Si Passione Red Musk

This branch of the GA Si range is my absolute favourite. In fact, it has become my signature fragrance at the moment. I was in the perfume shop near me and tood the sales assistant I like sweet, fruity with notes of floral. A little gourmand was optional. I tried the new miutine and loved the strawberry in it, but found it did not stick around for very long (likely as I was nose blind after being in that shop for so long already ahahha!). I then tried Miss Dior, So Scandalous, Angel’s share, and other fragrances along similar notes. None of them hit me the way I was looking for. She then sprayed the Si Passione Red Musk on the card, and it was lovely, sweet with underlying notes of something I could only distinctly call ‘amber’. I asked her to spray my wrist and that’s where the fragrance shined brightest. The strawberry became instantly the star of the show with an underlying gourmand vibe to it. I told her I’ll leave it to linger on my wrist for a little while before I cane back. And so I did. The whole time I was shopping, I had my wrist pinned to my nose. The way this developed was absolutely magical, the strawberry stays but it becomes a whisper rather than the attention. The vanilla brings out a warm creamy sweetness and the rose adds to the overall creaminess. The musk gives a nice background to both the floral and sweet scents and I find it overall to be very rounded. So, I went in and bought a whole bottle. I am in love three weeks later. A colleague at work said I smelled incredible “like strawberries” and this was six hours after spraying it. She is even buying her own bottle next week. Honestly, if you like sweet and fruity fragrances that do a little more than what they say on the tin, this is for you. I layer it with the miutine to give more sweetness (as it is now my goal to smell like a strawberry) and the two complement each other so well. It lasts nicely, I do apply two more sprays during the day as I find it doesn’t project as much as I would like later on (which is only normal as I am usually at university or work for over ten hours, I would spray at the 6 or 7 hour mark). So, for this fragrance, please give it some heat. Don’t judge it solely based off the paper. Try it on your wrist. I am utterly obsessed and will be buying three more bottles. There is nothing on the market (at least the mainstream one) that I find gives the same delicate strawberry note without the greenery and overpowering floral. It is simply gorgeous.

It caught my attention in Douglas or Sephora and revealed itself as my favourite of the Si Passione line. I liked also Eclat, the rest left me cold. Eclat I resisted but this is so plush and feminine, mmm. The bottle is gorgeous too, the best one when the new editions are together. I had to buy it. Now my sample states mandarine essence in top notes, apart from strawberry, so we have an error here. Also rose absolute in the heart with milk accord and vanilla bourbon absolute in the base with musks. In the soft and silky opening I get red fruits scent. Initially clearly strawberries. It is fruity, sweet, gentle, caressing and exciting. Very likeable. Modern. There is nothing mature about it yet it is timeless. The strawberries are mixed with mandarine, rose, milk, vanilla and musk. And that is how the blend smells from the start till the end. I get bubble gummy-milky effect, too and it reminds me of Cassili by Parfums de Marly. It is ultra-feminine and a bit magical. I consider it universal with regards to weather and occasion-wise. It will fit a sweet bride and a classy businesswoman. It is lovely in summer and does not overwhelm. The strawberry note is milky and playful. The mandarine is barely detectable just works on fruity freshness with the strawberry. The milky accord loves the rose, loves the strawberry and loves the musk. Plays a passionate song with them. It will make you feel spoiled with goodness. It is so warm and inviting like an embrace. As such it will be great for a date and for an evening. Yet it is playful and calm enough to be lovely during a day, as your day to day parfume. Finally a Si Passione that is passionate and seductive. Loving it. After 3 hours it gets closer to the skin. 4,5 hours in and it becomes a musky vanilla with redness inherited from strawberries that still colors the composition. At 9 hours mark it is shy, but I catch occasional wafts of its milky-bubblegummy-vanilla.

