Blush

I tried this on my skin at the Czech Design Shop in Prague. 7 hours later, I'm still smelling it. Rose and fruit might seem like a strange combo, but it works really well in this fragrance. The opening is bright and sunny and citrusy without giving cleaning supply vibes. The rose emerges quickly, then the magnolia and geranium, with its green hints. (I love geranium and wish it came up more in perfumery.) The rose and the geranium continue into the dry down, with the musk grounding them. I can't detect the cedar or vanilla, but I'm guessing they're helping contribute to the longevity. Based on the name and packaging, I was expecting something edgy and unusual and a little Mad Max Fury Road. Instead, this is a classic, well done floral fruity that would be perfect for summer days, blue skies, and dates in the park. I generally like something a little more challenging, but it's perfectly pleasant and I can't imagine anyone hating it. Everything I've smelled of Furiosa's so far has been very nice, and I hope to see more of them. What a misleading name for classic perfumery, though!
