This smells amazing. Honestly, I disagree with the person who said it’s a smoky Althair. I’ve tried Althair before, and I have Liquid Burn, they smell pretty similar to each other, but this one smells nothing like them. This perfume has a very woody-sweet vibe with vanilla. It does have a smoky touch, but in a smooth way. Also, I think the notes between this and Bois d’Iris might be switched, because I can’t smell any licorice in this one at all, but I definitely get it in the opening of the other. Overall, it’s a solid 9/10 for me.

I bought this at Winners for $25 in Canada and I am blow away by this smokey scent. I never bought any smokey scent. I don’t like By the fire by Margiela but this Bois noir is just enough so I can blend it with a Vanilla marshmallow scent to create a perfect feminine scent yet mature and with dept. It can be worn by its own also.
