Emporio Armani Because It’s You

omg I got so much to say and you should read this if you're thinking of buying this perfume! This is siuch a beautiful scent!!!! don't let the ugly bottle deceive you! True its not a complex scent at all, as you see there arent many notes in it, but thats what I love about it so much. Im a big fan of raspberries, rose and vanilla and in this one they are blended P E R F E C T L Y. I dont get much of the rose, but it feels like it adds freshness to the smell and makes the raspberries and vanilla mix less sweet and heavy than it sounds. It's sweet in the most perfect way (I actually love sweet perfumes so maybe for others it will still be more sweet, but really I got some much more sweet perfumes, and this one is tottaly balanced). I usually love complexed perfumes with tones of notes that keep revealing themeselves as the day goes, but in this one I love the smell so much that I really don't bother the fact that it almost doesnt change from the start to the end, the opposite, I would be sad if a beautiful opening like this will fade away to somthing else, I like that I smell it from the bottle, I spray it on me, I fall in love like at the first time I smelled it, and it stays the same for a long time. dont worry about the lemon (if you dont like this kind of smells), you can smell it really a bit in the opening but really really tiny behind the raspberry which makes the opening a bit fresh, but thats it. The sillage is very good for a simple perfume as this!!! its not like you're entering the room and everybody smells you, but when you stand a bit close to someone (even not too close) that wears this you can smell it on them in a very beatiful airy-sweet way. The longevity is really good, as I said, you can really smell the same smell through the day. at the last hours it becomes more vanilla-ambery and the raspberry kinda fades (after a long time, at least 6 hours for me, and thats a lot for a perfume that isnt that heavy - and I dont want to get your hopes high but I think more like 8 hours) but the vanilla ambery scent is also really good, sweet and warm. I had this perfume in my house such a long time and didnt gave it a chance because the bottle looked so old-fashion to me and I really thought it would be some kind of vintage boring musky perfume, but not at all, the scent is totally the opposite of how the bottle looks like. I actually smelled it on a friend and asked her what is it (as I said I LOOOVE RASBERRIES SCENTS!!!) and she said the name and I was shocked that I had this in my house all this time, how could a perfume psycho as me didnt know what she has (actually my mom got it as a gift and once asked me if I want it and I said I don't like her kind of perfumes XDDD I stole it from her the minute I got home after meeting that friend lol) anyway - lovely perfume!!!! I have so many perfumes that concidered to be big mainstreams but truly some days I just grub this one and choose it over them. it has such a feminine-romantic sensual vibe (like, I'm not kidding it makes you feel like today you're going to meet the love of your life XDDD really gives your day a romantic movie vibes) it's easy to wear - its sweet but not a gourmand, tottaly in the balance of sweet and warm but not too much, you can put it through the day, night, date, out with friends, work - i still need to taste it on hot summer days. just dont over spray if you think it may be too much for your work, few little sprays are enough (though really its not that heavy), but spray a lot if you're going out on a date, it's beautiful ;)

I overlooked this one, even when it was released it just never appealed to me at all. I never thought to smell it, I never really thought to look up the notes, goes to show how much packaging/marketing can influence me...anyway... Mr Gin wears Stronger With You and decided to get me Because Its You so we can do the cute matchy couple-y thing, sweet <3 I regret overlooking this one for so long, this is both fruity/jammy but also fresh and airy all at the same time. The opening is a vibrant blast of stewed raspberries with a hint of lemon which tames the sweetness a little bit, I usually hate anything sweet and jammy but the addition of lemon really adds in a shot of freshness, after a few minutes, neroli smooths some of the sweetness from the raspberries by adding a soft green/floral facet. Because Its You stays smelling fresh and fruity for the majority of its development, but then after about 3 hours, something interesting happens; rose!! a fresh yet jammy rose emerges and partners nicely with the fresh yet jammy raspberries and neroli before it dries down to a rose/raspberry musk. Initially I was worried, the first few seconds of the initial opening remind me a lot of Paco Rabanne Lady Million, which I bought for myself and then got sick of (theres something about the honey note which makes it feel "cheap" to me), but this is so much better and to my nose, a lot more wearable. Its like the best bits of Lady Million mixed with some typical Armani DNA. Longevity is great, I get about 7 hours of wear from it with a moderate silage. This is perfect to wear daily, year round for pretty much any occasion, it may not be groundbreaking or particularly unique but its exceptionally pleasant, easy to wear and it smells good, I also get complimented by people everytime I wear this too. My only criticism is the lid; it has to be placed on in a specific way for it to fit on which is annoying if you're rushing! Repurchase? yep

