First time wearing it today, to me it's very woody, leathery, and earthy. I can smell the Iris and orange only at the opening. Will try it again next time, it lasted at least 8 hours on my skin, but I can still smell it whenever I walk past my laundry basket (24hours+). ATM it's just a 😐. Update 1: 01/02/2024 I've worn this a few times after writing my review. I must say, the more I wear it, the more I like it. I still get that damp earth vibe, but the people around me could only smell the powderiness. From OK to somewhere between like and love 8/10 Update 2: 10/23/2024 Scent: 9.5/10 Projection: 10/10 Longevity: 10/10

So, Rea by Giardino Benessere is such a pleasant surprise. I love the way it opens up with the oranges and orris, which is something only Paolo can think of and it turned out amazing. The middle notes - leather, cedar, pink pepper, jasmine and lavender are just lovely, there is not too much of any note, everything is very balanced. The base notes are woody notes, vanilla, musk and patchouli which smells just like heaven and give it a beautiful touch. This is a perfect scent for anyone looking for a high quality niche perfume that fits perfectly for these cold days.

Rea is a soft, floral and earthy perfume. Orris, orange, cedar and leather are the notes I clearly get from a day's wear. The floral dry down (patchouli) makes this a more feminine perfume for me. Longevity is very good too, lasts me around 7+ hours.

I got this perfume a year ago and couldn't wait for this weather to come already to wear this beauty. It has a beautiful aroma and very strong sillage. Definitely worth the money

extremely underrated house, with extremely ugly bottles. I wore this scent the whole day and I really enjoyed the woody iris in it. perfect work scent.

It's pretty on its own, this dry, powdery leather. But when lawyered it just shines!
