Rosé All Daé

Quick take before I fully review this one. A while back I ordered the discovery set from Gallagher, and there were some and winners some losers. Wasn't a fan of Amongst Waves, Bergamust, or Iloren, but loved most of his Silk Line. Tulip silk being my favorite, then Lavendar Silk, Vanilla Silk, also enjoyed Carpe Cafe, not the best COFFEE scent, still a nice scent overall, That Guy was nice, and a few others but nothing really worth a bottle for me. Then he released the limited supply of Wicked Good which I got excited about because it has three notes that I'm a big fan of cocoa, Tonka and vanilla(my favorite), but unfortunately I heard about it to late and he had sold out of them. When he announced that he would re-release the scent I told myself I would just buy it blind, so I did. And it just came in. Review coming soon. SPOILER..... It's really nice so far. But anyway, it came with a sample of Rosé All Daé. And of initial impressions, I must say I am much more impressed with this one. Still early in testing but for as of now I thoroughly enjoy smelling Rosé All Daé. It has a certain fizzyness to it. It's almost like a plummy-rosey-champagne. There's an air of the fizzyness Dior's Ambre Nuit mixed with the jammy rose from Tauerville's Rose Flash and an added plum note. There are subtle nuances to it but I will comment on that after a few wearings. I will say however, this seems to almost change everytime I go to smell it on my arm, which I would attribute to that "fizzy" aspect of it, which I would assume comes from the attempt to make a stainless steel note. It also performs like crazy, similarly to Tauerville Rose Flash funny enough, must be a characteristic of that accord. This is of course just initial impressions, but what a pleasant surprise that came from the blind buy of another. EDIT #1 - 9/24/19 Still not a full wearing but man this is exquisite, I just had to get another word in before a full review. Smells divine, performs better than most of the others in my collection. This testing, I sprayed one spray from the sample vial at night before bed. It smelled just as amazing as I remembered, sweet, fizzy, rosey. Like I said previously, a blend of Dior Ambre Nuit, Tauerville Rose Flash, and perhaps a bit of that Parfums de Marley Oajan/Hermès Ambre Narguile honeyed tonka sweetness vibe but doesn't really smell like any of them in particular. Don't really get much patchouli, but surprisingly get the apple crisp accord in the late late drydown, talking the day after, which brings up performance. Performance is nothing less than amazing. Projects and lasts. The one spray from the night before was wafting up off my arm in the gym the day after, about 13hrs after application. This will be a buy for me eventually, but I will wear out the sample first and come back with a full review. But so far it's a really pleasant surprise from a house that I respect but feel is overhyped sometimes, but is worthy of it with this one.

My samples arrived today and I'm really happy! (it took 10 days for the delivery from US to UK). As I thought I really like Rose All Dae. It opens up on my skin with something I find difficult to describe, but it smells like it's bitter - if you've ever tried eating bitter almond you'll know what I mean. Oh, I know, it's burnt sugar! This note disappears quickly and then I detect apple pie with lots of cinnamon, vanilla and tonka. Somewhere in the background, there is plum compote with dark chocolate (or slightly smoked prune??). I cannot detect rose, at least not the rose I know (rose fanatic here), but somewhere beyond the edible scents, there is an autumnal garden, with roses that would like to come forward but it's simply not their time of the year, and patchouli hiding somewhere in the corners. I can smell autumn in this fragrance, fallen leaves, some of them burning, cosy evening with hot lemon tea and piece of that apple pie, fog outside but warmth and happiness inside. It also smells a bit like mulled wine. I love autumn. Rose All Dae is stunning and I will definitely get a full bottle nearer the end of summer. PS1 - I do not detect that metallic note. PS2 - There is a slight similarity to Atelier Cologne Gold Leather, must be the plum, but Rose All Dae is more sugary plum and tonka, and Gold Leather is more boozy plum and saffron.

To me this scent felt very controversial when I wore it to office yesterday. I felt like rock star who had stayed up all night drinking and partying then went directly to office and nailed it there too. There is a strong boozy and hedonistic aspect to this perfume to the level that people might think you are actually a bit drunk. But it is that grey ambiguous area that was pretty exciting to pull off especially in office where you feel maybe, just maybe, you`re doing something you`re not supposed to. It was definitely quite a stretch to pull this off in the office environment but I thoroughly enjoyed. This is an interesting brand that does not shy off trying different, unexpected and sometimes shocking juxtapositions of ingredients. I almost wrote it off as a brand that I won`t like but the more I try their perfumes the more I fall in love with them. It`s not the obvious delightful scents, you almost have to train your nose one day at a time to start discovering the complexity and exciting presentation. Like drinking green tea, eating sushi with wasabi and drinking wine - I don`t think anyone liked these from the first bite, but we all love them now. Similar with this perfume and most of the perfumes by this brand.