"How does it smell compared to the original?” you may wonder. My short answer: it smells warmer, softer, sweeter. The original one feels colder. Preface: the original is my top "go to" office scent, which I love ❤️ The new bottle caught my attention when I was browsing new fragrances at the LHR airport (£81.20 / 50 ml). I approached it with caution. I was afraid that this new release of my beloved scent might be a flop. However, after testing it, I must admit, I may like it better than the original! And I have a full bottle of the original, which says something because I rarely buy full bottles. Frankly, this was, hands down, my favorite scent from dozens new scents I tested that day. It brings a smile to my face every time I sniff it. How does it smell? It definitely still has very similar style to the original, but it seems a little bit more fun - a tad sweeter, fruitier and mellow - and I love it! This new version appears to be a more "approachable" version of the original. The strawberry here is not the heavy and cloying one. Overall, it's well blended and light scent. I would imagine that it would also appeal to younger population. I would happily own the two versions of this scent - it's not "either/or". While I would still wear the original one for professional settings, I would reach for this new version in many more occasions and seasons. It's easy to wear and non-offensive. Overall, it's a very pleasant and likable scent. I am planning to buy at least the travel spray as soon as it's available in the US. So far it's my favorite new scent that was released this year. If you like the scents from this collection, you probably won't be disappointed. It deserves a higher rating than it currently has.

Giorgio Armani Si Passione Red Musk is a sweet strawberry hard candy supported by white musk, a little ambroxan, and muddled rose with maybe peony also, quickly added after the initial spray. I'm not really fond of the musk on clothes as it can be a bit much, but on my skin it works perfectly highlighting the slightest cream base it's on, not so milky or powdery. The peony and musk with that subtle cream base brings to mind D&G My Devotion, but this is the "red" and more substantial version. I don't think Burberry Her edp is similar, maybe more Elixir in the opening which I like but sometimes it's too powdery. Not so much though because Red Musk dries down creamy but more perfumey due to the rose and musk. Therefore, Red Musk surpasses the seasons of just spring and summer for me. Some may disagree, but the true strawberry, rose, and musk combo done here make it more sensual instead of just playful. Perfect for dates. I will say Red Musk departs from others in the Si line that remind me of the original Valentino Donna Born in Roma, although the original Si came before. I kinda wish I got the 100 mL instead in duty-free, because I didn't realize Si Passione Red Musk wasn't sold in the US. However, ordering from UK sites will not be the move, because this does not last more than 4-5 hours to pay more for shipping, but I'll be looking out for it in airports in the future. Update: Found it in only one of the airport fragrance shops and bought it.

#firstimpression OMG what on earth I've just sniffed!!! The First spray? It's bright, juicy sweet strawberries instantly made me happy. Then came the smooth, clean musk wrapping around it. Just like a warm hug ❤️ Quickly the creamy milk note gets noticable and it mixes with a delicate, pretty rose. This combo in perfume is unique to my nose. It made me think of Thai Rose Milk Tea which I absolutely love! Overall it's floral, milky, lightly sweet but not sugary or overwhelming. As it settles, the strawberry gradually softens. Meanwhile the rose, milk, and musk stay strong along with a touch of vanilla. Vanilla adds the warmth and some seductiveness. The overall feeling is it's clean, creamy, and surprisingly sensual. It will be perfect for Warm spring and summer days. The vibe is effortlessly feminine. Softly romantic. Has a subtle, alluring pull to it. It's a modern flirty scent. Easy to love and easy to wear!

Very realistic fresh strawberry with all the tart aspects in the opening, on a very clean milky-musky cloud. Delicate in winter but fitting, better yet for warm days I think. Office-safe and nice to use in the morning it has just the right balance of playful, soft and clean that it fits any occasion. Is it passionate? Maybe just the musk is sensual, but immediately the word sensual comes to mind. And strawberries I also associate with love. There is something childish in it and probably fits women up to thirties. My mother is not that into it and she has received it as a Christmas gift. It is too soft for her. But I love it. In the heart dipped in milk floral notes sound. It is both warm and cold. I like it, it is intimate. The performance in winter is too close to the skin but it lingers.

