When Life Hands You Lemons

The creamiest lemon you can imagine. It's a sweet, thick custardy lemon-vanilla. It performs and projects much better than lemon eclair and I think it's overall superior to lemon eclair. If you are looking for a realistic lemon-cream pie fragrance, this is it. I liked it so much that I quickly ordered 2 more bottles straight away after smelling as I know Ganache is clearing their inventory.

I’m currently on my last few drops of this and it’s been unavailable for years, but funny enough, as I’m running out, there’s a big sale at Ganache and this is suddenly for sale! Will I repurchase? No. I actually purchased it discontinued on eBay prior, which is how I came across this house, because I really wanted a lemon cream fragrance. Although it is what I wanted, I’ve realized lemon cream is not something I want to actually smell like, but it is still a very realistic smelling gourmand and I enjoy wearing it as it is comforting and smells amazing! It reminds me a bit of lemon cream sandwich cookies (I.e. Oreos), but with a stronger lemon note, as if they’re crumbled up at the bottom of a cream pie, or mixed into vanilla ice cream, with grated lemon rind dispersed throughout the respective desserts. I enjoy adding vanilla body care products with this after a shower and when I’m relaxing to amp up the vanilla and creaminess. This makes for a great pick-me-up as it doesn’t last incredibly long despite the strong blast from the initial spray. For me, this purpose is quite fine as I enjoy quick scents as much as I enjoy long lasting ones as both have their place, IMO. To me, these type of scents are on par with houses like Demeter longevity-wise, and they are also very affordable. Not quite like a body spray because you don’t need much to get the scent cloud, it’s just that it doesn’t last that long. I have a whole bunch of other Ganache scents on the way, and I’m excited to get them since this gourmand is totally on point!

This one smells like lemon graham crackers to me, thick gourmand, very long-lasting too.
