I can understand the hate. There is far more hate in fragcomm than I've seen pretty much anywhere else except politics. This can be a very hostile place, especially if someone doesn't like what you like. Having said that, This is definitely one of my favorite designer releases in recent memory. I definitely get Tuxedo vibes all throughout the wear, and the dusty vanilla note doesn't over-ripen the fragrance to me, it simply elevates it. I get nothing Code, JPG, SWY, etc...not sure if those folks have actually smelled or worn this. Something like Ferragamo Intense leather as well... The violet seems most prominent to me deeper in the dry down, but closer to skin. Really fantastic stuff. And I don't say that about most designers (Paradigme anyone?). At the end of the day it is an easy reach for all but the hot days (I did wear it in the heat and it was fine). This is going to be getting a lot of wear this fall. It is no wonder so many enthusiasts I have known over the years got tired of the hostility on here and moved on. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment, lol...

Finally a good designer release. Many recent ones were let-downs. Nice to have something different. Good perfumers behind it and this time it actually shows. Been wearing this on and off for a few days now (was gifted a dozen or so samples to evaluate a week ago). I love it. A different kind of sweet. Very good performance. I get vibes of Tuxedo, but in a more wearable, less stuffy way. Also reminds me of Boss Bottled Beyond, with vanilla and leather. Or like Tuxedo mixed with Boss Bottled Beyond. Regardless, this is a phenomenal fucking release. All season wearable. Going full bottle on this one, not going to wait for discounters. Should be $160-$170 when it releases. On par with the rest.

Right. Because companies like Armani routinely release products without doing any market research. SMH. Be prepared for either the SWY line to be discontinued, or the Code line to be replaced. They aren’t going to eliminate one or the other until they’ve established the new product, and I’ve bought three bottles of this already since I really enjoy it. It’s very, very good. I won’t ever reach for any SWY with this in my arsenal. (Maybe sandalwood since that’s the best one). The bottle is gorgeous. Unless you prefer Lattafa presentations...

You’re welcome I know my nose didn’t lie to me , when I was the first on here to suggest this as a reminds me of tuxedo clone . But made more designer like and appealing in my opinion been testing this from a sample I got Sunday and truly well done by Alberto morillas my fav perfumer

I was at Macys last week and was able to put it on a card and for almost a week the scent was present. It is a very unique scent that I truly enjoyed.

received a 30ml bottle in exchange for an honest review. upon first sniff it immediately reminded me of Penhaligon's Finley. so if you like that one, but don't wanna pay Penhaligon's prices. you'll love I Will. it in no was similar at all to Burberry Goddess to my nose. it was actually not very sweet on me. i get a strong dose of cardamom, violet leaf, leather, and woody patchouli. the bergamot is a fleeting burst in the opening for me, and i get very little lavender. mostly violet leaf and a smidge of sweetness, but more bittersweet then anything. definitely a cooler weather fragrance for me but i already have Finley which i rarely wear so this release isn't too exciting for me.

Managed to pick up a sample of this at the mall and I'm actually pretty surprised. Considering its at a standard designer price tag, I think this might be one of the best alternatives to Tuxedo we've gotten so far. Shares the same base DNA and everything. Really good compared to the recent wave of designer flanker slop we got towards the start of this year, its very different from Armani's usual style and I can't wait to see what they end up doing with it down the line!

Hideous bottle but a decent fragrance. Very different from anything Armani has out right now in terms of designer mens fragrances. The vanilla in this one isn’t as sweet as the stronger with you line, but its creamy and creates an interesting combination with the smooth leather. Would recommend if you have no vanilla fragrances you love, wouldn’t hurt to experience it at a retailer and see what you think!

A good generic fragrance but this is not a Tuxedo alternative. I wanna say this could belong in the Stronger with you Line. The lavender stands out especially at the beginning. This is another aromatic, dense, sweet lavender forward scent. This type of scent is already on the market. Not necessary in a person's collection unless you're a devoted Armani fan.

Just got mine in the mail. First impressions smells a lot like Armani code absolu just with more unisex vanilla. Smells great & if you want a unisex code absolu. I’d say cooler weather date night cozy scent. I don’t think it smells that much like tuxedo. Maybe a sweeter more vanillic less floral tuxedo.

I really like the fragrance because it reminds me of the discontinued code absolu but I agree why make another line when it could have been re released. Especially in the new code line bottle in an amber or champagne finish.

