Live Irrésistible Eau de Toilette

It's the first time I'm trying it and it's not a carefully done observation.I love live irresistible edp and I like edt one a lot too When I first sprayed it I could smell lots of strawberry blended with a cheerful fruityfloral and something very sweet.there's no strawberry here so it must be raspberry.I couldn't pickup other notes separately but I could get a musky,powdery rose somewhere in the background.combination of Musky rose and raspberry reminded me miss dior absolutely blooming.I felt it's a love child of live irresistible edp and miss dior absolutely blooming so no wonder I love it Longevity seems to be very good I sprayed a single spray 8 hours ago and it's still pretty strong and most perfumes don't stay on my skin more than 4-5 hours.sillage is good too.all in all I find it a mood lifter.youthful,delightful,delicious,superfeminine.gentle and potent at the same time if it makes sense It's among my top wantlist Edit: Tried it again.now I'm sure that I like it very much but there are other perfumes in my wishlist before this one.so I don't think I will buy it any time soon.maybe after going through my bottle of Live Irresistible EDP This one and EDP have a lot in common.the same sharp sparkly,tangy fruity notes,the same spicy,syrupy intense sweetness.the only difference I can see is the dominant raspberry here.this one is more berryish while edp is more about pineapple Longevity is truely impressive on my skin.sillage is good too.I have a friend whose winter signature is Lancome Tresor la nuit and this one is her spring signature.I don't find the similar but she firmly believes these two have a similar red fruit,syrupy sweetness so give it a try if you love Tresor La Nuit

I quite enjoyed this, as I do with most of Ropion's creations. It is light, sweet and fruity but thankfully not cloying. I love that it is fruity without loosing the characteristics of a fragrance which, I fell happens often with overly sweet fragrances as they tend to remind me more of food or beverages. I think it is due to the well executed flowers, it specially the rose, from the note votes I was not expecting to distinguish it but is quite noticeable in the beginning. With time the fragrance becomes more sweet and subtle and lasts about 2-3h before turning into a skin-scent. Quite lovely and could be worn thought spring till late fall. Honestly I was planning to buy the EDP and was surprised when it smelled nothing like the notes just to realize I had bought the EDT but the EDT has different notes and I would say this was a fortunate mistake.

I can’t believe so few people own this fragrance! It’s so wonderful! It is a very refreshing scent. I get raspberry, a citrusy tang from the lemon and grapefruit plus the pineapple is very noticeable. It is sweet but not cloying at all. When it drys down the praline melds with the fruit making it a bit warm. I sense the pepper which doesn’t overpower anything but adds a little kick to the overall scent. The lasting power is great for an edt. The bottle is adorable and matches the liquid it holds perfectly. If you are into refreshing fruity fun scents I would recommend giving this a try, it’s a love for me!!

This is such a fun, sweet and lovely perfume. I remember that I loved it right away when I first tried it. It was at the beginning at my fragrance journey. I tested it at the same evening with a Hanae Mori perfume and immediately loved both as they are so delicious. By then I just discovered the world of gourmand perfumes. I felt so happy, only wished I knew about their existance earlier :). Now I still love it and find that it has a great uplifting and happy quality to it. It also has good performance. It's fruity, but sticks on your skin for quite some time.

In my never ending quest to find my beloved Escada Tropical Punch, I tested this at ULTA, today. I'm happy to say I have found a close replacement. This is a melange of fruit with Pineapple and Raspberries, at the forefront, with a twist of gourmand notes in the middle and dry down. I also get the Dahlia Divin Le Nectar DNA in there, too, with the Peach and Patchouli. I hope to use up my 1.3 oz bottle before Summer ends.

This perfume smells very yummy; it reminds me of sweet fruity lollipops. In the opening, I can strongly detect the pear and lemon; however, they're still soft and not too sharp or overpowering. I can also smell some other fruity notes as well. Smells fresh, sweet and summery. It opens up being a cool and fresh fruity fragrance, yet in the dry down it smells warm and sweeter, like lollies.

Girls, don ́t buy the EDP , buy THIS! This is MUCH better. This is fruity, (contains a lot of raspberries+red fruits) balsamic, a little bit spicy, playfully sweet and lasts very very INCREDIBLY long! The EDP is just harsh pineapple and goes in 2-3 hours away. I don ́t like it. But THIS is my new love <3 If you didn ́t like the EDP, give it a try!