This is new to me and I love it. It is my first fruity scent and the sweetness of the strawberry and vanilla got me hooked. It is a sophisticated, sweet scent and it lasts most of my work day. I love catching the lovely sweet scent. Maybe the rose and musk just make it a bit more grown up but the milky, vanilla strawberry still keep it youthful. To me it does not smell artificial, that is a pet peeve of scents for me and it just smells delicious. I haven’t tried the others in the range. I bought this after smelling the little card in a magazine and immediately loved it. I think it is a scent for anytime....it has the summery strawberry yet the cosy vanilla and it has a bit is sexiness to it too. I love this one and it is my first Fragantica review!

Ok INSTANT YES! I hate rose fragrances usually but this is stunning. It’s fresh, fruity, seductive, young... absolutely delightful! I received a few samples and have been savouring them. I can even imagine myself wearing this in the deep winter (only during the day) because it’ll instantly transport me to eating gelato on a sunny day. One thing I must say is that I accidentally got the Si Passione instead of this one because the sample vial only states that it’s a red musk at the very bottom, but it’s taught me to look closely at the vials!!! What a shame as it was free. I will definitely be getting a bottle sometime in the future.

One of the best strawberry fragrances I've ever tried. Opens up with a very fizzy strawberry liqueur-like smell, then slowly moves into a slightly synthetic lactonic scent that blends slowly with a bit of rose. Adding a little bit of floral to this fragrance was a perfectly smart move, as when it dries down, the vanilla-strawberry-milk combo maintains its power while not becoming intoxicating. Pretty good sillage, lasts well over 3 hours, and brings a somewhat comfort to the wearer (?). It's one of the most literally relaxing fragrances I've tried in a while. 10/10 Armani you did good on this one.

I love this one, the strawberry is more realistic then i would have guessed before smelling it. Once it dries down it’s a very tasty lactonic powder scent. The musk makes it a little bit of a make-uppy powder, like I would expect from a jasmine scent, voce viva intense for example. It projects very well, I would say the people around me could definitely smell me. The longevity is great as well, I sprayed it on at around 2pm and people could still smell it on me in the club. Overall very good, worth the price for sure. This is a way more interesting release than an intense version or an elixir.

This is REALLY nice. In my top 3 instantly - I think of all my perfumes it’s the most pretty and feminine. Perfect for day time or evening. I can’t imagine this being offensive to anyone. Quite like Burberry Her Elixir and cheaper too I think. Unlike others, I find this to have great longevity and it projects really well. It’s actually quite strong at first. I worry that they’ll discontinue this at some point seeing as it’s a flanker. Wish it was a perfume in its own right as it doesn’t bear much resemblance to the original. I like and own the original but much much prefer this.

Very good! It smells like sweet strawberry but not too much at first, but after few minutes the rose and citrus (which is mandarin but they didn't add on the listing notes) adds that greenish - natural scent mixed with the strawberry. Has that "Si armani" DNA that I love since I'm 15, it's so soft but I have to agree it doesn't last long and it's very faint. I just wish it was way more on the strawberry and less rose and mandarin, since they're quite overpowering for me after it fades... Still a super cute scent !

This perfume is so flipping good i can't even. I could have never guessed it had strawberry notes. I can pick up fruity and rosey notes. It gives south asian middle east vibes because of the rose. Rose water vibes. I love this perfume. Everytime i smell this perfume i close my eyes to really appreciate the smell. I don't have it yet, but i smell this at my workplace everytime. Lasts pretty fine, but it's so sad that it's pricey. Love it.

I blind bought this based on the notes alone, even though I am not familiar with the Sí line. And let me tell you, it was a wonderfully pleasant surprise! It's so well blended, sweet yet airy, an absolute delight. I have barely worn anything else since the day I received it! And I have collected much more than a few compliments. Such a perfect choice for spring. And a much appreciated addition to those strawberry lovers like myself~ 🍓💚

The strawberry police here is hilarious. “Not a true 100% freshly squeezed strawberry!!” 🫠 LOOOL. Armani is elegance. One thing they won’t try to do is to make a perfume that smells just like a fruit. Move elsewhere. The addition of strawberry here is to make it slightly fruity to balance musk. Musk is the protagonist here. Still holds the Passione DNA I can smell it in the dry down. This perfume is very seductive.

