perfumes I bought for my 8 &10yr old to gift me for xmas 😅 I got to have a smell of this one, sneakily and it is everything I want my summer to smell like! Green, vibrant, zesty, with a spritz of sweet without being juvenile- (if you want a sweeter, girlier scent go for Amo by Salvatore Ferragamo). I may just put down the Fursan White (also delicious) to wear this for summer events. Yum yum!

The greatest of Aventus DNA imo, if you guys like that DNA with no smoky, birch or dark, take this one which is bright, citrusy, fruitiness. 9.5/10
