Giorgio Blue

Forget Cool Water, Light Blue, and Aqua di Gio. Though I love them too, this is the one to wear for warmer weather. Absolutely stunning summer scent that has something the others lack - fantastic silage and longevity. A few spritzes lasts all day on me and is a nice icy fresh floral. Best yet, it's 1/3rd the price of the others. I'm not a fan of the original Giorgio, though I like Red, but this one I absolutely adore. Refreshing citrus, beautiful florals, lovely woody notes, and a little oakmoss to ground the scent. It has it all, and all perfectly done. Such a wonderful scent. This is the one that will be spending the winter in Florida with me this year. A great choice for daywear. Just perfect! Edit - I have the one in the new packaging. Don't know if they changed the formula or not but what I have I think is fantastic. I love spraying it and a few hours later spraying it again just to get the beautiful opening hit. I don't really need to do that since it lasts and last on me, but I love the opening so much on this one. I Love This!

If you were to ask me (although you aren't) what my perfect summer EDT would be, I'd straight up declare Giorgio Beverly Hills Blue. The delightful blast of melon, tuberose and aquatic water lily is so endearing and fresh. Tuberose, hyacinth, and jasmine follow closely, but the tuberose is a tad stronger. And how oakmoss is embraced by white musk in the drydown is just... delighful! I don't know how driftwood smells like so I couldn't identify it. This lasts really long. I could smell it still on my clothing the next day, on skin it performs quite well for an EDT. Projects within the first hour- 90 mins. I love the atomiser. Better value for money when compared to Davidoff's Cool Water. If there was an eau fraiche, I'd bathe myself in it after a cool shower on a swelteringly hot day. Without a shadow of doubt, I will most definitely repurchase it next summer.

I had seen reviews online that people thought this was a close smell to Oceanus by The Body Shop from ages ago and Oceanus does happen to be in my top five so when I saw all the things online the last few weeks I decided I would go for it, and thankfully my online site I purchased from had the 90ml size for $16.99 Canadian. Just got it today and OMG love at first sniff hahaha! It’s beautiful, it is a bit like Oceanus and I am totally okay that it’s not a total dupe because this has things Oceanus doesn’t and vice versa. It’s aquatic-love. It’s fresh-love! It is just absolutely everything I was looking for at just the right time! So excited for summer with this gem!!

I absolutely love this fragrance. It's all my favorites rolled into one. Fresh,sweet, white floral, watery, clean.. just so good. It's a sparkly feminine scent that smells like good summer times. And it's cheap as chips to boot! I find the performance better than expected, it does turn into a skin scent very quickly but it's lasts a full work day and I can still smell it on me and my clothes at the end of the day. i did get a compliment when wearing it so maybe it has better projection than I think it does.

I purchased a 30ml bottle as its a perfect size for traveling. This is a lovely fragrance, very underrated in my opinion. Smells very similar to Acqua Di Gio, gorgeous fresh floral with aquatic undertones. Stays on the skin for ages. Definitely repurchasing this one for sure!

I love this perfume❤️ It smells nothing like Davidoff Cool WATER. This does not have the sharp first spray like Cool Water. To me this is a 10 in my collection of many perfumes💎💕❤️🔥 it reminds me of Love’s Rain Scent. A beautiful feminine fragrance.🦋

Pretty and juicy! I needed such a feminine aquatic in my wardrobe. On me water lily and guava are the most prominent notes. Silage is moderate and longevity on my skin is aboutthe four hours. I love the color of the bottle and the shape is cute too.

Waterlily, citrus, jasmine and musk is what I get, and a really slight fruit impression which is probably guava. No hyacinth on my skin though, not even remotely! I defo would notice hyacinth. To me it's slighty reminiscent of some of the EA Green Tea flankers, although I couldn't say I find a tea note here. It doesn't last as long as the other Giorgios on me, but I think this is the most summery of all of them so hence the difference. It's pleasantly light and fresh, doesn't remind me if Davidoff Cool Water Woman at all - that fragrance has a note that makes me retch..- but it is probably a similar type of scent on the whole..There is a slight synthetic feel to it in the beginning that disappears almost completely after 10 minutes or so and then it's enjoyable. Anyone who likes fresh aquatic scents won't say no to this one. If you find it a good price grab it, it'll be handy on hot summer days!