This. is. lovely. It is a cinnamon apple on top, and a bit of an amber scent overall. As it develops you get hits of everything listed on the front, but it is also a very blended scent. This is the sweet fall/winter scent I have been looking for in Frapin 1270, Note Vanillee and Good Girl (as far as a gourmand), but this one has all the elements and radiates a bit. The only size listed right now is 1.7 oz (I thought it was a larger size for $115) and did not come with the case, just a box. Some of the other Gallaghers I am struggling with, not very nuanced and very "American," but they got this one right. Rose Noir is very similar, but a bit more of a heavier amber/masculine leaning. Rose All Dae I think would be great on men or women, it strikes a great balance. Very happy with this blind buy. Update* wore for a day and my allergies are raging from this perfume, so there is something in it that is irritating my nose. I did put two sprays on my arm and it lasted all day, so I think a light hand is needed with this and probably not office safe. I am happily taking an allergy pill to wear this though.

Rose All Dae is Gallagher Fragrances' latest release---their second in 2018, after Fineapple---and seeing its note description and story led me believe I'd like it, but the reality exceeded my expectations. The main two notes are the apple and rose (continuous with Fineapple in this respect) but what complements these are a host of sweet notes: sugar, honey, plum, and apple. So it's fitting sweet, fruity, and fun, with the rose providing a sense of groundedness that makes it a perfume and not just a sweet condiment. The apple and rose remain front-and-center, though, even in the dry down, giving this an automatically-autumn feeling with slight gourmand touches. It's certainly denser than Fineapple, with slightly better projection and longevity, and feels appropriate for a summer evening and all day in winter, as well, a nice transition summer-to-fall-to-winter scent. Rose All Dae is among the most delightful entries from Gallagher Fragrances, perhaps in my top three with Vanilla Silk and Fineapple. Very impressive, and I imagine I'm likely to need a bottle. 8 out of 10

Totally out of my wheelhouse for typical fragrances I love and yet I adore this scent. Perfect for a chilly day or, in my case, when the day is drowned out by torrential thunderstorms... mesmerizingly delicious without being sickened by its sweetness, this is a cozy, cuddly, slightly boozy spicy rose frag with a ton of warmed apple cider. Feels like a renaissance scent, something rather lighthearted and fairytale and not *that* serious. Have owned this bottle since winter of 2023 and I sparingly use it but when I do, it reminds me very much of my youth, growing up in deep woods and having bonfires on the weekend; skiing and sipping bourbon on chairlifts; making kisses with overly-red lipstick on the mirrors in the boys’ locker room (with little hearts and notes drawn around them as well, “let’s go to Christmas dance together?! xoxo”)... but without becoming juvenile. This is a super fun and rather forgiving scent which brings back so many memories even though I never wore anything like this in my younger years. Very potent juice, use a light hand!

Utterly addictive. Just a single sniff leads to obsession if only one likes roses and likes them sweet. Even though it's a rose and sugar overdose, it's not oriental and simply calling it jammy wouldn't do it any justice. This one has a darker twist, it's deep and juicy, feels surprisingly mature and just the slightest and most elusive addition of sneaky metallic notes makes it complete. Although no alcoholic note is listed there, the feeling remains that it could well be. As weird as this may sound, this fragrance might seem linear, but it feels unapologetically alive at the same time. Once I smelled it, I could sense it change and move, I could hear it whisper to me, it sparkled as if it was a moonlight dancing on a body of water. Mesmerizingly beautiful, but I only see a woman using this scent. Longevity is great, but I would advise against overspraying, since it is potent and applying too much could ruin the magic.

This is so delicious! This absolutely shines in the cold! I wasnt a fan when I tested it in the summer but a few weeks ago I was emptying out some samples and happened to give this another go and WoaH! I immediately purchased a FB. I get faint hints of a gorgeous patchouli under a boozy cinnamon apple pie. I get the stainless steel too which adds a slight sharpness so that this doesn't cross into the "too sweet" category. And when a chilly breeze hits you with this on.... It's glorious!!!! Lasts forever too! I owned Angel's Share (sold it bc I really disliked it) and this really doesn't smell at all like Angel's Share. They both share a boozy apple quality but the overall smell is so different! Just a note on the packaging. It no longer comes in the lined wooden box and no longer has a magnetic cap as shown on YouTube reviews. I love a magnetic cap so I was so so sad when this arrived with a cheap plastic cap.

