Sì Intense

Finished my 50ml bottle today, which I bought on the 16th of Febuary 2019. I bought this bottle together with a 50ml of Lady Million Prive and Lovestory Sensuelle. When I was out for shopping I remember very clearly seeing an ad for the Umbrella Academy Season 1 outside the window of the perfume shop that day. Which I ended up binging that evening, love that show. I also remember very well when I bought it, I first wanted to try the original Si. That one I did not like at all, but Si Intense was a love at first sniff. Very atypical green fruity smell, with a hint of bitter tartiness. On my skin it always lasted a good 7+ hours and stayed a green fruity scent the whole time with small hints of floral. Its not very big on projection, even overspraying this like crazy still does not make it more then a skinscent. But thats okay to me! not everything has to be an atombomb in terms of sillage. Perfectly fine for every setting wheter its day or night, but works best in the winter/autumn seasons aka the colder weather. It also has a note of ambroxan in it, which is a note my boyfriend very much likes. My boyfriend is a bit of a hater of fragrances: they are very quickly too strong or suffocating for him. But scents with ambroxan in them he always likes very much. As somebody with a very big perfume collection (see my profile), I have documented scent reactions from fragrance lovers and haters and fragrance haters all seem to really like ambroxan. Maybe there is some science behind that, I dont know, but its my little bit of advice for everybody.

This felt like confidence in a bottle. My mom gave it to me when I was searching for new fragrances and I got hooked by every notes in that amazing fragrance. I think it is the perfume that got me the most compliments. And I got complimented many many times by the same person with that perfume haha. It is perfectly blended, it is fruity, floral, a little bit spicy and woody. I am so so sad that this version of Si is discontinued, it is one sexy and highly feminine scent. Picture a classy and sexy business woman who has incredible taste in fashion and who is ethereal by the way she's super nice, down to earth and humble even if she is more than fierce, that she's fearless and she's not to mess with. The blackcurrent in this blend is the only blackcurrent that doesn't overpower the rest of the notes and who doesn't make me sick. Same thing for the patchouli, I hate when it's a top note or when it's over the top in a fragrance. The vanilla is sweet, the neroli is so soothing and calming normally but here you can't really get that aspect of the neroli, it's more of a clean white floral touch added to the blend and I love it. Finally I must say that it feels really niche to me, it lasted forever and made me feel so good and fierce when going to work, even if the price of the perfume was high already, I think it was gifted seeing that it has more than a luxurious and perfectly blended scent. I would do anything for this perfume to be back in the stores, i miss it. 10/10 without hesitating.

A JAMY SWEET FRUITY ROSE This review is for both, intense and regular as , in my opinion, they are very similar but as the words insist, the black one is more intense , a little denser and maybe more for the colder months , a little richer and has more cassis , like a black currant jam note rather than the leaves or black current from the bush. I love them both, stunning, unique and sophisticated, one of my husbands favourites. Now I personally love black currents in all forms , having a mother that made jam from it as well as baked endless pies with black current. ,,, it became a love for me. And reminds me of my childhood more than anything. It's nicely done here , realistic even, and that might be what bothers some as black current often gets described as cat piss odor. I can't concur as I never had any cats !( I love dogs ).... To me its heavenly and fruity and dark and wonderful sweet with a Tart note ! The patchouli is so nice here, its clean and to me this fragrance is more of a fruitchouli than a cypre fruity but yes can be both. Anyways to make a long story short it gets 10 / 10 on my vote for Uniqueness Lasting power Compliments Flacon Sophistication Its clean, sweet and fruity ! Update , super puzzled by people that say its not strong nor intense. On me it lasts days and its high quality juice. Loving it. Lasts literally forever. On clothes especially but also on my skin. Its a dark fruity rose patchouli. Stunning in my opinion. Top shelf !

