Incantevole

This is how water smells like. Nothing but in very good way. Very light and airy scent, non generic at all. I get some fruity and woody notes as well nothing specific that I can point. Actually clean scent, not soapy/shampooey, but actually clean scent. Unique feminine skin scent with good lasting power (4-5 hours). Gorgeous bottle!

I bought this because I wanted an amber(ish) scent that would work on hot summer days. What drew me to Incantevole specifically was that it seemed like a scent that wouldn't clash with most sunscreen (I use unscented ones, but they still have a smell). First: it's really good. Like I suspected, it goes with "unscented" sunscreen really well. As a perfume noob, I don't know if I would register it as an amber fragrance if I didn't know. Compared to the other amber scents I've tried, it's cool and fresh, airy even, although it is sweet and has a warm base. But I guess it's an amber FLORAL for a reason. The water fruit notes are prominent in the opening, and the bergamot does not appear sharp at all. The fruitiness goes away after a short while, but the bergamot is detectable to the end. On my skin, the seawater, citrus and ylang-ylang are the heart of the fragrance. The saltwater scent is strong, but not in a beachy way. Reminds me more of a seaside boulevard. The sweet amber base is really nice with the marine freshness, and I love the woody notes of the drydown. It's like a warm but refreshing gentle sea breeze. I can't really rate sillage and lasting power, because I become nose-blind to my perfume really fast lol. I find it refreshing in the summer when I'm out. On my skin, it isn't cloying in warm weather, but I still wouldn't wear it to an indoor event with no AC :D It's fun, light and fresh. Pairs really well with a sundress.

This is a nice floral marine scent. It doesn’t last particularly long on me but it’s lovely while it’s around. I think that ‘water fruits’, ‘sea notes’ and ‘driftwood’ are quite fantastical notes for a scent but they give a decent view of what this perfume is about.

Tested it and got big parsley after 10mins. Very pretty beyond that though! Definitely a salty seabreeze, driftwood accented vacation vibe.

Ey, this is pretty good and unique for a designer fragrance. Very accessible as well for a marine fragrance. Try it out if you can.