This is a nice, fresh floral. A blind buy--solely based on the beautiful blue color of the juice and the love for Giorgio Beverly Hills. This flanker has remnants of DNA from the original Giorgio Beverly Hills. It is effervescent, slightly fruity, and clean. The House of Giorgio has many quality fragrances to choose from, and Giorgio Blue is no exception! Blue is beautifully blended--with the guava, jasmine, and tuberose notes being the front runners--to my nose. It is appropriate for most daytime activities, and signature scent worthy due to its complexity. Perfect for both casual and upscale encounters--this is a safe blind buy for women who like clean, white florals. Also, it can be worn at all times of year, especially in the spring.

Giorgio Blue is like the original Giorgio water down with a dash of Violet Eyes by Elizabeth Taylor also now sold through Elizabeth Arden. It's very very light and a skin scent does not radiate at all and minimal projection more like a body spray. Very aquatic and luminous. I do prefer the Original Giorgio over this so I will regift the Blue. If you like Davidoff Cool water, Elizabeth Arden Violet Eyes, Aqua di Gio, you will like this fragrance. It's similar but not the same by any means. Can be purchased for a few quid on Groupon in the UK large bottle £18 quid so doesn't break the bank. Daytime, office friendly, unisex, spring/summer. Nothing groundbreaking here. It's a like not a love from me.

Winter test, skin Wow how nice is this. I'm checking out yesteryear type scents. Opens and feels nice, bright, not as freshie as you get nowadays, it feels:fresh, rubbery the smell of rubberband-very subtle though, and citrus pith. That lends a fuzzy feel to it. I'vesmelt this before but cantnplave it. After about 20 mins it gets blue and icey watery like the air after the rain. It has a touch of similarity to cool Water by davidoff, CW is more oceanic fresh cologne nice, G blue is more icey fuzz fresh. Very nice. Again not 'the same as today's sweet freshies. Super refreshing though, and decent. Dont write off the brand because your mum wore it. Enjoy

I'm not a huge fan of aquatics, but I'm finding that I'm liking this one very much this summer. The first 15 minutes or so are a bit discordant to me -- dry tuberose (not bubble-gummy) mixed with aquatics -- and I have to remind myself that this phase passes quickly. After that it dries down to a clean, fresh aquatic that's been refreshing on hot summer days. It reminds me of several "blue" or "water" shower gels in the past, which isn't a bad thing. Sillage is average and longevity is good considering the incredibly cheap price. Highly recommend if you're looking for an inexpensive shower gel aquatic perfume.

This was a blind buy win for me. Classic, feminine leaning unisex fragrance.... Floral, aquatic, clean, lightly fruity, and fresh, but fresh but without any citrus. I get light white florals, honeysuckle (or maybe a similar yellow floral), watery notes, and barely there musk. I don’t notice any tuberose, and the Jasmine is blended so it’s not obvious that I’m smelling Jasmine. Great to freshen up with just 2 sprays (any more is screechy), and re-apply later as needed.

@gazelle and anitaoolong: This is a re-launch of the 2011 fragrance, but it has the same notes. Maybe as a part of the handover to EA? Lovely fresh fragrance that should def be tested by Acqua di Gio lovers and these type of fragrances. The water lily adds an aquatic touch while the musk, oak moss and wood keep it from becoming to "airy". This house really deserves more credit.

Smells like something from the late 90s. Aquatic, citrus and flowery fresh without being too bitter or sharp. If you like Tommy Girl this will be a hit, they are similar and this could easily be a flanker. Also reminds me a little of Cool Water by Davidoff.