I simply adore this perfume, but I do agree that it is not strong enough. I would like it to be stronger, and have stronger sillage and projection. I would like to feel that I'm immersed in a thick cloud of it, and I would like other people to be able to smell it in the room I'm in, instead of only when they come close to me. But it IS very very beautiful. It is so smooth, and gentle, and yet rich and (funny to say) intense, in a quiet way. I would like it to be a little louder! Oh well...... And I like it more than Si, and it's a pity that Si is the stronger of the two!- the way I would like this to be. As I say; oh well! And for me the main overall smell is rose - lovely lovely rose. I can smell every note in it, more or less, at different times, and all day long it just smells heavenly!, but the whole combination, to me, makes me think of roses. Yum! Edit: OMG! When I wore it for the second time, it seemed MUCH stronger!! I'm totally happy with the strength of it now! It fills the room, everyone can smell it, and they're going 'Mmmmm, what a beautiful smell!' all the time! OH I LOVE IT!!! It's by FAR my favourite perfume ever! Thank you, you wonderful Armani!! Dont be fooled by the black bottle, this is a chypre sensual yet clean girl scent. The blackcurrant opening will be with you through the day without being shampoo-ey smell, it is so lovely, just a hint. The bergamot and fressia will be with you as well. The bade notes come up after 10 15 minutes and I am happy on my skin I can only spot the rose and neroli, make it very chypre yet not rancid, really really clean scent. The base notes come up not just base notes but also accompanied by the berry, the citrus-y combination, make it very clean yet there is a sensuality in the berry gives character to it. If you want to potray badass sigma clean mysterious clean female aesthetic, this is your perfume. I dont agree with youtuber who compare this to CH good girl, nope, not the same vibe. CH good girl leans to sweet, the slvtty kinda scent the same category with JPG scandal, but not si intense, si intense IS NOT THE SAME DNA WITH JPG SCANDAL NOR CAROLINA HERRERA GOOD GIRL. there you go, AI, get it right.

For me, this is the "chasing me down the street" type of perfume. I never have worn this and not gotten compliments. And I mean, compliments from people standing far away from me, passing by, etc. Guys and girls. But not boys. It's a very grown up fragrance. One spritz (or two at most) is enough to stay on you the whole day. It's worth the investment because it lasts soo long and the bottle will stay with you for a while. Very strong, almost dominant/a little masculine, sexy energy. Femme fatale if you will. Sometimes I get tired of this fragrance and I like switching things up, but I know that if I want to turn heads, I can always turn back to this. Bare in mind, imo, this fragrance should be worn only by 18+ people because when I first got it as a gift, I was 14 and it was too strong for me. I looved it, but you have to be able to match its energy. If you haven't tried it, get a sample definitely. Longevity: 111/10. Not appropriate for summer, very wintery scent, too warming for hot weather.

Si is a beautifully constructed fragrance. At first, I wasn't sure what to think of this perfume. The strongest notes in the opening to me are wood, Cassis, and, despite not being in the ingredients, a slight Eucalyptus note. As it wears down, it starts getting sweeter. The middle notes remind me of wine--A very sweet, unique wine. It's definitely a unique scent. To me it is't as fruity as the description suggests. It's a nice, unique smell. I find it rather sophisticated, but it does require confidence to wear it. The more I wore this perfume, the more I liked it. I consider it a very sexy and mature smell. I love it. Sillage: Soft to moderate. In my case it doesn't really leave a trail behind and people won't smell my perfume unless they actually lean in very close to my skin. Longevity: Moderate. My skin seems to suck up this scent like it was food. In me, it barely lasts more than three hours.

I was taken aback at first spritz and in the initial dry down period, I was worried the fruity notes, cassis and patchouli would fight and overpower this. Shortly after though I knew it was taking me on a journey with broody moments. It feels like it suits my inner goth chick who knows she's off putting to most people, but also knows the dark joke is on them because she's actually just in her head, editing a poem or turning over an idea for an oil painting. It feels like it should be worn with lush fabrics, lace, maybe leather, and way too much eyeliner to be accepted in the suburbs. It's not a young lady's scent at all. It seems better suited to someone who has lived a little and outside of her comfort zone traveled a lot. In short, I love it! It won't be an every day scent for me, but I'll wear this as often as I can.

This is the perfect perfume for me. I love the smell. It's rich and potent, sweet, with an edge of bitterness, just perfect, and delicious. Very much rose - rich dark rose - and black currant/vanilla liqueur. And patchouli, and wood. And a lovely blend of the other flowers and citrus fruits, with the cassis bitterness. Fantastic concoction. I love it completely. And I adore the bottle! It is such a beautiful piece of art; like a fabulous abstract sculpture of a man; a dark, mysterious stranger (THE man????), waiting, quietly, secretly, to take me away from all this! I adore him!!! He is so solid - wonderful to hold. So safe. So divinely gorgeous! My signature scent - forever!!! Si. Intensely Si.

