I also got this from Galimard with advertisement material, on a beautiful tester card. I can tell that yesterday it gave me a headache, but I was not in the best mood to sniff perfume. Mind you that this little card travelled through countries and waited for me to pick up for a few days. It is going still very strong on the card, which surprised me a lot! It seems to be real French quality. The scent is beautiful itself, and I will see the real juice with my next order from Galimard when I will be receiving a 15ml sample of this. Can't wait!! For now it shows resemblance with black opium, but will keep you posted. I`ve been wearing this for a few days now and here is my update - I was expecting a richer denser scent based upon the smell that was coming up from the blatter. This scent actually stayed in my mind scince I have smelled it first so I was very much curious how it will work for me. The overall experience is very pleasant. The scent is slightly sweet, airy and mouthwateringly delicious. The two most prominent notes are the cherry and the coffee. I can see it is a new scent, I expect it will still macerate a little bit. In the base, I can tell that there is this white musk that is used in other galimard creations. It is clean and elegant. The vanilla is also there, sweetens up a little bit, but again it is light. I think what makes it airy is the middle floral notes. As it dries down, the coffee and cherry fades and a nice sweet simple clean skinscent stays for quite a long time. For me the longevity is quite good, I can smell it the whole day. I didn't expect for such a scent profile, considering what type of perfumes I was wearing lately, but this is actually a love for me. I can't stop wearing it. And it will be a nice experience and a new scent memory for this Christmas. If you like sweet semi gourmand type of scent and you love cherry, I think it is a safe blind buy. And it is perfect for layering, especially with my beloved L'Été dernier. I think it was a smart pull from maison Galimard to launch it around Xmas time. Love it! Good job Galimard! Enjoy!!

These cherries have been macerating in alcohol for a while. There’s something liquor related in them to me, it’s like a nice strong gourmand coffee cocktail. Almonds are definitely the almond flavor drops you’d add to the cake, quite bitter and tasty. Overall the composition is quite mature but at the same time reminiscent of youth. I personally love it, but it’s not for every day - I have to be in the mood for it.

I'm sniffing this on a tester, which was mailed to me by Galimard. I plan on buying the parfum. Tester blots aren't my preferred method of reviewing, but it comes off as an interesting, sensual, feminine blend that is warmly sweet. I'm worried that the cherry note may wear too strongly and that it might be too 'young' for me. I'll circle back with an update.

Such a nice scent. The coffee is very strong and comforting. It's mature, elegant, but young at the same time. It doesn't smell syrupy, like most cherry parfumes do. It's more subtle and floral. I love it during colder days, it makes me feel so feminine and whimsical + it lasts very long.

The vanilla smell hits too strongly for my taste I liked it, but it just isn't my style
