Took a chance and blind bought a 30ml bottle on a big discount... i generally find Fueguia to be an outstanding house, and they aren’t as easily found on sale. So, Thays... it’s not exactly my type of fragrance, it’s mostly fruity and floral, a little sweet and a little sour. Even though it’s not the typical profile I go for, I think this is outstanding... it’s the superb balance of sweet and sour that really makes it work for me. The performance is amazing, especially for what it is. It lasts forever on skin, with moderate projection. Somehow it reminds me a bit of Batucada from l’Artisan parfumeur, which i really enjoy. Thays isn’t quite as sharp, isn’t as aquatic (I do get a hint of aquatic notes from Thays) and has much much better longevity. Someone below said it was reminiscent of a caipirinha, which I totally agree with, and which also happens to be the inspiration for Batucada, so I guess my connection between the two makes sense. All in all, it smells very high quality as i expected from Fueguia, and it feels very authentic and true to the brands ethos of creating naturalistic perfumes that pay homage to the land and history of their native Argentina.

Thays is amazing. Refreshing, naturally smelling fragrance for warmer weather. It’s a fragrance that brings you at peace with yourself and nature. It is clean, fruity, and somewhat herbal in the best possible way. When I smell Thays, I think of a simple beauty of sunlight on a late warm afternoon, the sound of soft wind in the trees and grass, the taste of cool tea that you drink while inhaling the smells of clean, pure nature around you. Thays evokes a feeling, a memory. And somehow it also reminds me of an untamed beautiful wilderness of southern Patagonia that I so love.

This is different, if you want to smell different from the audience you have to try this. This is osmanthus but it is floral too especially on my skin turns very floral and then green. It is fresh and the opening is lemony and little tart but then it turns to something fresh, fruity, floral, green, ozonic. This is not a perfume this is an experience. I think every fragrance collector should have this. When I first tried this I gasped bc it is so good, and so different from what most of the ppl in my country wears.

Juicy, herbaceous, minty and grassy scent! Unusual but very attractive! It has different shades of green: from minty freshness to mouthwatering fruit juice. For some it might seem a but salad-y but it’s actually very beautiful! Follow me on IG: scent.guide

This is a very unique cologne. I had a fascinating experience testing it at one of Fueguia's boutiques: they have an oblong table with bell jar testers of all their perfumes, organized by theme. So much fun! I knew right away that I wanted to buy Thays, but they were out of stock. However, you can buy off of their website and they'll ship directly from Italy and send you additional test vials of the perfumes of your choice ... excellent customer service! Anway, Thays for me is an instant bomb of juicy floral with citrusy/grassy undertones and strong sillage. Over a few hours, it dials down to a more intimate, musky skin scent that lasts into the next day. I can see why it's labeled as unisex, as it starts quite feminine, but ends up more masculine. I could see this as being quite romantic as the musky skin scent that remains at your pulse points is an intriguing surprise. Not for the meek, however.

Got a 5ml sample. On skin it smells a bit smoky, seemingly a combination of mate and tea with more inclination on mate side, and no trace of floral scent. Personally find it not very strong or intriguing, and as such suitable for daily wear both for male and female.

reminds me of the smell of a watermelon rind being cracked open on the kitchen counter

It initially overwhelmed me with a tropical, fresh and disruptive fruitiness. Rowdy. Howls summer days water, bubbles and rough winds. There is a heavy load of citrus, bergamot green tea, lemon, bitter citron and yerba mate. My favorite part is the bottom where it remains calmer but still present and more intriguing. I agree with the similarities to Kenzo, although this one is more down to earth, feminine most of the time and although natural it has the performance of today's synthetic marines and with palpable quality!

Either I got a bad sample, or Thays smells like chopped celery and grass clippings soaked in alcohol. Tart, green, tannic, a little sour and musty...with nothing vaguely floral whatsoever. Awful stuff.

A refreshing green citric lemon tea type of fragrance. The perfume opens with notes of osmanthus and lemon proceeding to a firm green tea heart before settling on a bed of South American mate (a caffeine infused mixture of dried powdered leaves of the holly species) and synthetic musk. This is a aromatic, refreshing unisex scent that is suited for warm weather. Nice but overpriced for what it offers. Enjoy!

I've read other reviews that mention a floral scent, but I don't smell that at all. I find it to be too strong, too acidic and it lingers forever, never quite settling into a softer scent. Maybe it was a bad bottle? Either way, I'm off to ebay to try to sell it. Not a fan, at all.

Sampled this and I love the scent but especially the whole spirit and sustainability efforts of the company. There is not much development or complexity with this perfume, which does not have to be a bad thing. I am currently looking for different interpretations of tea-perfumes and this one has a super fresh hay-like / grassy and mate tea opening. There is a nice bitterness that remains on the skin, which is probably from the mate tea or as if you almost left the green tea for too long in your water...( I am a tea lover so this is usually not acceptable but here...it gives the scent a super interesting and uniqueness that is hard to describe). Unfortunately, the longevity is weak..after max. 2h it is just very lightly detectable - making it a very work-friendly perfume. The perfume melts into your skin and it is as if it belongs to my personality / me ( since I am known for being a tea lover..) - nothing for people who need beast longevity (which is hard to find with tea scents) Sillage is - as I mentioned- also rather weak. This is perfect for you, if you love high quality sustainably sourced raw materials perfume, love green tea, live in a hot climate and want your fragrance to be a part of you instead of perfume that lingers on your skin. I might purchase it, although it has a rather hefty price tag (if you consider weak longevity and sillage...) but I feel so good whenever I refresh this scent. - compliments: yes! People actually wonder, if I smell this nice without a perfume.

first 5 mins is sparkling, fresh, green, fruity, citrus, floral, soapy, grassy 10 mins - feels like biting into a fresh crisp juicy apple & it plays with an aquatic accord which blends nicely with florals & shiny citrus Heart is floral, tart & dry like a cranberry, tang of citrus & green apple, fresh air & aquatic accords i'm not as familiar with omanthus on its own but i read it gives off a fruity apricot scent which is probably giving me the impression of the other fruity notes i mentioned i don't get as much tea or mate out of this but it settles/drys down with floral, fruity, & aquatic accords it's good but not for me, too tart & aquatic for my taste...however i will give Fueguia credit for how intensely fresh it smells

Luckyscent tossed this in as a freebie when the sample of Cactus Azul I asked for was unavailable. Thays opens with a powerful green, celery-reminiscent note that's very unique and fresh; then the bitterness of the mate comes out. It's very watery and ever-so-slightly earthy. I don't dislike it, but I'm not sure I love it, either. I don't perceive any floral or fruity notes from the osmanthus.

Scented dish soap, soapy opening. Middle is tea, veggies, spicy, leans masculine. Bottom is sugary and leans feminine. Unisex overall. Like a caipirinha without the lime and green bell pepper in its place. Enjoyable on dry down. Light smelling , good in hot weather.

I love fresh/green/soapy smells (not really getting much floral...) so I was a fan initially....but the drydown was weirdly sharp.