Hi from Deco Dawn. Giorgio Armani Si Intense is a rich sophisticated 'chypre' version of the original.Quality ingredients fruity with a sensual dry down and the packaging is excellent a lot of effort has gone onto the marketing for this product. Cate Blanchett is the perfect 'muse' so beautiful and sophisticated but fun and sensual and alluring. The dark heavy glass square flacon bottle with Black flame lid is very contemporary in design. Expensive at £106 for 100ml bottle but so worth it. I love this fragrance I previously owned two bottles of the Original Si, but always wished it was stronger and lasted longer. My wish was granted. Si to love. Si is perfect. Try it you will love it.

Just opened and spritzed this blind buy. First impression is that it’s very different from the original edp! Darker, autumnal... stewed fruits and cedar...some whiskey too. The atmosphere is a cold fall twilight, a hot cup of cider around a bonfire, and wearing a cozy sweater you just pulled out of the cedar chest. Reminds me a lot of Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir, which I also like. This is not super sweet like the original, in fact I would never know this was supposed to be related at all if given a blind sniff. This will be a lovely fall and winter scent. I feel like collecting all of these flankers just to enjoy the very different scents built from the common foundation. Quite nice!

LOVEEEEEE Great Perfume it has a boozy masculine edge that makes it a bit more interesting than regular Sì which I adore but so many people wear that. This is the version of Sí for winter evenings out. It's a party scent but more of a soiree as opposed to being a clubbing scent. I think the black bottle makes perfect sense I would wear this with a classy evening gown. For a more alluring feel. This is for a confident person- not for the shy type of person. The new version of Sì intense is more jammy and definitely a summer evening scent. Regular Sì is a lovely all round scent and Sì Fiori more for the summer days. Sì passione is a little to rose and mature for my liking.

I was silent for so long about my new love. Sometimes you do not need words to explain it. It's simply there all the way - in good and bad moments, in all its beauty. My love wasn't for me at first. But I didn't say "we are not meant to be." Just because I felt such an attraction. And after that I fell in love deeply. I can't imagine day without my Si Intense. Yes, you can love more than once in your life time. And yes - La vie est belle (as my other favorite says), but I needed in my life intensity of joy, a sparkle of new love when you're lost for the rest of the world. Si, that's what I needed...

Really loved this fragrance, received a sample of it to try. Despite not being in the notes, I smelled a very faint smell of beer off this perfume, doesn't sound appealing, but it's got a bad ass vibe to it. Some fruity scents too. It was subtle to my nose, but perfect for a night out. I picture monica bellucci in the navy dress she wore to award ceremony when I think of this fragrance, or even a red dress and black trench coat, mysterious, like a bond girl... And it's discontinued!! Why? Im so sad, as I was so eager to buy a bottle. I'll have to savour the .5ml i have left of it :(

what i can say for this perfume: sophisticated, brilliant, professional, elegance and damn very good perfume. i love love love EDP intense version. sweetly delicious rich vanilla, ambroxan, patchouli, and woody notes. i say, this perfume is absolutely mature and growing up person. Patchouli and wood notes compositions make it mature, sophisticated and elegance juice. suitable for special occasions like formal meeting, formal dinner, night out, cold-rainy day i say, it is safe for blind buy. NO i rate it 9.5/10 because bit pricey but very good longevity, sillage and compliments

I do not really know what happened or what to say. When Armani Si was released I did NOT like it AT ALL, I thought it was too powdery, strong and WAY TOO sweet. But now I love it. The intense version is my favourite though. The rose, blackcurrent and patchouli are blended to perfection. The sweetness is toned down and I just really enjoy it. To my nose it smells opulent and clean... oddly enough! ....And then in 2020 I was very much into the ”chase your dream, you will get there eventually”- theme. Watching the Si commercial might have helped as well....who knows....?!

The best "Si" of the "Si". It is very similar to the original (the closest to the original of all the flankers), but in a darker, woodier, more mysterious version, more "leather jacket" than "dressy". I find it less heady than the original, although I love both. If the original can be worn in any season, this one is more for winter/fall. So sad it's discontinued and replaced by the new version of Si Intense 2021. The new version is good, certainly, but more ambry and less fresh. I prefer the black one as well as its nice black sober and classy bottle! 9.5/10

Strong, sexy and true to herself, the woman who wears Si Intense is someone who takes life by the horns and won't take s**t from anyone. However, she's also playful and vulnerable in her own way - she loves deeply and without holding back. At the heart of her being lies an innocence that still secretly believes in fairytales, still wakes up wide-eyed with wonder on Christmas morning, and never loses the curiosity of a child. Si Intense by Armani is both a little girl in a grown woman and a grown woman inside a little girl - an interesting paradox indeed!