This is such an interesting yummy perfume. A nice balance of musk, strawberry and vanilla. It's not overpowering in the sense that one scent overlaps the other, but they all work to compliment one another and blend. It's such a yummy romantic scent for someone who wants to add a little musk but maintain the sweetness without either being overpowering.

I really love this scent but for me it’s not full bottle worthy. Amazing smell i really like it, I don’t really get the “strawberry milk” like everyone else. On my skin I pull clean soapy strawberry expensive shampoo. Unfortunately it lasts only like 3 hours... and projects for about 30 minutes then it becomes very intimate skin scent ❤️😔

This was super cozy for summer days. Such a happy scent. I know the notes aren't same at all but the DNA and the first 2 hours of this exactly smells like Selena Gomez perfume. It does not last very long but this is such a romantic scent. Super juicy, musky upbringing scent. I loved it!

To me this fragrance smells like red lollipops in the best way possible. I love the red glass bottle too. The scent is sweet without being sickly or cloying. It somehow feels fresh and modern and also very romantic. I would love to own a bottle of this.

Exactly what it claims to be; strawberry musk. Sweet, fruity, and lactonic. Becomes creamier as it settles. I love the original Si; this is its desserty younger sister.

This is FANTASTIC, its soft, lactonic almost edible dry down and it LASTS for me I smell it all day and the dry down is addictive. 100% recommend

I'll start off by saying that I've never really paid much attention to this collection. My sister has Si Passione, which seemed overly perfumey and strong to me. Today I also smelled Si EDP, which I surprisingly liked. The Intense version I was not a fan of. And then I smelled Passione Red Musk and I was like wow - this is good. Right off the bat, this smells like strawberry shampoo. There's not much else to it - it's strawberry overload. If you don't like strawberry, this scent isn't for you. I'm not a musk fan at all, but I think because the strawberry is so overpowering in this, I don't even notice it. It actually pairs very well with the strawberry. As this dries down, it's less strawberry shampoo and more strawberry milkshake, but a perfumey version - not a literal edible strawberry milkshake smell. And yes, this is similar to Burberry Her. Just less airy and ambroxan-heavy. It's more grounded and creamy, but definitely a similar scent. That is one thing I don't like about this... the bottle and the branding is so elegant, I wouldn't want people to think I'm wearing Burberry Her. Despite this being similar, I'm not a fan of Her because I feel it's too heavy and chemical-smelling, and it gives me nausea. Something about Passione Red Musk manages to smell similar, but without being as overbearing and sickening. Now I certainly wouldn't overspray this, not for nausea reasons, but because it's such a specific (unnatural) scent that i worry I'd get tired of it quickly. That's the only real issue I have. Nice scent, but I can see how it would be annoying after a while. So despite how much I enjoy it, I'm not sure I would actually purchase a bottle of this. I think if there was a version of this with some citrus and green notes mixed in to lighten it up and make it a bit fresher and easier to wear, I'd love it.

From the moment L'oreal bought Armani (and not only, see YSL, Lancome...) it feels like they repeat the same concept, just in different bottles. I could give so many examples, but no one is interested in them. My only big issue that I find disrespectful the fact that they release so many different flankers that they discontinue quite fast and the quality is 'meh'. I wasn't a big fan of Armani Si, I higly respected though, don't make me wrong, it's a statement but in the same category I adore (the discontinued of course) Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming. I lost the game after 3rd edition, I was very close to buy one flanker (Rose II I think it was, milky rosie pink juice) but this time, Si Passione Red Musk got me. Yes, it reminds me a lot the opening of the 'new' Burberry her intense (released in 2025) without being too familiar/synthetic/Mukhalat-ic but then it becomes a 'La nuit tresor', just less rich, where lychee was replaced by a milky/strawberry essence and the heaviness of patchouli/incense became white musk. Strangely it projects very well, it's not a wow, but I like it! It deserves some attention and testing during different temperatures/climates.

