A fantastic fresh fragrance that can be worn year-round and suits virtually any occasion. It's clean, versatile, and non-offensive, making it an easy reach for both casual and formal settings. What truly stands out is its exceptional performance. For a fresh fragrance, the longevity, projection, and sillage are outstanding. The newer batches also come with an upgraded bottle design featuring a magnetic cap and an improved atomizer, which adds to the overall experience. In terms of scent profile, it's not a 100% clone of ADG Profumo. While it shares some similarities, it introduces a fresher ginger note along with a subtle Middle Eastern touch that gives it its own unique character. Considering the quality, performance, and presentation, it's excellent value for money. For me, it's a 10/10 fragrance in every aspect.

This is my go to everyday and is a compliment magnet! I hear a lot of people say it smells like like an Aqua di Gio on Roids or a strong ginger fragrance but I disagree. To me it smells like an aquatic woody fresh fragrance suited for everyday wear but mostly for work and gym. The slight smoky undertone compliments it so well. By far the most redeeming quality of it though is its insane performance. It projects so loud I sprayed it in my room and my family could smell it from upstairs! Lasts all day for me as well is say about 10+ hours. Only thing I’d say that could be undermining would be that the fragrance is pretty linear. What you spray is what you get for all 10 hours, a woody fresh aquatic scent with a slightly smoky base. 10/10 Everday is my books and does exactly what it’s meant to do for me.

I can see why influencers like Aromatix call this Acqua di Gio Profumo on steroids because it does have a lot of similarities however I would say it does have a bit more uniqueness to it though. It's got like a hint of incense but definitely not as noticeable comparedd to Acqua di Gio Profumo, Capri kinda has more of a fresh citrusy smell whereas Profumo has more of a marine smell to it. Whilst the spray is very cool and satisfying i feel like its using up a lottt of juice cuz i sprayed it about 5/6 times and i can already see the juice level lowering. All in all i think it's a great fragrance, it does have insane longevity especially for a fresh fragrance which isn't a common thing these days. Can't lie its a solid 9/10 for me.

Now Capri is a strange one! I feel like the opening of the incense note uplifts the fragrance and makes it stand out. The dry down then becomes an ordinary freshie scent. What I really appreciate about it is the longevity for a summer scent, like wow! Which is why I’m rating it so highly and probably out performs any other freshie scent I’ve tried before. If you’re looking for that wow factor in this then don’t be surprised if you don’t find it. But stays at the top as a freshie king for longevity

Absolutely Love this one, perfomance for a freshie is unreal, smells sophsticated, even if the scent profile is linear, what you spray is what you get. 10/10

It needs to macerate a bit for it to really get that nice smell

I’ve been trying a few fragrances from this house and own several of the feminine leaning one. I got a decant of this to try as I wasn’t sure it was on the more masculine side. This is unisex for me and the performance is unbelievable especially for what is class as a summer freshie. This leaves a scent trail through the entire house and it even drew a compliment for smelling nice. I’m not sure if this is perhaps too best mode for me? I think I’d struggle to get through a full bottle of this but if you are looking for a summer freshie for a great price this could be the scent for you

Very ginger forward, kind of like those cheaper imagination alternatives. I also thought I could smell tea, but it is not listed as a note on fragrantica. I also think the insense and vetiver accord is more prominent than this database suggests. To me, a middle-eastern take on a citrus forward/blue men's fragrance. Somewhere between Aqua di gio (minus the arine quality) and like a terre d'hermes to me.

Got a 10ml decant of this and have worn it a couple times, to me this fragrance is okay. Easy to wear slightly spiced marine fragrance which to me is perfectly unisex. It’s similar to and outdone by Kenzo homme EDT intense. Kenzo homme is also a spicy marine fragrance but adds nice fruity nuances due to the fig and more depth with the akigalawood, which is deeply woody and spicy. In my opinion get kenzo homme EDT intense, does everything better and then some. Thank me later. Peace ✌🏼 To add: Personally speaking, performance on this fragrance is nothing to write home about either, 3hrs longevity projecting for an hour or so.

I'm not sure about this one... It's not really very citrus... and does not smell like Acqua Di Gio Profumo! It's more, slightly minty, driftwood mineral/metallic, with something funky in the drydown. Performance is okay, but nothing spectacular. My wife likes it a lot. But when my adult daughter visited she said... "It smells like you farted, and then sprayed cologne in the air to cover it up."

I am not sure if the positive comments are from bots or something, but I do not get almost any longevity or sillage on this one. The smell is quite nice, but after an hour or two I can hardly detect anything on my skin even up close and the sillage was probably there for 20-30 minutes.

I did not really care for this one, and had gotten this around the time that I had also bought Marvo. If you think you like the scent, you need to remember that it is very strong and very projecting. It gave me a very “ lemony driftwood on the beach” vibe. Two sprays lasted forever on me, and it could be smelled on clothing the next day. It’s not quite kerosene followed level, but it definitely was overpowering a few times. I wore it before selling it. I’d recommend a sample first.

Quite possibly....the worst thing I've ever smelt in my life. Oh my god. This was a scrubber. I just could NOT have this on my body anymore. It's an absolutely egregious smell. The cheek of them to name it something vibrant, bright, put it in a bottle that's vibrant, bright...and it smells like actual SHIT? I can't even begin to describe this properly. Words fail me. It's atrocious. I couldn't wait to sell it, my god. 😫🤮🤢 0/10 K Bye.

Capri would be my first experience with the house of Gissah. Moving forward, I will not be exploring anything further from Gissah. I received a bottle of this as a thank you gift from a large purchase. Now I understand why it was free. Rest assured that that big bottle of Capri went directly into the bin where it belonged from the get go, and I couldn’t care less nor have I looked back. Also the packaging and bottle were really tacky with a strange cheap molded cardboard insert that held the bottle coupled with a weird magnetic snap. I don’t know what the potently putrid chord is in this that’s prevalent, but there’s a strong undercurrent of juicy protein farts for the entire duration that sticks out like a sore thumb and almost dominates the entire scent pyramid. It’s certainly not oud although Parfoom.com lists Indian oud in the heart notes so that could be the culprit. Frankly I don’t know what it is but it’s a real nose rocket. It legit smells like hot silent but deadly farts grafted over a run-of-the-mill designer cologne, it is horrendous. And this stuff is just way, way too strong. The whole thing is scratchy, screechy, discordant, synthetic to the bone, nuclear strong and just far too loud. Very out of balance. A bizarre, offensive odor would be the correct wording. Oh this is so awful. There is nothing redeeming whatsoever about Capri. Seriously, one of the worst fragrances that I’ve ever come across. It was my pleasure to toss this lab grown chemical soup. I even did my research by looking up all of the listed aromatics in the miles long ingredient list. There are 44 aromatic compounds in Capri that somehow equates to the stench of literal dog shit.

Finally got to dive into the Gissah line and the first one up is Capri named after the island in Italy honestly that first initial spray you will get lemon, ginger and a very strong incense incredibly refreshing and definitely a summer banger it has strong projection with very good longevity highly recommend it for those extremely hot days

This is a sleeper from Gissah..one of the best ginger freshies! The blue ginger just hits different!