This is a fresh, aquatic. I would not say it is very original, but a great splash on for work shopping or any casual wear. Though I do like, it, I will probably not repurchase simply because it is not interesting enough, even at a low price.

I didn't quite know what to think of this until the dry down. It was then that the flowers came through. Rich beautiful florals. This is a really nice take on aquatic. Perfect for warm days; it lasts for ages.

This is such a nice scent! Floral, well balanced, a bit of warmth. Something in it reminds me of 5th avenue. Clearly for spring and summer, not sure though about hot days. I'll have to try it then.

Yesterday all day I was trying to figure out what fragrance Twilly by Hermes reminds me of. And today it striked me: Giorgio Blue by Giorgio Beverly Hills. Fresh Tuberose. Very similar fragrances.

I'm very disappointed with this one. Sniff from the bottle and you get acetone. After that on skin, just a cheap mish mash of a floral-like smell and then a musky dry down (the best part). If you're looking for complexity, depth or excitement, this is not the perfume you are looking for. It makes me sad that this is on the market as a come back kid....let it die already.....

I bought this on the strength of reviews saying it smells like Acqua di Gio (which I love). Unfortunately to me it smells absolutely nothing like it, just a vaguely fruity/floral mishmash with a cheap feel, quite chemically and not very nice. So I'm giving it away on Olio. I bought another bottle of Acqua di Gio instead.

To me this is identical to Davidoff Cool Water. So unfortunately nothing special since I'm done with Davidoff. I get no flowers, nothing but D. Cool Water. Zero points for originality

I found it on huge discount at Marshalls and I think I paid 9.99 for it. I couldn't stand original Georgio but this one is NOTHING like OG. You have to like tuberose/white florals and watery florals. This reminded me of now discountinued Marc Jacobs original scent which was watery gardenia. Gardenia and tuberose smell very similar, except tuberose is sweeter. This one is watery tuberose with hints of other florals and sort of beachy summery feel. When you smell it you are indeed feeling like you are in the garden somewhere tropical near a beach. Its really good summery scent and its very underated.

Absolutely gorgeous, inexpensive scent. I love floral aquatics for everyday wear, and this hits the nail on the head in my opinion. Having used both Cool Water and Acqua Di Gioia, I can smell similarities, but this fragrance stands on its own, it could be a love child between the two or a distant cousin. It gives me the liveliness of aquatic scents, yet the tropical floral fruitiness that gives it a feminine touch. I can’t wait to get full use out of this fragrance during the Spring and Summer days.

I picked this up at Burlington for $10, so I wasn’t expecting much. Boy, was I surprised with a really beautiful floral aquatic scent that is pretty long lasting. At first I thought this was an old school fragrance, so I was surprised to see it came out in 2016. It will be an easy reach in the spring & summer when I am just hanging out. Glad I went for the blind buy. If you see it at a bargain price, I wouldn’t hesitate to pick it up.

Can't believe it was launched in 2016. I own a bottle at least four years old. It is a very light fragrance but I love the aquatic accord. I'd like to know what driftwood smells like. Have picked up safe looking pieces on beach but never identified a scent, except maybe dried salt.

Breaking out my old faithful spring sun and denim spritzer. Delightfully light, bright, aquatic, melon, gentle white floral. Not at all heavy, need to reapply every few hours but at the bargain cost it doesn't matter. I get a lot of compliments wearing this, bright n breezy.

This is one of my favourites when it is really hot outside. It is so refreshing, aquatic... however with the beautiful water lilly makes me feel wonderful. My summer go to perfume when the heat is suffocating.

Love it. It bears a strong resemblance to a cosmetic shop and yes I love it. It makes me feel I own a cosmetic shop and I carry out with me at all times.

Fresh , sweet , green , floral , very aquatic ..musky , tiny bit soapy , Settles very nice , a very pleasing buy . I reccomend this 9/10

Is this really a new fragrance? It seems to have the same notes as the original Giorgio Blue.
