Emporio Armani Stronger With You Leather

Stronger With You Leather I blind brought this as I was looking around for more leather frags under designer labels. I initially came across this on one of the resellers and have it on my kiv list for leather frags, then the video for Antonio Centono came along and I decided to get it. The og which was released in 2017 is very sweet but this SWY's flanker is supposed to be Armani's Dubai/ME Exlusive was released in 2020. The Bottle itself is Shiny Gold all over and the color and design is gorgeous and so pretty, really lovely. You can use it as a mirror for make ups and comb hair. There wasn't any retail available so this is a tester batched 2021 June. Now! Wow! What a flanker! Love at the first sniff! This has one of the Best and gorgeous, fantastic opening for a leather/oud frag. The semi sweet spiciness with the nuanced soft velvet suede leather and a soft oud, my nose literally can't stop smelling and melts in this lovely opening. It's smooth and creamy and the leather+oud eally blends well with the sweetness of swy but not as sweet. One can literally shower with this juice. It stays quite linear to the Mids, calming down to really beautiful vanilla creamy leathery soft oud drydown. Definitely blind buy Worthy. Very suitable for all day wear and all occasions, especially nights and dates Swy leather excels in projection and silage. It starts off projecting strongly off me for first or or two, better not overspray. I had SWY when it was released, felt abit too sweet for me and I haven't gotten my nose in all of the flankers, the very well received Oud and Only in 2022, the new and latest Amber and LE in 2023, Freeze in 2020, and the popular Absolutely in 2021. Tried the well received Intensely in 2019 but did not purchase and Now I maybe keen to add another one two of the newer flankers. I can see a whole lot of ladies loving this scent as guys wear it. I haven't gotten such a beautiful gorgeous lovely scent for the numerous frag buys past months, been a while. For something similar, I nosed By the Fireplace vibe in this but without the burnt vibe and added sweetness, there's also some absolute code in this. Final Verdict: 9.5/10 Absolute gorgeous leather/oud gourmand perfection in a beautiful bottle with awesome projection, silage and longetivy.

#563 in my "Tour de Fragrance" This is another case where the scent that started the line was nice, but unoriginal, yet the flankers are more worth owning. As with "Stronger with You Amber", "Stronger with You Leather" is an improvement over the original delivering a nice vanillic leather. That said, Armani Code Absolu is IMO a better scent in this category. Maison Margiela's Replica "By the Fireplace", Polo "Supreme Leather", Paco Rabanne 1 Million are all more complex and interesting, especially if you like some sweetness (not my jam), and priced about the same. I always try to recommend a less expensive alternative, so I grabbed my bottle of Oud 24 Hour Majestic Gold since so many said it reminds them of this scent and I just don't see how. The leather, vanilla, chestnut and elemi give this scent a completely different character from the Oud 24 which is all wood and nothing but wood, comes across dry, and just isn't a satisfactory alternative to this. From the time I purchased and reviewed it till now I haven't reached for the Oud 24 once. I could happily wear this Armani scent every day.

1st This Edp Stronger With You Leather is available on Amazon for $174.95 for a 3.4oz bottle but if you keep an eye on it you can pick it up cheaper like I did for $133 you just have to periodically check Amazon every day to see if the price goes up or down. 2nd It comes from California from business called Awesome Perfumes and shipped by USPS with a tracking number. 3rd Took awhile to get but worth it omg this is phenomenal. 4th Had this for about a week now and the smell is fantastic and Importantly the longevity last forever everything comes together nice on this along with the nice Leather smell. 5th This Parfum is hard to get and took awhile to find it in stock and available but my search is over because now I own it and in my collection along with the rest of the Stronger with You Line.6th did not like Freeze it was gift thank God and sold it later for $60 it was like spraying lemon water on. 7th Guys this is on Amazon don't miss out pick this up Definitely blind buy worthy get it while they have it.......this overseas release is not going to last long.

Very fantastic. Opens up with a lot of nutmeg and spices but not overly spicy, with a very buttery smooth sweetness. Right after that you can smell the leather which is prominent but not too strong, cause at the heart of this you get the signature SWY DNA, which smells amazing and not redundant in this at all. And then in the dry down you kinda get this woody and oudy smokiness, it is very subtle and works perfectly with the SWY sweetness BUT. In the drydown i do think that it falls a bit flat and becomes linear but extremely tasty. The performance is not that impressive for a sweet leather fragrance, you get good longevity but not much projection, at least on my skin. I think this fragrance would have been even better if it had a stronger base, more ambers and more woods would have gave it more depth and complexity and carried it’s longevity even further. Although it’s lovely, it could have been Epic. I found this for $106 at a store, this is not worth the money that people are selling it for because it’s rare.

