Aquarelle

I blind bought this off of eBay after seeing it on RuthAnne MacKinnon's YouTube channel. The bottle design intrigued me, and so I finally paid 20 something dollars for a full bottle on eBay. As for how this smells...imagine if Axe was originally created for women, and not men. Very green and spicy. It smells quite similar to the original green Gain scent. It has that accord that sort of tickles your nose. The dry down is a sort of generic sweet smell. Longevity is not great, it lasts about 2 or 3 hours. It's also surprisingly unisex. Aquarelle is made by the House of Fuller, which is similar to Avon and operates in Latin America. There was a very kind Hispanic girl named Michelle whom I went to school with in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. She smelled exactly like this, but due to the Gain-like smell, I just assumed it was laundry detergent. That and the fact that perfume was not on my radar at that age. But now I recognize it as having been Aquarelle! I guess she must have bathed in this stuff, because I remember smelling it on her all day. Or maybe Fuller also sells matching lotion or shampoo or somesuch. That or perhaps it's been reformulated in the 15-ish years since then. The liquid is not a deep gold like the photo here on fragrantica, it's transparent with a hint of yellow. Overall, this isn't for me. I'm open to selling this, but don't have a specific price in mind. Send me a private message if you're interested!
