Liquid Gold

This is a LOVE for me. I blind bought this and was afraid that iptye Oud would stink but not at all. This perfume has the saffron, Rose and the spices but the Cashmere note makes this fragrance feel cozy like a Cashmere sweater in the fall and winter. Im not a rose lover but the rose here is subtle.

I wouldn't say its a br540 dupe, just a decent soft rose oud combo, it's mainly a soft sweet feminine leaning rose cashmere combination with a slight oudy undertone, longevity is good projection is moderate to my nose at least. I liked it, but not enough to buy it

Definitely more feminine, after watching TikTok reviews a lot of influencers got this one all wrong. Ended up giving it to my partner.

I've encountered this brand a few years before, Liquid Gold is their standard rose/saffron/oud combo. Nothing truly stand out but their bottles are big (this design comes in 200ml). Longevity and sillage on strong side. A safe starter rose oud in my opinion

I'm really curious to know what this one smells like!!!??? Does anyone own this? It hasn't been reviewed by anyone on YT yet and it's not well known like the famous trio Imperial Valley, Hudson Valley and La Luna. The notes for this this make me wonder if it'll be another remix/take on Baccarat Rouge 540? I really hope NOT! Cannot take another BR540 dupe/clone/inspiration, kindda very very sick of it. So I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a shot at this and say what this one is close to? They no longer have these in their kiosks, the sales representatives say it's discontinued. Only available online. And I definitely don't wanna blind buy anymore fragrances. After quite a few misses, I've learned my lesson. To me their best one is definitely La Luna. It's like a sweeter, more feminine Imperial Valley, in my opinion.

A must try for those who want to move on from the safe western style oud and enter the realm of Middle Eastern oud saffron rose animality. Beautiful blend after 5-10mins when the animalic notes fade off. Smells dense and I understand the name liquid gold, not only is it referring to how expensive oud oil can be but the see through gold glass bottle just adds to the luxurious feel of this scent. Signature/special occasions only. A statement piece. One of the best oud sprays I’ve smelled that strikes the balance if you can disregard those first 5-10mins. For the price in the Middle East £55 approx, good luck finding anything close out there let alone 200ml!