SWY has become one of my favorite lines - aside from the original and Intensely, which were indeed quite similar to the Most Wanted line (which I've discovered before the first). I have Absolutely and this - for sure, having certain resemblance the father you go into the dry down. A bit of funk with a beautiful warm, spicy, and some sweet - I may be catching a bit of booze here at some point, but not evident as in Absolutely. The oud-leather will give you a masculine and, like mentioned, funky aspect to the fragrance particularly in the opening-mid -> dry down does get SWYish, just like Absolutely. Very pleasant, but still not surpassing Absolutely, neither in performance nor in scent profile. Longevity is great, with moderate projection. My bottle is quite new, so maceration may take place, thus enhancing its performance - not one that I care much about the performance since it smells so good! Very interested in contrasting this with SWY Oud. Got my bottle as a gift, but the 100ml was for around $110.

This is a great fragrance. If you love stronger with you, any of the flankers for that matter, you'll love this. This one is more akin to the 'Stronger with you Absolutely', but it's certainly different. It has the same DNA but added leather and spices mostly. I don't get much of the 'distinct leather', but spices certainly are evident. Whilst also staying sweet, it's still a designer perfume; but sweet in a nice way. In a way it reminds me of a cross between the original and 1 million. Recently got my nose on the oud version too, but I'll say this, the oud one isn't as good as this. It smells very similar to this which is bizarre, but this one is so much better, projection and longevity is really good too, the best in the line for me. Overall, this is the best SWY in the line. It's a Dubai exclusive, so it can be a bit harder to source, but if you have the chance, snap this up immediately.

I just got it yesterday and sprayed it on my wrist ! it smells fantastic ! I loved how this flanker kept the same SWY DNA but added more depth and darkness to it with leather and oud. It's certainly not that strong on leather but still you get some hint of it, it leans more on the sweet side. In terms of comparison, if you own intensely i don't think you'll be needing this one ! but i find this one more mature than the intensely. I own absolutely and i must say they smell 40% similar and i'm glad it does :D In terms of performance and projection : the longevity is amazing, i sprayed it on my wrist at 6pm and woke up at 7am and was still able to smell it on my skin ! Off my skin it was projecting for like 3 to 4 hours. For pricing, i paid 65 euros same as the absolutely. I recommend not paying more than 80 euros, i know it's exclusive but don't let them scalpers charge you double !

Wow very impressed, I didn't think it would be sooo good. I don't know how the original one smells, but this is incredible. Projects very well, lasts a good 8hrs, and gets many compliments leaving a trail as you walk around. Women like this one a lot. But I don't wear perfumes for other people, i wear them for myself, this just happens to be one that gets a lot of likes. I do like strong smelling perfumes such as the ones from Amouage house. This is not animalic at all. some say it reminds them of a One Million Lucky or similar. its sweetish but mature and not candy like, just nice semi sweet but very pleasant smelling, i could say it gives a similar vibe as Amouage Jubilation XXV, very classy gentlemen like, not overly in your face and not overly sweet. just perfect.

Three words, spicy, sweet and leather. This is another top notch flanker in continuation of the SWY series. Imagine the original flanker and add leather, spices, subtle hints of oud and guaiac wood. Grand stuff! Leather releases in the last few years have all been rip offs of TF Ombre Leather, this one harkens back to the sweet leather scent type such as Ferrari Leather Essence. All seasonal scent? An evening scent for sure, but I would stick to the autumn and winter seasons Unisex? More inclined towards men I would say Blind buy worthy? try before you buy, costs around a hundred dollars and only for leather afficionados Performance? Longevity is 6 to 8 hours, but the projection is moderate, but a special scent to say Price? Standard SWY prices

I wish this one had as much leather in it as the oud one has oud. There is leather here, but it lurks deep beneath the surface making it hard to distinguish in and amongst the rest of the SWY dna. Smells great, but I don't get great projection from it, nor does it seem particularly potent overall. This is a good choice for understated events and gatherings, and it also does carry with it a bit more of a mature vibe. I do like it, but it falls short of being a favorite flanker for me. Maybe after my decant is done my mind will change, but my first impressions are usually pretty good... Edit: Really like this, a lot. Just wishing it had a touch more leather and was a bit stronger. Contemplating trying some alternatives, but this one is so good...