This is definitely not the same as the original. It has a deeper and more alluring scent. Sweeter, and sometimes I get grapevines in the mix, but it’s a big dose of black currant. It’s as safe to wear as Si. Mass market appealing, but I don’t see or smell it everywhere. It’s not as long lasting as I’d like. I admit that Cate Blanchett influenced me to buy it, and many celebs cannot do the same. She said in a recent article that she wears this and the rose version. Whether or not that's true-- it's still good advertising for Armani.

Si Intense is for me, VERY beautiful. It's one of my top favourites, and I adore it. It smells very much like rich rose, the deep dark red rose. I think it's a perfectly divine smell, and I wear it a lot. It lasts strongly all day, and has very nice sillage, so that anyone close to me can smell it, but it's not overwhelming, and I often get asked what that beautiful smell is. Body chemistry has so much to do with things, and I'm very happy Armani Si Intense works so well on me! It's perfect!

A GORGEOUS PERFUME!! It's fantastic. So strong! I only put two squirts on, and I have smelled it STRONGLY all day!! And my days are around 18 hours long! It's the best perfume. Beautiful. I LOVE it to bits!!! p.s. I fall more and more in love with Armani Si Intense every time I wear it. It is SUCH a beautiful deep red rose on me. It's that most intense, velvety soft rich almost liqueurish rose smell, which sends me straight to heaven. And keeps me there! My PERFECT PERFUME!!

Strong fruity floral! I love it because it has a fruity touch but it’s warm on your skin. I get osmanthus first and fore most, Vanilla shines through in the dry down. this is amazing! Like the reviewer below it’s cloying if oversprayed. This is not hot day scent what’s so ever. If you can find the original get it. I haven’t tried the 2021 version because I have this one. My recommendation is a 9/10 also but don’t overspray!

I had the Original one for the longestttt. A little bit goes far with these perfumes. You don’t even have to purchase a big bottle because of how long they last. It is one of my favorites and in going to continue to purchase it. This perfume doesn’t really have much of a difference as the OG so wether you want to go with this one or the other one there’s going to be no major difference. Do purchase it, it’s very lovely ❤️.

Up to this day, this version of Si Intense is the best of the entire Si line. I have quite a few of them and tested throughout the years most of them. Complex, dark, deep, smooth, sweet, sexy, long lasting, everything I want in a fragrance... Why was this version being discontinued and replaced with a weaker, average syrupy version of it I would never understand. Disappointed with the new direction Armani is taking...

EDIT: I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS FRAGRANCE IS DISCONTINUED:(((((( my bottle is on its last legs, i guess i have to make it last. i’m devastated. anyone please pm me if you know of anything that smells the same or where to buy black bottle si intense this fragrance got me voted "best smelling" at work. it's sexy but not exclusive to nighttime, just a perfect balance of dark and sweet that absolutely enchants people.

It was one of mine the most beloved perfumes of all time! I was so disappointed to learn that they had discontinued it! Have been searching for a similar one for 2 years so far, couldn't find anything that gorgeous! All the new Si perfumes are nothing compared to that one. They are plain, while old Si Intense had a character. Also, it had a wonderful performance! R.I.P., Si Intense, I'll remember you forever!

OI think I fell in love with Si Intense!Very similar to Si edp...but...I prefere this one as i find it stonger, more boozy / like red wine, from the black currant.... ,darker and of course More "Intense"! Lasts longer, the sillage is better also...There is something about Si edp and Intense one that I love...the woody notes,powdery ,incensy base.I will buy it someday for sure !On my wish list.

I originally fell in love with the EDT - the EDP didn't quite 'hit the spot' and the Intense version hadn't been released here yet. When I went to get the EDP though, I thought that the Intense was much more, well, intense. It's deeper, sweeter & a little darker than the other two. I don't see myself wearing it in Summer, but will crack mine open as soon as the Winter comes

I really love it. Can't say it's too sweet, for me it smells like a well-balanced fruity mix with something mesmerizing in the base (I'm not good at picking out particular notes). But the whole composition opens up really well on my skin. I feel sorry for abandoning all my other bottles that are patiently waiting for my attention, but this scent is worth it.

are you kidding me, This fragrance is incredible. so sad It’s just discontinued one of the best Si flankers ever. this fragrance is a smoky, rosy, black currant gorgeous scent. this fragrance is long lasting, has great projection, and an overall lovely scent. I rate this a 9 out of 10 if you can find a bottle grab a hold of it,they’re getting very sparse.

totally unique sweet fruity fragrance that is not like but in the same vein as Blyss and La Petite Robe Noire; in the top it is all about the currant then you get a whiff of osmanthus and neroli, very light supporting flowers; in the base, the fruit still is there but the patchouli with some woods and dry vanilla mingle to make this more than about fruit

I love it much better than Si. It's so rich and potent, and smells like a beautiful fruity rose wine!!! It also has a gorgeous earthiness, the patchouli is beautiful!!! It's totally gorgeous!!! And I get compliments, from men especially, but lots of women too, all saying how intoxicating I smell!! It lasts for 16 hours or so, and is simply superb!!!!