I’m tempted to leave a one word review: WOW After wearing this for 15 minutes I immediately ordered Gallagher’s Discovery Set. It’s now been more than three hours of fragrance bliss. It takes a lot for me to add to my collection—a collection that I will not get through in this lifetime—and this is my next full bottle purchase. Absolutely stunning. A sweet rose with musk and incense....which I know is not listed. I’m sure that’s created, in part, from labdanum. Performance is off the chart, my only word of advice is to go light on the trigger. From my small sample, I sprayed three times, and it’s almost too much. One, and maybe a half spray would have been plenty. Very curious about the entire range from Gallagher Fragrances. If this is any indication, my bank account is going to be in trouble. Get your nose on this if you are a fan of rosey gourmands. You will be swooning. Edit: bought a 30ml bottle 1/12/20

wine dominates the initial blast. I was worried, because it smelled so convincingly like alcohol that I wouldn't be able to wear it to work. thankfully it subsides very quickly to the more dominate gourmand notes. I'm getting a lot of brown sugar and honey. it's a very balanced and rounded out sweet, so I don't feel as though I have a toothache just from smelling it. after 15 minutes I start to get hints of dry clay. it definitely hardens over the next 10 minutes into the steel accord but it smells like clay to me at first. this fragrance has a wonderful ebb and flow of notes. I get peeks of the rosé every now and then, even hours after. daring gourmand, I am not a gourmand lover and I love this one. whimsical, but adult. makes me want to day drink wine out of a glass that says unashamedly, 'white girl wasted'.

I bought it without testing it beforehand, which can always go wrong. In this case, however, I was lucky. It is definitely not a summer perfume. It reminds me a bit of a really good mulled wine (without the alcohol part). Heavy, syrupy, honey, spices. Interestingly, I do not notice much of the rose on me. I unfortunately do not know Back to Black By Kilian therefore I have no direct comparison. I did own Scandal by Jean Paul Gaultier a long time ago and there are definitely similarities. The honey does it. Rosé All Daé is spicier and more interesting. Those who don't like heavy, syrupy perfumes and honey will hate this. For those who do like it, it's a treat. Good craftsmanship. Leans more feminine though I can also imagine it on men.

a sick, sick treat. it’s so delicious and overwhelmingly in your face, you might get a sugar rush, an orgasm and a heart attack all at once. but of course you won’t, because you’ll be too busy sniffing and saying “oh my goodness, what is this amazing smell?” over and over again! i bought a small decant of this scent from another collector many years ago, and have treasured that decant ever since. i have never used all of those 5ml because i knew i wanted to keep it close until i got myself a full bottle. i’ve traveled the world with that decant, moved to different continents with that decant, seen heaven and hell with that decant. and now i have my own bottle. 100 ml of pure magic. read more of my reviews on instagram: @scentrified

For me, on my skin, it pulls like straight honey. The dark, syrupy with a tinge of dirt kind of honey. The fruits, woods, patchouli and labdanum are in the back held at bay by the honey and sugars. As the day goes on, there’s an underlying bakery aspect to this fragrance that makes me think of Autumn and pies and breads and dough... 🍯 🥧 🍞 This is beautiful and a gourmand dream for me. When I smell this, I just want to cozy up with a thick blanket and chill out. I do not want to think about work or stressing over trivial matters, I just want to rest and be content. Amazing performance, beautiful fragrance and I love it for what it evokes: tranquility and serenity. Eventually, I’ll own a full bottle of this.

I AM IN LOVE! I have to find a bigger decant or partial of this or something! This is what I wanted when I set out to find a “jammy Rose”. Oud sayin mood was too heavy and dense. This is gorgeous! I mostly get the honey plum and candied rose in this. I don’t like patchouli and there isn’t much that I could pick up here gladly. I feel like I pick up some sugary cinnamon but maybe it’s the combo of dessert like notes. I can see where the Angels Share comparison comes in it does turn kind of boozy in the dry down but it’s less apple smelling than AS and there’s a cooling note (probably the cedar note) in AS that I couldn’t vibe with. This is just warm honeyed rose complimented by a subtle but sexy plum jam.