To start with. I got a sample of this. Sample didn't leak. I could smell the scent already from the vial. It reminded me directly of Burberry Her Intense (2024). Fast forward: this sample was sitting in a closet, nothing evaporated, yet, that whole closed smelled of this scent! Was divine. My closet was smelling like this for more than 2 months! Normally I hate all Si scents (although I haven't smelled the OG yet). The Si passiones I HATED (powder overload). But this, I really like this. because it was emitting it's scent from the vial I thought it would be overpowering, but it really isn't. To me, it's a more mature, balanced, more complex version of Burberry her Intense (2024). It's probably the only one of the Si's that smells like it's not for moms. Still I don't think I would run for a bottle, it isn't my scent. but I'm going to use it up. Also, although it says musk, I'm allergic to lots of musks, this one I don't really smell musk. So even if u hate all Si 's, definately give this one a go.

I finally got my hands on a bottle - unsure why this isn't out easily in the USA market yet, but I found one on Mercari. I like it enough - it's got a lot of sweet floral in the opening, then the musky, milky strawberry fades to a dry soft sweetness. I would say this is similar to Burberry Her Elixir...if they made a "soft" version of that, but it's still stronger and more sweet than regular "Her", so there's that. I prefer Her Elixir, and Her Intense for this scent profile, which I both own, so I feel once I am done with Si Red Musk, I wouldn't re purchase - but I do like it. I think it will be a compliment getter once I wear it to a party. But overall I'm glad to have gotten to sniff it, I just wish it had a little more..power. But hey - I will take it!

A perfectly nice strawberry cream scent but too boring. Much too linear for me. I like a perfume that develops, unfolds different layers & surprises me a lil. It’s nice but uninteresting. The strawberry isn’t artificial smelling, a bit shrill but rounded out with the milky & vanilla notes. I tried it in different settings & weather, longevity & sillage are pretty impressive. A lil too one-dimensional to hold my attention. Wish it had more to offer than what it does. I prefer the Red Maestro flanker in this Passione range. The others apart from Maestro and Eclat don’t really last on me. Fiori which isn’t in this range but still comparable, still remains a favourite. Red Musk is a cute, uplifting & basic scent. Perfectly nice, shame I got bored of it fast.

I have a sample of Si Passione RM and boy oh boy is it sweet. I can smell the strawberry and the musk along with other notes that I can't set apart. I have Guess SR and Rave Now. I can smell the similarities with both, especially the Guess perfume. A stronger, more potent and more refined version of GSR. Rave Now, which is a dupe or an inspiration of BH Elixir, is more gourmand and soft. SP Red Musk is more perfumey. Gorgeous and feminine scent, but too sweet and heavy for my liking. I can definitely see why people like it, though.

I got my hands on a sample of this one!!! I didn't look at the notes beforehand and I was afraid to try it because Si is not at all my taste! But it surprised me... It smells creamy fruity at the beginning and then sweet (not overly) vanilla to the end!!! The longevity is ok the projection kinda meh! Overall pleasant chic and sweet! Would i buy it? No! 😂 For that price not... But I'll give it a fair 8/10

about a year ago i left a bad review on this perfume...somehow it has exacted its karmic revenge on me today as i was fixing the atomiser and i sprayed myself straight in the eye with this fragrance. in all honesty it actually does get better with time and the artificialness goes away..if i ignore the burning sensation currently afflicting my sclera. 7/10

So lovely. Tested in the shops and I plan to go back until the workers think I’m weird. I definitely get more rose than strawberry but the sweetness is so inviting. The musk also makes it stand out from other strawberry scents as more mature. Definitely can’t afford a bottle but I really hope this stays around till Christmas so I can be gifted one!

It’s okay, nice fragrance for the day but nothing new or groundbreaking. Smells like strawberry milkshake with rose but for adults so it can pass for coffee, work etc. Soft, feminine and pleasant. In the drydown I smell some My Way DNA. If you want to be noticed it’s not perfume for you. Plus, longevity is 2-3h witch is poor for edp and price

I got gifted a 5ml bottle of this recently and I haven't properly made up my mind on this. First spray absolutely reeks of fruity cough syrup/artificial strawberry aroma and if I smell it too long it comes back. Drydown is nicer and sweet if you ignore the artificial undertones. Maybe its just my skin but I'm not quite sure I get the hype.