Got my nose on this today at Nordstrom. It’s basically just Le Male Parfum with a little swirl of SWYI: Sugar. Vanilla. Synthetic lavender. Forgettable. It’s gonna be so popular [insert ironic tone]. Conclusion: I Won’t. (yeah, that pun is bound to happen).

Smells like a more vanilla moustache edp or a weaker Burberry hero elixir. Just more designer slop from the most uninspired designer house everyone gives a pass to. Also the bottle and font are hideous.

To me, it smells exactly like brand-new furniture. It smells exactly like when you buy new furniture, assemble it in an unventilated room, then leave that room for a while, and during that time your nose blindness goes away. This perfume is exactly the moment when you walk back into that room, and the intense smell of the furniture hits you. I tried to give it a chance. I thought maybe it was only the opening and that the dry down would be better, but nothing changed. To be fair, the dry down isn’t as intensely furniture-like as the opening, but it’s still very much there. I would give this a 3.5/10 at best

I hate to say anything negative with Alberto Morillas' name attached to it-the man is a genius-but this is so boring. There is nothing unique or distinguishing about it and I'm not really sure why it was made. It smells like the million other gourmandy vanilla based sweet men's scents on the market. I'm honestly just getting tired of the scent profile at this point. There are moments when this type of thing can be done well like with Tuxedo or something but here it's just boring and unnecessary. It smells fine but like everything else.

Very hard for me to believe that the bottle was designed by Signor Armani himself. One of the 2 ugliest bottles of 2026. This one and Aramis Intuition deserve a place next to each other. Did they fire all their bottle designers? Gosh...

So much hate on this site for every new release that isn't👈 a middle east clone. Those they ALWAYS love. 👀 So, let's be honest here for once. You chuds hated Prada Paradigm too and that's one of the top new frags out. 🤡 This will be the new big boy that every guy has. This line will delete Code and replace SWY. Every average guy that just wants to smell good will buy it. Average guys are not buying your burnt tire or heavy oud pig butt smells. 💯 Not only that but the average guy doesn't even know this site exists. So these paid douche that hate on everything new that isn't a middle eastern dupe on the site, are lying to you. 3 weeks from now when their mommy's give them their allowance they'll RUN 🏃♀️ TO BUY THIS FRAGRANCE. I literally ignore their posts and scroll till I find an actual real review. Because, I don't want some middle eastern mystery liquid on my skin. We have no idea what they put in bottles to smell like the high end real scents used by REAL houses. And i don't want some mystery disease or cancer so I can smell kinda like my favorite colognes at a fraction of the price. Ill spend my money on the real thing and have piece of mind that I won't wake up with warts all over my body or cancer spots everywhere. So let's actually be honest for once, and stop with the fake hate and fake pumping. Let's stop using these review sites to lie to the random normys and pump your disgusting oud goat nut scents. Ill edit this tomorrow after a full day of wear from my bottle that I bought direct from Armani. Because im a real enthusiasts that actually enjoys this hobby of collecting fragrances and layering them to make new scents that are unique.

Underwhelming. I have always appreciated the creativity and uniqueness of Armani’s perfumes. Emporio Armani White for Him was a masterpiece—and discontinuing it was nothing short of a crime. Even though I have always found the Code line rather dull, I had high hopes for I Will, especially after reading that it took 2,800 modifications and four years to arrive at the final formula. And yet, this smells remarkably like Wanted by Night by Azzaro—and Wanted by Night is actually the more interesting fragrance. After four years and 2,800 attempts, I expected something far more distinctive.

@icemanjr You obviously have no knowledge at all with consumerism. You think a specific house isn’t going to produce a new fragrance based off of what other houses have released? It’s all competition and marketing races. You think a fragrance enthusiast isn’t going to buy this and possibly even love it because he might have SWYI and Armani Code in the collection too? Tighten up man.

I'm not going to rate it because I only tried it on paper. However, highkey smells like Moustache EDP in the dry down. I was sitting here thinking, "Man, this really reminds me of something, but I don't own anything that sweet..." and then it finally clicked. It smells like a way sweeter Moustache EDP.

We got this a few weeks before launch at the store I work at and I gave it a full days wear. It lasted around 8-9 hours on my skin and the entire time it smelt like a very flat version of Armani Code Profumo. I didn't like the leathery note but it wasn't too unbearable.

Why would they make this? Who are they targeting? What segment of consumers does this capture that isn't already served by the Stronger With You line or the Code line??? Seriously, make it make sense?

The bottle is so hideous,cheap its giving Avon or the cheapest possible Arab perfume and that name??!lmao Many people probably worked on it and no one said this not Armani level?