Woah! What a potent rosy honeyed apple scent. It is almost a gourmand scent. I'm relieved the honey hasnt turned animalic on me. It's like the honey smell of honey buns straight out of the oven. It is also quite heavy on the old patch. I get some pluminess. The twist in this scent is the metallic note. It affects all of the notes and sort of intensifies them. It's the shame the rose doesn't remain strong for long. It finally fades out as a strange very honeyed, apple/metallic scent. I actually warm to it even more with time. If you want to try an interesting warm scent then gives this a try. I get moderate longevity and sillage.

This scent is beautiful if you don't over apply it. I wore mine on the back of my knees and a tiny spray on each shoulder and I would get loads of compliments. When I would spray this like I would a milder scent I ended up smelling like canned pickled olives. Yeah, I know. My husband is a heavy hitter and grabs my scents with reckless abandonment. He grabbed this and sprayed it like he does all his scents (TOO MUCH!!!!) and ended up having to take a shower because he smelled so overpowering that he literally gave himself a headache. The positive outcome is he rarely touches my fragrances anymore without asking. LOL!

I love this so much. I have no idea how previous commenters get beer or alcohol from this, (to each their own, everyone is different lol) - but I absolutely do not. This is incredibly done and raved about by many - the apple crisp note is right on top with cinnamon and brown sugar not far behind. I dries down to an easy, sweet delicious skin scent. You definitely get the metallic note on top but I do not find that off-putting at all. The best way to describe this is a fully bloomed rose shoved into an apple pie, sprinkled in brown sugar and thrown on a frozen cookie sheet. It's gorgeous.

This is just a good fragrance. I don’t do incense or smoky notes, but this is an exception. The smoky note is blended so well with the spices it becomes one with the whole composition. It’s truly amazing. I got a sample in a swap and put off wearing it because of the incense vibe. But once I took the plunge and tried it, I was kicking myself for not doing it sooner. It’s so rich and beautiful. It does have a lot of similarities to Angels Share, but with its own character and finesse. It makes Angels Share very amateur in the same game. I’d choose this over it everyday.

Absolute masterpiece. I have no idea how Daniel Gallagher managed to create this work of art. It smells like apple pie mixed with roses and plums and a boozy accord in the background. Unbelievably stunning. Sillage is strong while longevity is super strong at over 8 hours of solid projection. Full-bottle worthy. In fact one of the best fragrances I've ever smelled. Somewhat similar to Daniel Josier's Ambre Tabac and Hermes Ambre Narguile but different from both due to the rose and plum notes in this. 5/5

Instantly after applying on my skin I gather notes as a mixture of 2 Kilian perfumes I have: Angels Share and Criminal of Love. However neither of them has a musk base note and why I prefer to wear it on wrists but not warm parts of my body. This perfume gives me a strong Christmas holiday vibe while it’s not so gourmand as AS. What I like the most is the development and how it dries in less sweet boozy rose syrup. Overall very wearable but needs to be applied carefully as it is very concentrated.

I’m so happy to own this perfumery masterpiece! I got it a year ago, but I wear it exclusively during the cold season. In the cold, it’s divine! It’s a pity it’s so little known! It’s dense, liqueur-like, and delicious but balanced in its sweetness. On my skin, it’s not very alcoholic, and what delights me most is that I don’t get any metallic note, which others often complain about. It’s far superior to Angel’s Share, but that’s to be expected since it’s its predecessor.

This is a different rose fragrance. Yes the rose is there but the scent is not sharp and it acts very much like a smooth amber gourmand. I get a cinnamon scent, which may be a unique smell crested by the combination of the labdanum and brown sugar. Add the vanilla and apple and you get a fresh baked apple pie flanked by maybe 1 week old rose petals. Catapulted to my current top three rose scents next to Chris Collins Cor de Meum and Penhaligon's Savoy Steam.

Rich, thick, syrupy, wine-soaked slice of apple pie. It took me a while to fully appreciate this one but when I picked up all the notes and let it dry down... I was in love. This one is unique and sweet. I do not smell the metallic note. The apple, plum, and booziness stand out the most. This one is loud & will get you noticed. You will stand out, for sure. That is one of the main reasons I love this, it's so unique and warm.

Wow beautiful fragrance! Absolutely stunning, just be careful with spraying. If you overspray the metallic note will come forward,more than you’ll want it to. Trust me. Two sprays is enough, and you’ll be in heaven. Otherwise it is pure perfection. I would give this a ten if it weren’t for the metallic note, which can make this fragrance smell a bit funky if oversprayed.

