Ambreine

This is an exceptional oriental/woody/amber fragrance. The sandalwood really stands out in this one. I own Cobalt Amber from Abel and that is much sweeter then this amber. Amberine has more depth and longevity. Both are wonderful but if I had to pick a winner Amberine would be the one. It is just stronger, has more depth and character. Ananda does some really interesting work and her fragrances should be showcased in this magazine. I will continue to buy from this house because the quality of the fragrances really shines. I have bought so many fragrances from this house. There is nothing like them out in the market place. I wish that at least her full general catalog was featured in this magazine. I own several from her general catalog and a few from her limited editions. I own this one Amberine the best amber fragrance I have ever worn. Shakti a sexy, slightly smoky, spicy floral/oriental/woody perfume, Heirloom Oak a sweet/woody/boozy scent, Vintage Violet a green chypre, Rainwater Rose a true wild rose, The Earth Laughs in Flowers a sunny and joyful yuzu w/ neroli, orange flower, musk and elderflower, Crown a sweet candied citrus w/ an animalic/salty dry down, The Key to the Forest a woody, forest scent w/ a slight scent of metal tools in the background. and Secret a fruity, chocolate and jasmine combo done in a chypre style w/ oakmoss. She has a peach magnolia scent coming out on Fri called Georgia Morning that is fabulous. I encourage all natural perfume lovers to give her offerings a try, you won't be disappointed.
