Cuir Blanc

It is the true definition of an exclusive unisex fragrance. Personally, I do not even like leather based fragrances but this one I enjoy it alot. It is more like woody spicy soft white suede leather. The smell reminds me of a spa floor of an exclusive hotel. It is kind of green, woody, fresh, and clean feeling. It is like an anti-stress relaxing massage oil. It is very relaxing, soft, gentle fragrance that is kind of addictive actually. Very easy to use, casual formal whatever the situation is. You feel like the projection and longetivy is moderate but even if you don’t smell it yourself, people around you do smell it for hours. I have only few fragrances that does that and this one is one of them. I get 8-10 hours easy every time i use it even in winter. You can use this in all seasons and it could have been a perfect signature scent but they sadly discontinued it. I usually do not reccommend blind buying a fragrance but this one I’d say it is a safe blind buy worthy and it pulls lots of compliments from both genders. It is perfectly blended and balanced in every way. This is really under the radar and i like that about it because nobody has it, most people do not even know about it. I get asked all the time what I have on every time I use it.

This is So darnnn good. Every time I wore it it got compliments and is so Unisex. Starts of with some musky Violet and then turns into this gorgeous White leather gloves with velvet on the inside. Anyone expecting a facile barnyard leather with lots of dark spices should not be looking here. Its not for those days. Its a very fine luxurious Leather, Clean, Inviting and beautiful. Surprisingly all season wearable. Reminds me of a more rounded unisex version of Ganymede & CH Prive but more potent and higher quality. Wear this with a white dress up and you are garnering some attention for sure. Projects well and lasts about 6 hours on my skin which is not too bad. Only down side is its hard to find nowadays!

This starts with a whiff of fresh and masculine pepper. For a few minutes it has brought me back to the nineties and Versus by Versace ... Strange because with this only has in common the note of musk! ...! After about 5 minutes peeps the note of belly skin.This is light, smooth, not white but....transparent! This scent remains comfortable, calm, disengaged perceptibly at times and vaguely for the wearer but present and intricate for those around you. A good smell that spreads well on but not very addictive by the wearer. Not bad because the smell of leather here is good, unusual and wearable even during the hot seasons and hot weather but I find it more suitable as a leather base on which to experiment. Expensive experiments... Alone Cuir Blanc is like driving a Porsche with the brake hand-pulled ... More masculine than feminine. Daytime,good for the office.

The brand descibes this as a neo leathery fragrance with avant garde allure. It is pretty strange. It starts kind of skanky and animalic with the dichotomy of a clean musk. There's a note of something that sort of reminds me of jasmine in here. I don't get much smokey qualities, or much leather in a traditional sense. I guess this is that neo thing. It any case, pleasant, clean, and different from anything else I've tried, and I like that. However, there's a sweetness that is hard to place that bothers me a bit. You have to smell this yourself because I don't have the adjectives to succinctly describe it. A like, but not a love. It's strange scent that's hard to pin down. -----‐---------------------------‐------------ Conclusion: a white mass that's mostly made out of musk with a weird and slightly animalic leather. Very unique. Scent 70/100

This is a masculine smelling perfume (and sadly it could be accused of being rather generic - as seemingly there are a lot of perfume producers jumping on the rose/oud bandwagon), it reminds me of a less impressive but still rather good interpretation of By Killian’s Musk Oud. The incense notes do not share the same oomph as BKMO but it is pleasant all the same and it does possess a lovely bitter burnt sugar note that is rather lovely and I admit it is a lot less rosy that BKMO but there are striking similarities. I much prefer this offering to the Chypre Caresse by Givenchy as I do like masculine fragrances. I rather think this will be something that grows on me, it has potential and it is rather sexy.

Sophisticated leather fragrance, sexy and ladylike at the same time. This scent really makes a statement. If you like bold perfume, try it! I'd put it on my want list if its base notes didn't turn sour on my skin. Leather rarely agrees with my chemistry, I am afraid.

The leather in this is more a white suede on me and disintegrates after a few minutes on my skin. I am left with a nose tickling white pepper and even that disappears quickly until I am left with nothing in under 20 minutes. It's entirely possible that I am anosmic to several notes in this fragrance as I am hyper-sensisitive to the musk in Ambre Tigré.

Musk and pepper.... Kind of too much pepper to musk and i can't get any leather!
