Armani Code Couture Edition

It's close to the original Code. It is a comforting, enveloping scent - deep and intoxicating, a well-made parfume. The main thread is recreated by blood orange, orange blossom, bergamot, vanilla, a drop of honey, pear, ginger and them interacting together on the canvas of warm tonka beans and precious woods like cedar. It's similar & big like the classic Code and similar to the limited editions like Code Ultimate (possibly the closest to this one) and Cashmere. I cannot tell the difference between them right now, but this bottle design is a winning one. I am glad that I own it. An idea for Armani to keep this scent as prominent as it should be - maybe keep this bottle design for the extra ltd ed winter holiday siblings and the classic one for the pillar and its children for other seasons? Reminds me of Amor Amor on steroids in the shampoo-like vein that both have. This shampoo vibe is only based on the connotation that many humans have to the Johnson & Johnson type of cosmetics for kids. I can detect it in the Cacharel and Code :)

Oh,I made a tiny mistake.I've been wearing this since the early morning and I finally found out this edition is slightly different from the original Code.I detect a leathery essence from the base notes,which makes the perfume more animalic and darker.I also smell the bitterness of the blood orange,contrary to the brightness of orange blossom that Code classic contains.Nevertheless,this lace edition is a beautiful,brilliant perfume,usually worn in cold evenings or other special occasions.

The perfect bottle holds a very strong and fresh potion, very citrusy yet sensual thanks to honey and vanilla. Very much an evening parfume, regardless of weather. It always performs the same way. It might be headache inducing, better not to get into a car too soon. And better to use it on decolette or one spray on neck only. Otherwise gorgeous and very recognizable. Very similar to the classical Code as if just a package change. With time the scent starts to have a bubble bath effect.

The bottle is the most beautiful bottle I have seen in my life !! perfect !! amazing !! masterpiece (completely black bottle is decorated with orange blossom and lace motives with small black Swarovski crystals) !!!! ,, I saw this today ,, but for my bad luck there's no tester .. aahhh can't forget the bottle ,, this is driving me crazy O.o I may blind buy this !! toooo pricey as well !! around 200 USD :( Please, any body tried it message me ..

OMG it is a DELIGHT!!! that is the best of the whole Armani code editions. I found a bottle from Germany and it is delicious; the leather is soft, blend perfectly with honey, vanilla and some whispering fruits. Not to mention the bottle which is GORGEOUS. Oh man! That one is going to be hard to beat. <3