Surprisingly like this! The strawberry note is really pleasant and fresh, not overly synthetic or sweet thankfully. After that you get a beautiful creamy lactonic rose with vanilla. Funnily enough I don't find this to be very musky. It still smells like Si but takes it in a different direction.

It does smell milk and strawberris alright. The bottle in total red with a touch of gold is the prettiest in Sí Passione line in my opinion. It seems to last a while. I don't know if will be getting another bottle though as milky fragrances seem to have a limited use.

A candied strawberry fragrance (I don’t get much of the milk note). To me this is a less screechy version of Burberry Her. I much prefer this but that is because I like softer scents and I struggle with the Baccarat Rouge/Cloud/Burberry Her type of DNA.

Trawberry milk with a very pretty rose. Usually i find trawberry scents very synthetical but not this one. I like it a lot, its so feminine and soft and comforting. Very diffrent grom classic Si passione which is great because i hate it.

This is delicious on the opening but quickly fades to a blurry musky rosy not-muchness that isn't especially nice. The fruity note is exactly like Miutine and that lasts, so why can't this. Somewhat lame effort on the part of Armani.

On initial first spray it come across powerful and fruity with a hint of the musk however the dry down takes out alot of the the initial notes leaving it a kind of spicy fizzy smell close to skin. Id rate it a 5/10

The drydown has me hooked. Though, this is definitely for winter.

Musky - strawberry milk Interesting, strong undertone

Tested blind from a sample with no knowledge of the notes. Having just read them now I wouldn't have guessed this was a predominantly strawberry fragrance. I certainly don't find it to be like Fame in Love or Miu Miu Miutine , mentioned in the Reminds Me Of section as they both have a distinct strawberry note. To me this seemed more like a concoction of red fruits, blackcurrants, quite syrupy and Ribena-like which quickly morphs into something like a well proven, berry-studded bun before it goes in the oven or one of those Summer Puddings with all of the berries soaked into white bread. Ends up a bit shampooey or like some sort of hair product, like a shine spray or something. That probably doesn't sound great but I quite like it in the opening stage. Not overly rosy, definitely more fruit heavy. I wouldn't purchase a FB but its pleasant and the more it dries down the more the rose and milk make an appearance, a bit like the dry down of Noble Blush but with a good dose of redcurrants on top which is a combo I'm not too sure about.

I'm so disappointed in this perfume because I loved the smell from the first time I sprayed it. But the sillage and longevity is so weak, especially for the price point. And I am saying this as a person who doesn't like it when the whole room smells like her, so I am not looking for a perfume with an extremely strong sillage. But this became a skin scent really fast. After 2-3 hours I could barely smell it on myself. This wouldn't be a huge problem since I could wear it to the office, but it doesn't last long on me either. After 6+ hours some of my other perfumes still smell intense, but this is barely there. Aside from that I still really like how this perfume smells. It dries down to a powdery, musky, rich and feminine scent which doesn't feel dated. It's not overly sweet either. I just need to find something similar with better longevity.

It would’ve been perfect WITHOUT the ROSE! I HATE rose in perfumes where it’s prominent, it’s very rare I like a rose perfume. The review I’ve seen said she doesn’t smell any rose in it, which is FALSE! It smells like they’ve taken rose water from my middle eastern house & made a perfume out of it. 😭 I blind bought it at a hefty price online & I absolutely hate that & regret it so much. I don’t know what to do with it! I should’ve trusted my instincts that said smell it first, it’s often correct. But u didn’t expect the rose to be this prominent!😭 Where is the strawberry & musk? Nowhere to be found!

When the clerk handed me the tester she said "it smells like litchi", and I thought so too. It's only now that I find out its Strawberry, lol. I don't find this fragrance impactful enough, though it does have mass appeal. And I can see the resemblance to Her Burberry, but between the 2 Her is way better and has a stronger presence(in terms of both composition and sillage). I do like the rose-milk dry down though. Maybe if they had amplified those notes, it would have made a greater impact overall.
