It starts VERY men's soap-y upon first spraying it, almost Irish Spring-y or Zest, but settles over time into a very lovely woodsy scent. The cloves really shine once it dries down, and shifts it from marine and cool into something more warm. The start is definitely a spring or summer scent, but when it makes that shift to clove I could definitely see this as a fall scent. I wish the lemon stuck around longer than that first spray, as I think it would really complement the wood and clove and make the scent more complex, but it's lovely as is.

Honestly I didn't like this one when I first applied it--it had very strong drugstore aftershave vibes (nothing wrong with that, per se, it's just not my thing). But once the loud top notes settled down, this turned into a really nice fresh-spicy, aromatic guy with a salty quality that's very nice. I'm not sure I would splash out for a full bottle of this one, but I'd seriously consider buying the cheaper solid perfume version.

I feel like I've almost smelt this fragrance just out in nature. The cedar note along side the aquatics are really was are the forefront of this scent with the lemon being in the background. I personally couldn't see a younger man wearing this Id say 30 and up. A more mature summer and warmer spring day fragrance

This is a fresh, lemony, pine that is nothing special. It reminds me of a dozen other scents already out there. Masculine leaning.