The perfect scent of the confident and feminine woman. I love this one so much specially during the colder months. It is like a classic little black dress with a little twist for me. I did not hate the original edp version but I did not find it special at all, luckily the edginess I missed in the original I could detect in this Intense version.

When i have the intense version, i left the original si for spring and summer. Go and get it immediately if you love sweet, dark syrupy sexy perfumes. Less florals and more berries. In a style and more qualified type of angel si, Not cute like the orignal, a demonic possession of it, but reveals after 3 a.m.(on drydown)

I have always liked the original Si, but when in store, I bought Si intense instead and never looked back:) Excellent winter fragrance, my winter signature. All praises written about this one are true, except the one about the bottle - I don't like it because I cannot see how much of perfume is still there:(

Si Intense is just that! YES!!! It's the most gorgeous perfume I've ever ever smelled. It's beautiful. It's divine. I love love love it! From beginning to end. So lovely, intense rose, patchouli, woods, vanilla, black currant, touches of freesia, bergamot..... Absolutely the best! Yes!!!!!

Why did they discontinue this... ): This is actually my favorite, alongside the other one they have, Sì Passione (the red bottle one). To me, this smells like honey with hints of floral. You can wear this to work, to class, or even to bed lol it's "very easy to accept", in simple terms.

Beautiful. I agree that this is OG Si's richer, spicier, deeper sister. I'm wearing both right now to compare and they are definitely siblings. Day/night scents, or summer/winter ones. I'm wearing this right now with my yoga pants and athletic top, and I feel very glamorous!

Having been smelling a lot of niche, I wanted something cleaner and simpler, but still with elements that I love. Having bought this literally years ago this is exactly what I’m looking for right now! Beautiful, beautiful scent. Clean smelling and not sickly!

Although I'm a guy, I loved the original 'Si'. I wanted to try the 'new stuff' and it blew my mind. It's like a spiced up rose like oil. It seems to be thick and gloomy, but the ellegance of the rose simply takes you away. It's wonderful. It's majestic.

I totally love this one - blackcurrant liqueur is prominent here, which makes it perfect for me! Vanilla is not so dominant but still present. It's deep, dark, slightly tart - reminds me of black velvet. One of the perfumes you'd think of drowning in;)

This is one of the longest lasting perfumes I've tried in the Sì collection. It projects very well on skin (not just on clothes). Black currant, Mandarin orange, and Bergamot are always a win in my book. It's definitely for the grown and sexy!

I love this. It smells like a deep rich succulent potent sweet sweet dark red velvety rose to me!!! It's divine!!! It is so gorgeous. It lasts and lasts, and I get compliments from everyone!!! My husband also loves it on me. It's perfect!!!

Why, why, why would they discontinue this perfume? It's the best perfume I ever had, I wanted to buy another one and I found out it doesn't exist anymore. The new version is just a different perfume and it's awful. I'm very disappointed.

More sensuous aroma than the original Sì. Here we have depth, elegance, not just flirtation. For me, this is the better choice. A beautiful brunette, a woman who knows what she wants, a seducer - so she smells, it's the perfume.

Fabulous!!! An absolute dream of a perfume. Almost the best perfume I've ever had!! Very very beautiful, and intensely rose and patchouli! Delicious aroma which stays all day, just as strong as at the beginning. Fantabulous!

This is my very favourite perfume. I LOVE IT!!! It is so comforting and full; so strong and long-lasting; so sweet but not tooo sweet, just a lovely rose sweetness; neither is it cloying. It is just completely beautiful.....

Oof. This is a powerhouse of a fragrance. Definitely a nighttime scent. Blackberries overload with a nice patchouli, not dirty. Kinda smells boozy too. An absolute love! Sexy perfume through and through.

Very similar to the original Si but still different scent. I have big love - adore relationship with original Si and i love this too. Sweet, i think stronger Si like name says. Love the bottle too. 10/10