I absolutely love this one! Its beautiful rich and boozy with a nice hint of coolness in the background. The Plum, Rose and Apple make this really sweet and gourmandish. But its not juvenile or gimmicky. I think the plum really wins this over for me! That deep fruity note pairs nicely with everything else and rounds it out beautifully. Worth checking out for sure.

As a gourmand lover, Rosé All Daé is one of the best gourmands I have come across. It does smell similar to Angel's Share and Oajan, but the Turkish Rose adds a bright, jammy floral accord. Fully unisex, although I could see some men shying away from it. Easily my favorite out of their discovery set. 8.5/10

It's got that boozy honey cinnamon tonka rose thing going on which actually reminds me of Floris Honey Oud along with Ambre Narguile & Oajan, but no, just because they share some notes and are made by the same perfumer doesn't make this similar to (imo the superior) Midnight Jasmine.

Wow Wow Wow I get a sweet apple crisp along with Rose and Cinnamon. I sampled this and fell in love. This is like nothing in my huge perfume collection. You have to like your gourmet perfumes for this one, but if you do love gourmet GetThis!!! Full bottle worthy

Smells like an apple cinnamon candle in the best possible way. It’s very warm and delicious. Intoxicating and addictive. You want to smell over and over again on your skin. Very pleasant, worth the steep price point. A beautiful, yummy fall-winter fragrance.

I get warm beer and oxidized wine. However not in a bad way, smell wonderful. Just imagine an old wine before it goes bad. Just in the right moment. The apple crisp is also there all the time, brown sugar? Yes plenty. Plum? dash a big dash to be fair.

stunning, highly addictive, honeyed apple - patchouli. I absolutely love it, and haven't stopped wearing it since I got it. Definitely more wearable in colder weather, but I think it can be pulled off all year around, with careful spraying.

Sweet,fruity,spicy with a touch of darkness. Out of this world performance. Perfect for Fall/Winter and early Spring temps. 100% unisex IMO. It does remind me of Oajan a bit but this is more gourmand compared to Oajan which is much spicier.

Two words: ARM CANDY. I just cannot stop smelling myself. Unbelievably yummy and sweet but in a totally grown up, sophisticated way. This is a honeyed rose on a bed of tonka and musk. Cozy, sexy and Absolutely stunning fB worthy.

I laughed out loud when I smelled it cause this is the smell of the “apple shisha”, very familiar in Arab countries, exactly. It’s sweet and yummy. Can’t wait for the colder months.

Hot plums Dark roses Gooey apple pie filling Sticky sugar and honey This is MOUTHWATERING! It's loud and will get you noticed. Recommended for people with a sweet tooth. Yummy!

Very well executed fragrance. I can smell the time and effort used to produce this. Deep fruits mixed in rum with LOTS of spices. Gallagher makes BANGERS

I must have you; this is first a jammy rose fragrance with plum, sweetness that does not smell like honey, some labdanum, patchouli and musk

I tested this fragrance for 3 days straight in my skin to be sure what I'm smelling. This scent does remind me Braonda by Nasomatto, Angel's share & Apple brandy on the rocks by Kilian, Frapin 1270, - it is in the same direction of alcoholic fruity and spicy fragrances, but they're not duplicates. Rosé All Daé - vibrant, straightforward & gourmand perfume, longevity is impressive. I smell rose and honey in the opening, but the boozy apple notes are the most loud and they stay on the skin for a really long time. Other notes - honey, spices, plum, rose, musk, wood - they're not very pronounced but you can still find them on the background, very very subtle. Once the fragrance opens, there's no developing or much changing, it smells the same for many hours.

This perfume has a touch of the apple tabacco of Hermés Ambre Narguilé. That is one of my favorite perfumes, and it immediately came to mind. Not a dupe though--brown sugar, plum, labdanum and patchouli are all rather thick here. There is rose absolute, but it is like a smell of blooms breezing through, from a distance. The symphony of thick sweetness drowns out any floral feelings. This could totally pass for another hookah-inspired perfume, but being Rosé all day, it is all about overindulgence. I don't really like to smell like brown sugar, and I am picky and particular about patchoulis--this one is too thick for my personal tastes. This smells high quality, is overall pleasantly gourmand, and it is fun to sample, but not for me.