There is something about this fragrance that kind of made me feel like I need it. I first smelled it.... I loved it. It's not my style at all, I prefer oriental fragrances that are strong, smoky and floral. This perfume is not like that! on me, it's slightly fruity, with just a hint of citrus to it. It predominantly smells of very sweet, strong vanilla and Amber. The dry down is mainly sweet vanilla on me with a musky rose. I passed on it the first time. Next time, I was perfume shopping for my lover while I was away. I saw its male companion displayed and I thought I should give it a try because me and him were very picky about choosing a fragrance for him. I was stunned. The masculine 'stronger with you' was amazing. I then thought I should spray both of them on the same hand and I was shook. Seriously, both scents together work so well!! I knew it was his fragrance and that I should get both! Together, the spicy warm masculine version embraces the sweet and musky feminine one creating a beautiful cloud of intense seduction and desire. They smell strong yet soft. These perfumes are meant to be worn at the same time! That's why I always spray his perfume over mine.... ;D All that aside, I think the feminine fragrance should be worn during the colder days to avoid smelling 'sticky' during hot days but hey, if you like it that way then nobody should tell you otherwise. Unfortunately it doesn't last that long. If I'm lucky, it will last for 3 hours. The sillage is not bad. It doesn't offend anybody. Any woman could pull anything off if she wants too. This fragrance is one of them. In my opinion, I think it could be worn all day. It's safe to say that it also is suitable as an everyday perfume. Overall, I think it's a lovely perfume. I like the way it smells on me. I'll continue to wear it as long as I don't run out of the masculine counterpart :P

Usually I don't hop on the hype train, but my Husband I and I were unaware of all the advertising when we smelled Because its You and the Male counterpart at Khols. They were having a bogo and we really liked the fragrances and went for it. I had no idea what the notes were and to me it smelled sophisticated and made me feel happy. I was a little surprised when I saw the note profile and saw there was rose, because usually rose is very heavy to me. Perhaps the the sweetness of the raspberry, neroli and vanilla coupled with the sour of the lemon keeps it in check. Its a Eau De Parfum so I find its actually long lasting even in the Florida Heat. As for the individual note break down its very well blended. I don't get the raspberry note as a raspberry or as artificial raspberry, I just think it smells good. I see people are giving it somewhat mixed reviews, and I see a lot of the dreaded GENERIC word in the less favorable reviews. This does seem like something that was made to please a crowd, and you know what, I'm okay with that because I honestly like it. I wouldn't have bought either one unless I got the deal I got, because I prefer a bargain whereas my Husband gets what he wants. I may have waited until it was easier to obtain on a fragrance site, but it was still on my want list from the moment I first tested it in the store. I have a perfume not on this website called Cygnus, and its close enough that it would have been a redundant purchase had I not gotten a good deal. I observed the Ad Campaign after purchasing, and I think its cute. If I get invited to a wedding shower this might just be the gift I bring. Hype or Hate, I'm telling you friends to test it out and make up your own mind because I really enjoy it and am happy I was able to afford a 1.7oz

Last year, I went to Bristol for a Hen night and we went to a cocktail making class, while a very naked butler stood behind us and showed us how to make the drinks. One of them was a "Raspberry Lemon Drop" and this perfume smells JUST like that! Fizzy, fruity, slightly alcoholic and actually pretty sexy. Wearing this reminds me of that night and being playful, flirtatious and cheeky. This perfume is really fun and energetic. Sparkling raspberry, lemon sherbert, rose petals and a musky vanilla dry down. I really like it a lot! Totally addictive and sweet. Seductive yet innocent. Because It's You is also quite versatile for me. I can imagine wearing this for a fun evening on the town in a tight little mini dress, but I can also imagine wearing it with my other half, walking through a sun-kissed city in a denim jacket and ditsy mini skirt, holding hands and drinking pink lemonade with tons of ice. Because It's You really is a people pleaser, but that's okay. I don't mind having this in my collection for days when I'm feeling carefree and vibrant and *want* constant compliments. Overall, refreshing, sexy, delicious and *almost* edible. I feel happy and full of love and life when I wear this. Boyfriend tackled me when he came home from work and told me I smelt like sweets. So, if that's your vibe, then go for it. I'm really quite enamoured with my fruity little blind buy.

