Untold

This is a great amber fragrance. I own the perfume oil, and it's beautiful for layering. Very textured and layered, and lasts a long time. It's not cloying nor overly-sweet; rather, a very true-to-self amber scent (not to be confused with Ambergris, which is a completely different ingredient and scent profile). It DOES NOT smell even remotely to Gris Dior, so I'm not sure who suggested this as "reminds me of". It does remind me of Kuumba Amber Paste, which is now discontinued. This one feels and smells more regal, of course. I can certainly wear this on it's own, or as a base layer to give additional dimensions to other fragrances. Definitely recommended if you enjoy amber or amber-forward scents.

I’m a big fan of amber fragrances and got this one as a 15ml travel size as a gift. It’s a really wonderful amber fragrance - wonderfully blended, sweet from the caramel / praline but not overly sweet. In the same alley as Ambre Sultan and has good projection and longevity. Overall, I think I’m going to get a full bottle to add to my collection, I probably don’t need another amber but there is something I really like about this one and keep coming back to it.

I've got this on skin right now and I can honestly say, I really like this fragrance. However, it shares a lot of similarities with Chanel Le Lion, which I do own, but it goes off in its own direction. This leans more sweet without being heavy gourmand. Beautiful fragrance. I'd love to layer this with either grand soir, le lion, or even ysl opium pour homme. Projection is decent, not the best. Longetivity is okay too Would I buy it? Yes, if I didn't already own Le Lion
