Ghost Daydream

i bought this when it was on offer so it was a blind buy, first it smells aquatic and fresh then as its drying i got this awful burning plastic smell which didnt last long as it fully dried down into a beautiful cherry fruity scent (even if it doesnt include them!) perfect summers day fragrance as it isnt warm or sweet, its very fresh, aquatic and full of summer fruit smells! update: maybe i got a dodgy first few sprays but i don't smell that "burning plastic smell" anymore i just immediately get fruity and musky smells.

One of my absolute favourite perfumes. It's definitely a clean fragrance, but it's so unique and delicious. The juicy apple and violet stand out most with a hint of salt, then I notice some fresh florals. I love wearing this right after a shower. Gorgeous!

Very floral and woody, didn't smell much fruit. Very clean and fresh like a summer's day. Stronger notes of violet, jasmine, and tuberose, with subtle amber, sweet musk and sedarwood in the background. Nice for spring and summer

One word - disappointing. I love most Ghost fragrances and have almost all of them, and I loved Dream from last year so didn't hesitate to buy this. What a mistake. I can't believe it's an eau de parfum as it is just SO weak. Less than an hour and it's nothing more than the faintest skin scent. It opens with a strong scent of chemically Parma Violet sweets, which once the chemical part settles down is actually quite nice, but it doesn't last before it almost vanishes, leaving just a nondescript, sweet muskiness lurking on your skin. I'm just seriously regretting wasting my money on it. I got it on a good deal from Superdrug last weekend when they had an extra 20% off all fragrance, but still, it cost me just over £30 for 50ml, and being blunt, I'd expect more from a £7 Avon eau de toilette. I strongly recommend that nobody blind buys this like I did. One more thing - I can't help but feel this would actually smell better on a man. My hubby has Van Cleef & Arpels Midnight in Paris and JPG Fleur du Male, and I can imagine this working on him and fitting that sort of scent criteria. I'll see if I can convince him to try it!