I bought a 50ml bottle of this in February 2018 and finished this bottle today. What a ride... I blind bought this fragrance. At first, I did not like it at all. The strong blast of neroli and lemon in the opening were off putting to me. I wore it for the first time at date night with my then boyfriend and he threatened to break up with me, saying ''its not you, its me'' crap. I thought it was my bad luck scent. A little while later, I realized what a douche he was and broke up with him. I got together with my current boyfriend a little while later and I decided to take Because its you out of its box again. I was greeted this time with a beautiful, fresh whiff of citrus. Instant love and my current boyfriend thought so as well. I have had many happy memories wearing this fragrance over the past 3 years of actually wearing it. Its performance is great and I always got compliments when wearing it. I would describe it as an ''in between seasons'' fragrance, same as with coats. Thick coats are for winter and no coats are for summer and in between you wear lighter jackets. This is that in fragrance form, perfect for the spring and autumn time. I am going to miss this fragrance, but with my huge collection it feels so good to actually finish bottles.

I don't know why this fragrance isn't getting good reviews. I quite like this even though it is quite syrupy at the beginning, it smells like a simpler, cleaner version of Versace Eros for women, and I find it actually lasts longer than the EDT! The raspberry gives it a very alcoholic smell, like a raspberry daiquiri or something. The rose at the heart makes a very brief appearance but mixes beautifully with the top notes, but my favorite part is the vanilla-rose-musky-amber dry down. This fragrance is simpler in composition but has lots of noticeable layers that are very interesting. This lasts quite long on my skin, which never happens. It lasts a full work day for me, about 5-6 hours until it fully dries down. I reap;;y before bed and sometimes I can still smell it on my wrists in the morning. The price is very affordable from what I know, it was a gift from my boyfriend but he said he picked it up at TJMaxx of all places. I got him Stronger with You for his birthday and I'm hoping he likes it so we can wear these two together! <3 Would recommend giving it a try!

I'm finding that each of these fragrances in the line all have an underlying bubblegum/candy feel to them, but the way in which they slightly change the formulas make them all likeable in their own unique way, and I love what they've done. With this one, I consider it the sweetest due to its fruity notes being more prominent, and for that same reason, I view it slightly more feminine than the others (but all in my opinion are completely unisex). It lasts a couple hours on my skin and remains relatively linear all throughout. The notes are quite well balanced as well. It has less cinnamon than the stronger with you intensely, and it has less overall warm spice than stronger with you (and intensely). I honestly can't decide which is my favourite and am yet to try some more but I'm so keen to sample more of them. They're all just amazing and are absolutely worth a try if you like a little sweetness in your perfume, particularly those that give off yummy candy vibes whilst not exclusively trying to be a "candy perfume"

I love this perfume. Smells delicious, soapy, and sophisticated. Longevity is superb . I put it on at 8:50am its now 7:36pm and I still can smell it! Sillage is amazing. The aroma is very dense (as potent as mon paris by ysl) so you might want to spray lightly. You only need a couple of sprays to last you. Either way you will either have to choose to have a scent cloud around you or a scent cloud around everybody. Scent quality is surprisingly surprising lol. This scent morphs into different smells at different stages. All stages smell wonderful. The raspberry stays throughout (which I love), and the longer I wear the scent it turns more warm, musky and soapy on me. Its the perfect scent for a feminine lady. I think all ages can pull this off, all year round.I think I will definitely repurchase this. Kind of imagine if the sweet and fruity intenseness of mon paris had a baby with the sweet and tart aspect of versace Eros EDT mixed with an expensive soap. That's what this smells like to my nose.

