Ghost Deepest Night

I just bought a sample of Deepest Night and I can say that it is probably the most sensual perfume I've ever smelled. It is enchanting, romantic, and like a dreamy midnight fairy tale of medieval lust between a knight and princess. That's what I imagined when I smelled it. It's almost on the verge of being too sweet, but I like sweet scents so it's not a problem for me. There is something in it that reminded me of marzipan, which I think is the combination of honey and vanilla. Every once in a while you get a waft of flowers drifting to your nose. I must have this one! Mmm. It's just decadent.

I had three bottles of this and I still have half a bottle but it has changed a little.. it's not exactly turned, it's just not somehow as good as it was.. can't really quantify it more than that sorry. It is still very very nice though, I still really like it. Out of curiosity I bought some of the testers available on Ebay and to me they smell the same as my bottle.. so I would say the scent is just too old to get the original vibe which was beautiful.. It's still nice, just a little faded, like an old Hollywood star.. you still wouldn't say no..

I had to source a bottle of this as i have all except 1 of the ghost moon-shaped perfumes, and with honey and vanilla notes in it i reckoned i would like it. Well i bid on one on ebay and ended up paying 62.00euros for it! I didnt rest until the postman delivered it to my door hoping that i would like it. Well i didnt only like it but i LOVED it. Its the nicest perfume i ever had and lasts for hours! Im trying to save it as i dont want it too be gone but i would wear this every day if i could! They are like goldust on e-bay :0

You'll need a sweet tooth as this is sweeter than gypsy tart. Really really really sweet, incredible edible richness and unique depth. And yet NOT cloying like a lot of sweet perfume. And there's vanilla. A deep sticky dulce de leche sweetness like swimming through treacle. I love this and so does everyone else in my experience. Husbands favorite. Reminds me a bit of Dunhill Desire, which was like the initial sketch for this, until Ghost decided to go for it and do it properly.

This fragrance is a limited edition and I've never seen it in shops or online apart from samples vials. I bought a set of 6 of these on Ebay UK. The gourmand honey and white creamy floral notes remind me of L'Instant from Guerlain though Deepest Night is linear and less refined. The honey in Deepest Night honey is dark, almost woody especially in the drydown. To sum up it's a unique, gourmand and sensual white sweet harmony of a fragrance.

love this...alway used it on special occasions only. but my maid dropped it and UGH..Now I can not get anything close to it. Do remember that the chemistry of ones skin makes it all worth while.

I wish I had a bottle so I can wear this for my wedding day ! The new Lolita is quiet close If I may say. it was presented to me a month ago and will be ordering it for my perfumeries.

Absolutely gorgeous, sweet, intensely deep, sweet gorgeous perfume. I love it!!!

I have to say, I'm amazed! Got a bunch of samples on eBay of this one and was already prepared to be disappointed, but I was pleasantly surprised! And I don't even like sweet scents, but this is very sweet, veers even into the gourmand territory for me. But I like it! Anyway, this one is a going out scent, not your wear to office one - only for special occasions.

I have wondered and wondered what all the fuss was about this perfume, so much so that I HAD to try it no matter what it took. I found a few sample vials and opened one of them today. It honestly smells to me like honey cough drops. I am so disappointed! The long wait and excitement was so anticlimactic! Ghost Deep Night is much better, IMO, and it's easier to come by...

Have i found an alternative?....... Hi, I have had Deepest Night since it first came out - wow - I love it....since then i have been lucky enough to have got 4 bottles, but now it is very difficult to get hold of this amazingly exotic romantic perfume anywhere - Ebay prices have rocketed for this - with 3/4 full bottles selling for £70. Well ladies....i have found a perfume, that on me, smells almost identical...there is something missing still, that i can only describe as 'warmth'. But my husband (who knows how long i have been searching for Deepest Night) asked me where i had found a new bottle.....i had the original Deepest Night on my left wrist and my new mystery scent on my right - he could NOT tell the difference...I could JUST ABOUT, but that is the 'warmth' that i mentioned earlier...What is this scent i hear you cry??? Well it is a relatively cheap perfume from AVON - called Far Away. Try it, let me know what you think.... I am so happy that i can now almost wear my deepest night every day.....

I am lucky enough to have had Deepest Night since it came out, and as I tend to wear a different perfume most days, and save some only for evening wear, I still have quite a bit left, which I treasure! It is super sweet, no two ways about it, like a more intoxicating version of Deep Night, which I guess is exactly what it set out to be. But I have to say something - recently I tried Dior Hypnotic Poison and found it revolting. After many reviews, it seemed the original HP was quite a bit different to the reformulated version, so I set out on a mission to find an original bottle. It arrived today, and I hesitantly sprayed some on my wrist . . . . imagine my utter surprise when I knew from the get go it smelt like Deepest Night!! I'm sure it can't be just my nose, hubby will be home soon, and he adores Deepest Night, so it will be interesting to get his opinion, and I will update, but right now, I am truly baffled as to how nobody has made this comparison before??

If this perfume is reminiscent of “Deepest Night”, it takes place on a tranquil isle while gentle breezes waft the fruity scent of mango through the sweet night air. This is a soft, gentle perfume and I completely understand and agree with the comparison to Burberry. The opening is a bit sharper, fruitier even, but after 20 minutes they are remarkably similar.

cakeswithus, thank you SO much for your review. I was going to make an impulsive blind buy of Deepest Night, I must admit probably mostly because I love the name and the BOTTLE! However I know for a fact that I cannot STAND Avon Far Away (sorry), so I won't be buying DN. Phew.

Wow, I wish I could find a full bottle of this stuff - it is truly wonderful! The mango really makes it sing, and it's sexy as all get-out. Unique and special, why did it have to be a limited edition?

I havnt tried this scent so i dont know how it smells,but since it is so many that wants to buy it again,have you checked at Uk internet? Found 50ml EDP for £23.95.

I bought this wonderful perfume years ago and have not been able to buy it again since then. Does anyone know where I can buy it?
