Brandy

Thanks to Frafrantica for responding to my request in adding this Gem!! This is the story.. My brother, who is a perfume lover like me, had this perfume many years ago.. It only came in 250 ml but in both EDT and EDP concentrations.. He used to buy it from our local small perfume shop.. The perfume got discontinued for years.. And I guess the whole house of "Gilles Cantuel" got discontinued.. But lately the shop owner told us that he has 2 new bottles and only those 2.. So we rushed and bought them both.. Around $150 for each 250ml bottle.. One for me and the other for my brother.. The seller told us that those are gonna be the last ones he's gonna be able to have.. The seller didn't wanna tell us where and how he got his hands on them!! The thing about this perfume.. It's a magical, warm, sexy, cozy, boozy scent.. The weird thing is.. There are NO mention about it online AT ALL.. Not so many people know about it.. Like if it never existed.. It's a rarity.. But still, one of a kind.. The opening smells like a "coca cola".. I noticed that some people are saying the same about "Roja Enigma".. I smelled it.. Never the same to this at all.. But at the 20 min mark, the magic begins.. That's when you get this sexy boozy scent that lasts for hours and hours with great sillage.. I hope some day it emerges out or gets recreated again.. The thing is, we have no idea who the perfumer is so we can find if he did a similar one for another house.. I hope people who had Brandy can tell us what they think about it.. Or if any extra infos.. Or at least about another perfume that smells very similar to it.. To me and to my brother.. "Brandy" will never gets replicated.. Scent, Sillage, Projection, Longevity: 10/10!! I'm glad i still have my almost full 250ml EDT and I'll treat it like a diamond..

I used restock this perfume as soon as it reached a quarter of the bottle. Once they told me it's going to be discontinued, so I bought the last 3 bottles. I searched for it online and in physical stores without avail. It was on my priority list whenever I visited France. It smells great and gives the aura of a sophisticated yet approachable gentleman, but most importantly it has a nostalgic value for me, and I guess for everyone whom used it.

Really cool. I knew there was a perfume named Brandy after a horse, but I had no idea that there’s a French men’s fragrance. Since my name is Brandi, I would love to get a sniff of this!