I've been searching for that perfect perfume for a while now, a perfume to be my signature scent and I 100% found it in this perfume. It's the perfect combination of sweet, tart, warm and fresh. It's like a fresh tart raspberry at the start then turns into a raspberry lemonade and slowly dries down to a warm raspberry with the lemonade in the background which is perfect as it's not too warm but not too fresh making it an amazing perfume to wear any time of day and any season. 1 spray on the neck and wrist will last me about 6 hours. I really love that this isn't super over powering, it's feminine but also sexy with the vanilla. When I first smelt it I was worried it might be a bit mature for me but once I got used to it and realized it was just right, I'm a 25 female for reference. I also found it super hard to get a perfume that my partner would like but he really loves this one! I highly recommend this perfume ❤️

I love this! Suuuuper surypy sweet, though somewhat synthetic raspberry in the opening, then some rose and vanilla. If Lancome's La Vie Est Belle and Tresor Midnight Rose had a baby, it would probably smell like this. I'm typically not the biggest fan of overly sweet perfumes, but I'm fine with this one. I have to be in the mood for it, though. I would wear this as a daytime fall/winter scent. Very long-lasting and projects like crazy. However, I kinda hate the name of this perfume, I just think it's too long and clumsy... Overall, the marketing of this perfume is just cringey and weird. The cheesy catchphrases like "Toghether we can touch the sky" lowkey made me not even want to buy this perfume, lmao. But at the end of the day, it's the scent that really matters.

A real sugar bomb! I am normally not to keen on scents that screams teenage-drama, and I actually don't like this, when I sniff it from the bottle... But on the skin... this is a whole other thing. This develops and becomes much deeper. But if you are the least hesitant about sweet scents, don't blind buy this. For the price, it is not worth getting, without trying it first; and most important, test it on your skin. I wear this for most of the year. Rainy days works best, it gets a bit deeper and berrier when its gloomy and grey outside. Also, the sillage and projection from this is really good. Will definitely get you trough an entire day without the need of respraying.

It has a complex, womanly smell that is musky but not too musky (as compared to other fragrances) nor can it be exactly defined as floral or fruity but a mixture of all of these. I think it's the mixture of musk and amber wood that balances/grounds all these notes to create something with a little depth, sophistication and passion. It contains the sweetness of raspberry, which I love, but is not defined by it. It projects a kind of confidence as well and I felt more mature wearing it, definitely not someone in their teens anymore. It may be too strong, so be careful not to spray on too much. In a nutshell, I would describe it as sweet, mature, womanly and complex.

I have this for a year, I remember when I first got it, I wore it everyday for almost 3 weeks, I even decanted this and brought it everywhere. It's a lovely perfume. It's fruity without being juvenile. The performance is da bomb I would say, this is the only perfume that I got most "wow, I can smell you from afar" comment. I don't wear this as much anymore since I am trying to utilise all perfume in my collection by rotation, but I still have the tendency to choose this one that more complex perfume for office. I find this scent lift up my mood when I'm having busy day at work. Not a ground breaking scent but still worth to keep it in my collection 😊

This is a beautiful, crowd-pleasing perfume. Sure, it might not be the most complex fragrance out there (and the price tag is a little steep) but I really enjoy this for a day time scent that brightens my day. I get jammy fruits on the opening (most likely the mix of raspberry and lemon) with a beautiful rose on the dry down and some soft vanilla / musk after a few hours. Overall, this is really pleasant, powdery and clean. Most suited to day time wear in my opinion. I could see how this might be cloying in higher temperatures / if over-sprayed, so I mostly wear this fragrance in Spring and Autumn. Reminds me of the Rose Jam range from Lush.

This is such a lovely little surprise of a perfume! I bought it on a whim after being blown away by the raspberry top note. I was not expecting anything more from this perfume besides that initial blast of fruity deliciousness, so imagine my surprise when I discovered Because It's You is the perfect blend of fruitiness, warmth, and freshness. It's sweet without being juvenile, mature without being dour, light without being vapid, and sexy without being overbearing. It makes you smell rich too! It's the perfume equivalent of a sparkling rom-com heroine falling in love during the world's most perfect spring. An underrated gem.

