Bianco Laos

This is addictive. It’s a warm, ambery, vanillic, fuzzy, sensual woodsy haze with a refined Laotian Oudh. There’s a warm, toasted chestnut and pink pepper in the opening that works beautifully with the spicy carnation. The iris in here lingers into the next stage, the cashmere wood and tea notes develop the fragrance, opening Bianco Laos into the most smooth, cosy, fluffy vanilla heart with a backdrop of powdery nuances still remaining from the iris in the opening. The balsamic, woody and leathery base lends refinement and sophistication—the Oudh isn’t overpowering the other notes but is instead tempered by the gentleness of the materials in the heart and laced in smooth vanilla. Everything is beautifully balanced here... there’s a light and airy spun sugar feel after the opening of this fragrance but it is done with sophistication. I adore how warm the woods and balsams sit on my skin, along with the sensation of a supple and soft suede leather. Overall, Bianco Laos is a composition that is perfectly balanced with vanillic sweetness, it’s a cozy perfume but not heavy, delicious almost gourmand but it feels expansive with the carefully placed iris, mate and cashmere wood notes, the oudh, birch and woody amber base is refined, smooth, warm and ever so slightly powdery. Fluffy sweet. Elevated charred candy floss. Lightly spiced and powder sugar dusted roast chestnut smokiness. Wearable yet distinctive oudh. Perfect for autumn and winter but could be worn year round. A stunning fragrance that I extremely enjoy—the perfume and the brand (sister brand to Tiziana Terezi & V Canto) not talked about enough.

I bought this perfume totally blindly because I used to own "By the Fireplace" and I was looking for EDP version of it since I wanted it to last longer. This perfume totally got me as a surprise because it was everything that I wanted. I gotta say it's a bit more "masculine" than BTFP because I assume the latter is a tiny bit more sweet. But very satisfied nevertheless.

Nose Note #1037 Another By the Fire dupe with Babycat traits. Wonderful. As far as the dupes go I've also had Ameer Al Oudh Intense Oud and from memory it was much more "burnt" and smokey. Bianco Laos is very cute and soft. I'd say this is definately made to appeal to women more. Great performance. OK price 8/10

Received a decant of this today and I am already thinking of ordering another. Performance is crazy. It smells amazing, very addictive!

This is a sweet and warm perfume that feels like a comforting hug! It's a beautiful spicy amber fragrance :)