This is for gourmand lovers, with very little rose, masculine-leaning, imo. It's full fledged apple pie and all it's spices--I get cinnamon, though that's not one of the listed notes. If there's rose at all, I don't detect it, and while I can see the "jammy" quality, I'm not sure I get plum necessarily. The dry down brings the labdanum to the front of the scent, and for me, this makes the perfume more masculine-leaning on me, a bit of amber spice that reminds me of the Old Spice notes my father wore. This is a dense, rather chewy scent, best for cold weather when you want to be reminded of the holidays. I purchased a small decant of this, and I doubt I'll end up using much of it. The dry down is just a bit too masculine for me.

How there is no cinnamon listed among the notes? It is certainly there! This like a baby of Killian - Angel's Share or Kismet Angel and Liquides Imaginaires - Do Rosa or Dom Rosa Millesime. Sweet, a bit woody cinnamon witch dry whiskey/apple pie scent + feminine roses and wine/champagne, with the apple pie part being a tad more prominent. It is beautifully feminine, and truly unique. Lasts forever and even small amount creates a pretty scent bubble. It has some slight sweet piss undernote, but it must be just my nose/the heat etc.. I really enjoy it, but not sure if I reach out to it often, as the resemblance to two different beautiful perfumes at once confuses me a bit :D

If you like roses with honey then this perfume is for you. It smells and you can almost taste it. Its a really gourmand perfume. For me this perfume reminds like when you are eating a turkish delight made with roses. Thats how this perfume smells to me. It has a godd projection and a longevity of 7-8 hours on clothes. Its dark, kind of sexy, misterious, leaving wondering how you can not just drink this. Its perfect for cold, snowy, rainy days. You feel cozy with it while you are wearing it. It smells desert.... kind of like when you are eating your toast with a thick layer of sweet red roses marmelade. Its different from all the usual gourmands that we know already.

Does it smell like a cherry-scented marker or apple pie and cinnamon? I cant tell! The initial blast is extremely sweet, like toothache sweet. As it dries down the rose peaks through and is based around sweet vanilla and ambery notes. It's a beast just like every other fragrance from this house! This is a really nice scent, but not something I really want to smell like. Kind of reminds me of how a teenage girl would smell, but in a more complex/artistic way. There is almost a rubbery quality to it that I enjoy, must be the plum. Definitely glad I got my nose on this one, but sadly not one I would want to wear.

This reminds me sooooo much of the Rose Jam body spray by LUSH. This is a sweet, super jammy rose fragrance with a slightly boozy effect. I don't get anything metallic from this, nor do I get the white musk. On me, this is linear and doesn't transition much (not a bad thing). A little goes a long way and (as the name would suggest) this lasts ALL day. I find this to be fun and girly, and very sweet...borderline too sweet. I see this getting compared to Angels Share, I personally don't get that comparison at all; I find this much closer to Rose Jam.

Smells like you’re mulling apple cider with some honey and somebody is burning patchouli incense in the background. It’s sweet and delicious and fresh and just slightly witchy. I usually go for very heavy, funky, churchy scents but needed something inoffensive for work that I still like, and this does that without breaking the bank. It’s just a little too gourmand on me, not quite floral enough for me to LOVE it. I made the mistake of buying it in the summer- gonna stash this away for the fall!

This perfume evokes a strong and specific scent memory for me; it smells exactly like the taste and texture of countless steaming cups of hot, sweet apple juice, cut with spiced herbal tea, on cold, sunny days at a renaissance fair, surrounded by mountains. I can definitely see why people get apple pie from this fragrance, but for me it’s missing the rich butteriness of pastry, and isn’t as thick and heavy as straight juice. A really delicious and interesting scent.

Before reading the reviews I would have said "Lush Rose Jam + Hermes Hermessence Ambre Narguile + champagne" and after reading the reviews I see I'm not the only one. I'm extremely picky about rose scents and this is rich and juicy, an old-world rather than a tea rose. A delicious departure for honey-loving gourmands! FWIW, I own and love Angel's Share, Oajan, and Ambre Narguile and will be upgrading my decant of this; there's room in my life for all four.

Very apple pie-esque but this smells boozier than Angel’s Share-Kilian. In fact I don’t get any booze from the Kilian’s, just sweet caramelized cinnamon apples in a pie, with the liquor evaporated. Rose all dae gets the more boozy aspect from the plums I think, and that can’t be evaporated so it’s very present. The cinnamon honey-glazed caramelized apples are still there and very much delicious.

Ok, I have to admit that upon first spray this does come across a bit Angel's Share-ish. But it quickly transforms into a crisp, apple wine fragrance with the right amount of sweetness. Spray sparingly because this is a beast and too much can be cloying and make you nauseous--to the point that it reminded me of an old, stale victorian home. Trust me, I found out the hard way.