I bought this on a whim as a gift for myself after smelling it a few times and I’ve never once regretted it. It’s a gorgeous sweet scent that lasts an absolute eternity. I don’t personally get the raspberry note at all, but the vanilla definitely comes through strong. It’s a good perfume to go for if you’re looking for an inoffensive sweet everyday scent (although I also wear it for night time in the warmer months too). I’ve received a good few compliments from this perfume, it’s a lovely *almost* hidden gem! Scent: 10/10 Projection: 7/10 Longevity: 10/10 Versatility: 7/10 Price (at full price): 6/10 Overall: 8/10

This one really surprised me. It’s a bright and juicy raspberry rose, with vanilla to smooth and lemon to sharpen. The performance is excellent on this, which is the reason for my surprise. I wasn’t expecting the quality. A pretty easy spray for any day, any season, any mood. Lifts your energy when you wear it and it isn’t extortionate to buy. It’s similar to, but not the same as, Tresor Midnight Rose and Angel Nova. TMR is more rose heavy, perhaps the nighttime version, and Angel Nova is more lychee. Great performance on all three of these - they are brilliant perfumes. I really love it.

OH MY GOSH! I’m so late with this one. It’s GORGEOUS!!! I just bought it from Notino the 30ml for only £30 an absolute bargain. It smells amazing. It has a great projection it smells so fresh and gives me fall/ spring vibes. It’s something you can wear everyday without fail no matter the season. Fabulous blind buy from me. It initially reminds me of Givenchy Dhalia Divin and they share similar notes too. Only difference is that this perfume actually lasts so long and has a great projection. BUY IT RIGHT NOW!!! My signature scent😍

No trace of Mon Paris, no ma’am. It’s a beautiful fragrance, very easy to wear and you will find yourself reaching to it very often. To my nose, it starts off with a beautiful quince jam flavour, the beautiful late bloomer of November, the scent if crisp mornings breakfast in the grandmas kitchen. No sugary itchy cloying vibe, just beautiful and subtle. Then moves on adding some substance to the initial shyness and becomes the well behaved cousin of In love with you freeze. But defo distinct perfumes. Love both.

It bought me from the first sniff. Yes, it's fruity and sweet, but not cheap smelling (like it does Armani Si on my skin) or cloying (like LVEB, Le Petite Robe Noire and similar). It is sweet and light with strong sexy vibe that screams "I am confident, successful young woman". It is a real pearl.. The first scent after a while that really got my interest. Everything fits - the smell, the philosophy and the advertisement. It will soon be added to my collection, for sure.

I read all the reviews and tested this in store before purchasing, and decided to purchase my own bottle of it. And I love it!! I don’t get the super syrupy sweetness that a lot of people described. I get fresh raspberry and lemon and a touch of vanilla, not cloying at all! On my skin this is a fresh summery fragrance, very similar to Versace Eros Pour Femme. It reminds me of a hot summer on the Italian coast and I feel like an expensive goddess when I wear it.

Love at first sniff! It's a deep, sweet, fruity, sexy and at the same time airy scent that gets me compliments. Very potent and longlasting like most perfumes from Armani. Usually I don ́t like vanilla in perfumes but in this it ́s well blended and doesn ́t take over in the mix. Linear because it doesn ́t change much at all during the day wich I really like. Suits both daytime and evening and the bottle is cute. One of my favourites.

I have a tester for this and shall I say this is the first perfume I have smelt for the first time and loved, the smell is delicious. I wore this on a night out recently and I got over 10 compliments from both men and women. yes this may not be the most original fragrance but you can never go wrong with raspberry and rose. I love it and can't wait to add it to my collection when I finish my dkny fresh blossom.

I love it!! It's very syrupy sweet, just so you know. It's a little midnight Rose, a little Si and a little Mon Paris to me. All scents that I adore, so this one a winner in my book. Update:it is rare for me to be able to smell yesterday's perfume, after I have slept. But I sprayed my chest once, and each wrist once... Yesterday afternoon, and I can still smell it after sleeping all night! That's impressive.