This one grew on me. Got as a sample, didn't like it at first, wanting to buy a whole bottle now. I was interested in the original SWY but decided I wanted something toned down on the sweetness, so I opted with this. It's just leathery enough and provided the slight dark and deep undertones I was looking for. Girl came out for a date, the very first thing she said and the thing she wouldn't stop saying throughout the night? You smell SO good. Most likely not everyone's cup of tea, but I think to the majority, people will at least think it's ok. As much as I want to buy a whole bottle, good prices are difficult to find for this flanker because it was a very limited run, regardless still a fantastic fall/ winter scent.

Wow this is good. I blind bought this from Jomashop a few weeks ago, and it did not disappoint. Nice sweet but dark opening with a devine vanillic drydown with a hint of leather in the background. This is not an animatic leather at all, it’s more of a more subtle masculine leather that sits in the background. However this stuff is still very loud. Projects nicely and lasts for around 10 hours on my skin. Very similar to others in the line though, especially Absolutely, but the minor tweaks, differences, and the leather note slightly edges this one above absolutely for me. Overall solid 9.2/10

To be honest, at first spray I was disappointed. Not because it smelled bad, but because it smelled exactly like SWYI in a gold plated bottle. But....I remained patient and optimistic and I’m glad I did. After that first 5-10min the added leather note starts to make itself known (more of a suede to be honest) and it’s delightful! I think they could have gotten away with going a little bit darker, BUT it’s a fantastic fragrance. Somewhat redundant if you’re not a collector and already own SWYI, but I’m not at all mad that I pulled the trigger on this one.

I was on the hunt for this fragrance for quite a while, knowing it’s really hard to find. Little did I know that my town’s discount store had the last bottle probably in my whole country. A very soothing but rough chestnut proeminent scent, with a touch of vanilla and leather. The leather in this one is quite animalic, not the softer type how you would smell in a commercial designer (I saw people complaining about how “it’s not smooth enough” 🤡). Me personally, I enjoy this fragrance a lot and it’s beast mode on my skin from all standpoints. 10/10

Wow what a flanker...I am absolutely stoked about getting my hands on this bottle finally thanks to fragrancebuy getting new stock. I think this is one of the best leather scents currently, it opens with such a gorgeous leather note blended in nicely with the SWY dna but I'd say a less sweet DNA, smells really really nice. The leather really hangs on during the mid and into dry down and then settling with that classic stronger with you dna, it is really something imo. Absolutely love this and it's well worth it if you're a fan of the SWY line.

An amazing rendition of a fragrance I am not even really fond of. I'm not a fan of the original or Intensely because I feel they are just too sweet. I think they smell good in the air on someone else but on me they get cloying. This leather version however has the sweetness dialed back and is smoother. I get the leather immediately and it's not animalic, maybe a bit synthetic but it's good and adds character to the dna. Well worth the effort it took to find a bottle as this is not the easiest to buy in the USA. To me this is a 10/10.

A smooth and creamy Stronger With You. The leather here is not the main star, but it is rather nuanced - more like a soft velvet suede leather. It's surprisingly sweeter than Intensely due to higher amount of ethyl maltol. Projection is rather close to the skin, but smelling it up close, the scent packs a punch - even after 2 hours. Longevity is fantastic, lasts at least 8 hours on my skin. IMO, it slightly outperforms Intensely and Absolutely, but just slightly. A great release, don't think it's redundant. 9/10

Oh my god, this one is a performance beast and an amazing scent. If you have SWY Intensely, do not go for it. If you do not have SWY Intensely, go for this one because this one smells better (IMO) and is a better performer. (I have used both) Warning you that this is not a blind buy fragrance, but not because it is not mass appealing, but because you probably have something similar to it already in your collection so do try it before you shell out money outta your pocket.

Power of Vanilla with Leather from the first Splash, same DNA for SWY line, but more strong indeed. This is not a middle east fragrance, it is just very strong, maybe that's why it may smell like oriental middle eastern. After 30 minutes, it ends with a superb Nutty, Woody, Smooky smell. Super Elegant, real challenger to the big classy brands. More Winter Fragnrace, Mature Ages: 30+ My most dislike is the bottle is not transparent.

Amazing fragrance. It still keeps the SWY dna while being a bit more unique. Still a very mass appealling fragrance. The opening is nothing special but the setdown is very warm and inviting, the leather is very suddle. I noticed a tendancy that whoever likes absolutely over intensely loves SWY leather, im also the same. The only downside is the projection, it doesnt project after a couple hours, still smells amazing.
