Thousand Palms

such a beautiful green floral smell, ive never smelled anything like this. starts off really peppery green smell but dries down to a sensual green floral scent. love this in the summer it smells so good when you’re sweaty. wore it out dancing on a humid day and reminded me of sweaty nights in my grandparents backyard in miami where they had jasmine bushes. its sexy and fresh and i want a full bottle!

Not the one I was expecting to like, but something about this scent pulls me- almost obsessively. It’s bright, sweet, & uplifts my mood the moment I’m exposed to it.

This is really delightful. It's easy, breezy, light, and uplifting. The mango and green pepper interact to make a unique green accord that doesn't smell like grassy green or herbaceous green or any other green I've ever smelled, but it's undeniably green. The mango isn't super fruity at all, more like smelling the green outside of an uncut mango. It also feels a little aquatic, but simply in a water-like way and not the blue way we tend to think in perfumery. The tuberose is very green and not overpowering at all. It's definitely a background player here. Don't be turned off if you don't like tuberose because it's barely detectable as itself here. I don't really get the patchouli, amberwood, or coriander. I really like this. I actually got my first compliment from a stranger in the wild wearing it this morning. She could smell it a couple feet away despite the acrylic barrier between us, so it's got good projection. My only gripe is the longevity. I got about 2 hours out of this. Alas, such is the life of a green fragrance lover. 8.5/10.

I definitely detect the green scent. I do like green scents as it reminds me of being outside. Walking around with grass being mowed with that scent wafting toward me. Or even the smell of cutting green peppers. It also has a a bit of an herby sort of smell in the background. Of the scent pack of F&R I purchased, this is my favorite. Would I buy it? Probably not as the scent seems expensive for what you get. Also, the staying power does not seem to be tremendous with the scent.

Definitely get the Green Pepper Note but the Mango gives it that touch of sweetness and it is QUITE enjoyable... Very pleasing to the nose and for sure very different from anything I've smelled... Get a sample and try it yourselves-----NOT BAD FULTON & ROARK... 8/10

The bell pepper really stands out at the front, strong and freshly-cut sharpness. Settles down over time into something sweet and green. Lasts forever- could continue smelling it next day on my hands after sleeping and running around all day.

This one is different! You get the green pepper right off, but then the sweet mango and tuberose come in. I like it!

Greenest fragrance I've ever encountered. Immediately reminiscent of Dragonfly by Zoologist, but I think Thousand Palms is slightly more accessible. Definitely not an intimate fragrance though- I could see this overwhelming even in a coffee shop or fish market. Not bad at all, but certainly not justifiable for the current price.

Extremely green and vegetal. The green bell pepper note is spot-on. The tuberose note is oily and slightly earthy. This smells sappy, like I'm crushing leaves I picked on a walk in the woods. I've been to Thousand Palms, and I have to say this does not evoke that place for me in the slightest.

Thousand Palms is 90% identical to Nuit de Bakélite from Naomi Goodsir, with a more toned down bell pepper top note. The tuberose in Thousand Palms is slightly stronger than in Nuit de Bakélite, with the latter highlighting tuberose stems rather than the flower itself. I think both fragrances have the same intention of somewhat muting the tuberose, with Bakélite doing a better job of it. Also, Bakélite has a more complex, and in my opinion a better scent development. Thousand Palms is fairly linear, with the backbone of the fragrance being the bell pepper top note that lingers throughout. If you are looking for a more green tuberose with a complex base, then Nuit de Bakélite is for you. If you prefer a stronger tuberose accompanied by a linear bell pepper note, then you might like Thousand Palms. Both are long-lasting and have strong projection. I applied those sample before I went to bed and every time I roll over in the middle of the night, I’d get another whiff of it. In the morning when I woke up, I could still smell it fairly decently. It’s a very nice small pleasant and earthy. I really like it. The word “green” describes this sentence perfectly. It’s nice.

It smells of fruity fig to me...just like Pulp does.