I couldn't resist this beautiful perfume any longer, so it came home with me today, even though it has a very peculiar name :)) It's name could have been "little hungry monster" or "bring it on" or even better "give it to me", and I still would have bought it. And, of cause I love it! The raspberry is very dominant and so is the vanilla, and the drydown is absolutely wonderful on my skin :))

Bewitched by this fragrance, even if I cannot quite put the finger on it. It is a rose scent and the initial notes of rose are overwhelming, but the middle and dry-down notes are pretty similar to me: a fresh, full of energy, sexy rose. Addictive. My husband also reacted instantly to it, which it doesn't happen often because I have and use a lot of fragrances and he lost interest on them :-)

This is beautiful and yes, very sweet. To me this is a glass of bright red chambord with a whisper of rose, lemon drops, vanillin and some woods. It stays like this for quite a while and then it gets soapy and it is very clean for being so sweet. The neroli gives it that triple milled soap vibe. I like it very much.

Only have a tester but what a lovely fruity scent. Before starting my fragrance journey, who knew that raspberry and lemon could make such beautiful scents! It's in the same vein as Angel Nova and Very Good Girl and those kinds of fragrances with a strong raspberry accord. Not the most unique if but very likeable.

I really like this fragrance, it slightly reminds me of Si but I prefer this one as its not too over powering. I love the fruity notes at the beginning and the rose helps it become more sophisticated. I cant wait to try the other You perfumes such as in Love With You and the Freeze one if they still do them.

Omg!!! I've been on the search for a day time appropriate version of Lancome's Tresor Midnight Rose for a loooong time and I think that this is it!!! The same sweet strawberry and rose combination but on the fresh side instead of dark!! I love it!!!!

I liked it a lot when I bought it but I ended up giving it away. It's sweet and fruity and that's about it. It's just not something I'm into right now. For me, it smells very similar to YSL's Mon Paris which I also need to find a new home for.

The raspberry, lemon and neroli/rose combination smells similar to the opening in Lady Million and Lady Million Lucky. In the dry down they are very different. Don’t get this if you don’t like neroli because it’s strong in the beginning.

I love ❤️this perfume but When I do more than 2 sprays it gives me a headache. I prefer wearing it during fall winter and mostly on clothes. I wish I could wear it more often but due to possible headaches I avoid it.

Amazing sweet confident perfume, perfect for everyday and special occasions. the only issue that it leaves stains on white clothes and becomes very suffocating when exercising. Definitely buying a new bottle soon.

Sweet raspberry, rose and neroli. It’s not my signature fragrance but I love it so much! It reminds me of spring and there is something in it that makes me feel joyful.

I hate neroli and rose, but the blend of this is so well done that they are indetectable. Theres just delicious fruity sweetness. Very poor silage and duration.

The first perfume I've bought! I really love how fruity and fresh it is and how sweet it dries down. it is lovely and i'm so happy with it.

I want my perfumes to last and this ticks the box! It's perfect for work as it lasts all day and you don't need alot either.

I did not want to like this perfume. No, really! I am not a fan of sweet fruity scents at all! When I received a couple of samples back in January I thought it would be a nice perfume for my mom, who seems to like sweet red berry scents. So I gave one of the vials to her. And still one cold winter day I tried it on my skin and thought it actually smelled quite nice. I think it was at the end of the very same day that I got complimented by my other half on the fragrance I was wearing (oh well, he does love raspberries!). So I used it once more, and another time, and then until I ran out of my sample. Funnily enough, my mother wasn't that drawn to it, so I nicked her sample too. Pretty much every time I was wearing this perfume, my other half noticed, and at that point I started thinking - might as well get a bottle if it smells so nice on me? Slowly but surely, I was beginning to enjoy this sweet raspberry-rose cloud forming around me on the days that I used Because It's You. It has an amazing lasting power, staying on the clothes and skin all day. Two sprays on the neck and you're guaranteed to remain in that perfume bubble for most of the day. It is slightly sharp on initial application but quickly settles down to a warm musky-vanilla base with a well-blended raspberry-rose accord on the foreground. I find it to be quite linear though, the smell doesn't change much thoughout the day, only the raspberry seem to slowly get quieter and quieter. I think it is best suited for cool weather - since I got myself a partial bottle in May, I haven't used it once until today (it was a chilly morning in Glasgow!). While it was still warm every quick sniff of the bottle confirmed my suspicion of this being too cloying for the heat. In winter and early spring though it gave me that warm 'fuzzy' feeling and I was really enjoying how it smelled on the clothes. I don't think it is very suited for autumn in terms of the mood, but hey, if you like it, you do you. Although Because It's You stays on the skin all day, if you want to amp it up for the night - I found that Woman in Gold by Kilian works very well with this, at it is from the same perfume family but a bit more complex and intense. P.S. I'm not going to comment on the name Because It's Stupid.

