My first Gallagher experience. Pretty impressive across the board. Opens with a fairly bright blend of pear and melon, which is followed shortly by citruses and banana. The drydown is excellent and increases its rather masculine edge with a woody ISO E and ambroxan blend (thankfully not in the predictable designer way) throughout its long lifespan. It's working great right now during a cool spring, but I bet it's a lot of fun into the summer and early autumn. Unisex, leaning masculine, but would still be perfect on Carmen Miranda. Yes, it's fruity at the beginning, but its personality is dynamic and interesting, with just a bit of an edge, over time. Great performance, always fun, and probably appealing to most.

This is definitely for the mature. This is a masculine man's fragrance... I do not, at all, see this being unisex. One told me this reminded them of Fahrenheit, I get a maybe for that but it's not it. They said it reminded them only. It's like a potent pear. It's on that level in terms of strong, potent smells. This really can be an all around fragrance. While I see some say Summer, I can better feel for this in the fall maybe. It gives off that autumn vibe to me more than the summer one It's a strong like from me...leaning to a love ( we'll see by weeks end ) Definitely worth checking out.

I just received my decant a couple of Days ago. This is a perfect over-riped pear of the type Conference. You get the fruitiness of melon and banana, patchouili is noticeable, but sits well in the background with no disturbing factors. The scent does have some kind of men's Cologne vibe (party because of grapefruit/ambroxan?), but in a good way. As some have mentioned, it does have some resemblance, or brand DNA if you may, with AMongs Waves. A fun, sunny, summer type, vacation fragrance. If you like pear in fragrances, you must try this one. Well done, Daniel.

pear pear pear! yummy, perfect, juicy, pear! very natural but doesn't stick around for long. The initial pear blast gives way to the other fruits and accords in about 10 minutes.The drydown is water logged driftwood with a bit of ambroxan. I really appreciate the ride this fragrance gave me. if I smelled only the top notes and forgot about it for 20 minutes then sniffed again I would wonder if they were even the same fragrance! I think people searching for a fruity 'masculine' gourmand will enjoy this one.

Initially this was a no, an almost headache inducing no... buuut wait for it to settle!! Ooooh man is it amazing! The word used below was “potent”; I agree 100%, and almost washed it off, but I’m so glad I didn’t. Once the citron, cedar and driftwood start peeking through, the pungency of the super sweet fruit mellows, blending so so beautifully! So hang in there if it’s too much initially, it was worth the wait for me
