Dahlia Divin Le Nectar Collector Edition

I had never heard of this fragrance before so I took some time to research before blind buying as I was unable to test it. Saw it at a bargain and bought it. I have absolutely no regrets! It actually feels great to discover something lovely on my own by checking the notes and watching reviews of the other flankers as there are no video reviews available for this one. This is feminine, elegant and sophisticated. Yesterday, I sprayed it on and 2 hours later, my husband got home, he was downstairs, I was upstairs and he asked if I was going out. I asked why and he said I smelt really good as if I am going out to a special occasion. I think that sums up the type of fragrance this is. I was shocked though because although I could smell the gorgeous scent of jasmine, rose, vanilla, tonka and mimosa (I can only guess as never smelt that note before), I didn't realise that the sillage was so good. It feels classy and it does not feel loud. It also performs really well, I get over 6 hours. I don't think this would be suitable for young girls. I think you need to have some level of experience to wear this but it's not vintage either. I've worn it consistently for 2 days and really enjoy it. I do not have any other Givenchy fragrances so unable to compare it. I do note though that the listed notes for this is the same as the Dahlia Divin Le Nectar de Parfume. This may be as the name suggests be the intense version. I am very happy to have have this in my collection. Just to add that the perfumer is also the in house perfumer of Dior. Get the picture? Classy....