About one year ago I tested this in store during kind of wet and cool-ish European spring weather. The kind of weather, when the last cool of winter hasn't completely left just yet, but it can already get quite warm as soon as you catch a ray of sunlight. Back then I was taken with how just one spritz on my wrist would envelope me with albeit quite synthetic yet still very mood lifting raspberry. An additional dash of comforting vanilla and musk and it was enough to making me get a small bottle as a pick me up for this in between winter and spring kind of season. More than a year later I used up about two thirds of my bottle. I do like it, but it obviously didn't become a favorite. It's feminine, lighthearted, cozy and fruity alright, but it's a tad bit too synthetic smelling for my everyday taste. I mean, figures. At the end of the day fruity fragrances are bound to be a bit synthetic. The dry down is a more or less generic musky vanilla plus remaining sweetness of the raspberry. It's nice. Projection is decent, longevity too. And still I can't help myself from wishing there was either one more strong note to give the mix a bit more 'character' or that the raspberry was a tad less synthetic smelling and the allover mix less generic. However, that doesn't mean I don't like it. Whenever I wear it, it still puts me in an upbeat mood, my husband likes it. It's a safe pick for the day definitely. But I kind of doubt I'll get another bottle after this one finishes. For a final note, I kind of suspect I would have dug this a lot more in my early 20s. Back then it easily could have become a signature scent of mine... at least for a season.

Well, the best way to describe this perfume is crowd pleaser. It is creamy, high quality vanilla with some sweet refined raspberry juice. It is not what I would consider a super sweet perfume in my opinion, it is more creamy vanilla and powdery raspberry which I do like. It is very hard to say anything negative about this scent, but in a similar vein, it is hard to say anything truly positive. It is best described as a vanilla crowd pleaser. People will say you smell nice, for sure. It is very soft and inoffensive and feminine, however it is 100% forgettable and just well, vanilla....really. I have many more interesting, unique scents with their own statement DNA that speak to me in so many ways. This is the kind of scent I reach for when I am running to the supermarket. I don't have to think about it and know it is a safe inoffensive option, which in itself is good if you are looking for that kind of scent. But honestly, I have many scents like that and it is not worth the high price tag for what it is. This has been done 1000 times before and for a fraction of the price. So whilst it is nice and likeable enough, it isn't memorable, and I definitely would not consider this a signature or statement perfume in my collection. It was gifted to me and I would not repurchase this one.

It's very lovely borderline gourmand candy scent. I made my girlfriend buy this fragrance for herself. So I can smell it on her. Again it's a very lovely scent. Simple, clean, sweet and long lasting. If your meeting someone for the first time ladies. Wear this sexy beast. You'll be remembered. I used six sprays...both wrist, back & front of my neck, chest, and front of my shirt. Will I buy this again? Yes. What's the strength of this? EDP. Does this fragrance enter BEAST MODE, good, just okay or weak sauce at best? Good. Can you use it as a unisex scent? Yes. Ok, so I kinda blind bought again even though I said I wouldnt lol! But it was the biggest bottle for a cheap prize, and the notes looked so promising! It does smell pleasant, but it does give a little harsh smell on me, but if I dont sniff my arm, and just catch some wiffs here and there its a sweet and ok smell. It will not be my favorite but its a like from me. At initial spray it is rather strong but in few seconds it calms down quite fast, and stay rather similar throughout wear. Its quite fruity but with more rose than I would like. I am a huge fan of rose smell in nature but not in perfumes, I have figured out. It is absolutely fine nothing wrong. I dont think this will offend anyone unless you overspray. At least on me it get quite heavy with 2 sprays. (I usually think many are strong though so take it with a gran of salt) :P i hope this will grow on me more, this is only 1st day i wore it :) on me I get absolutely most rose and musk. Doesnt really get any sitrus, raspberry, vanilla or neroli, and those were the notes i was hoping to come more through. Note to self, always try rose perfumes before buy. I am soo so picky. Raspberry is just in initial spray on me and then gone too bad!