This one surprisingly lasts very well on skin! All day for me I was shocked to be honest haha! Very fruity, love it!

This was intense like bordering on love at first spray and I am shooketh, LOL! Tried the original (EDP?) Live Irresistible a few months ago and hated it--it turned into a pineapple/pepper mess to my nose and so I've been ignoring the whole Givenchy Live Irresistible line ever since. I saw this bottle at Ulta and after realizing it was different, took a chance on smelling it. I was pleasantly surprised by the sweet vibe coming from the paper blotter I sprayed it on and actually sprayed it on me, which is something I rarely do since most perfumes don't move me to do so. It smelled even sweeter on skin, but I liked the sweetness so much I almost bought it on the spot. I decided to let it settle on me, though, since scents have a tendency to 'turn' on me after some time and when I got in the car where my mom was waiting for me, she said I smelled like candy. :) A couple of hours later, she caught a whiff of it and said, "Wow, that smells good," and I had to concur with her. This really developed nicely on me turning into a warm, fruity/candy sweet 'pink' scent that doesn't smell juvenile. In many ways, it reminds me of Jimmy Choo L'eau, but with more 'body' and obvious sweetness to it. With two good sprays on my wrists it radiated nicely around me for about three full hours and now, 8 hours later, it is a delicious cotton candy toned skin scent. I think this is going to be a full bottle buy for me, but I've ordered a 3ml sample to give it more of a trial run as the weather warms up. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll continue to have success with this scent! EDIT: bought an adorable splash on mini of this and I'm still strongly liking this scent. There is a slight pencil shavings vibe to it (the white woods note I'm assuming), but it's nothing off-putting. Still smells fresh, pink and quite office-appropriate as it is light, but noticeable. If I sniff directly on my wrists where I dabbed, I get the lemon and LOTV, notes that I typically strongly dislike, but here it's not too bad. I suspect that as this dries down, the lemon/LOTV will dissipate even more and the spray seemingly doesn't feature the lemon/LOTV notes as strongly as the dab-on. Will likely get a full bottle soon...

Review is for my own reference- When I think EDT vs. EDP I think of them being the same scent, but the EDT is basically just a watered-down version of the EDT. I've recently learned that nowadays perfume EDT and EDP can be completely different. With this scent, I think it smells like a less strong version of the EDT. Not sure which one I like better yet. The EDP is very strong and this one is much lighter. Fresh, sweet, spicy. Seems like the longevity might not be good. silage is close to the skin. I'd probably buy the EDP if I were to purchase this perfume, bc it would be better value as it would have better longevity and silage. However, this has a more sweeter, less woody drydown. Changing the rating to like. Edit: a few hours later and it smells like a really yummy sweet tropical cream. This one might actually be nicer than the EDP? they're different as they dry down over the hours. the EDP is much more woodier and this one stays fresh and sweet.

I'm not much for fruity scents, but this one kind of took me by surprise. I tried a sample and was basking in pleasant notes of pear, pineapple and sweet raspberry for the next couple hours. I get a hint of floral, but I don't detect much rose or woody/musky notes coming from this fragrance, which is a shame considering how sweet it is. I like sweet fragrances but I'd prefer a little more balance here. That said, it's still a pleasant fragrance, and not cloying if sprayed conservatively. Sillage and longevity are both moderate, but the dry down takes a while to mellow out the sweetness. My favorite part is actually a couple hours into the dry down, as it warms to a very lovely skin scent with just a hint of spice in the background. It's a great scent for summer - young and playful.

Opens as candied raspberry and pineapple, but settles very quickly to a fruity praline. Pineapple remains very present and is a delight for me, who likes this note very much. This frgrance evokes candied pineapple drenched in milk chocolate to me. Quite syrupy for an eau de toilette, but not obnoxious, except when it's very hot outside. Patchouli is very well hidden behind the sweets and reveals itself only after a shower. Longevity is good for an eau de toilette, and excellent on clothes, where the fruity sweetness stays for days.

I've got a nose like a bloodhound, and I've worn La Vie Est Belle since its launch. I KNOW La Vie Est Belle - yet if you gave me a test strip of Live Irresistible, I would insist it's La Vie Est Belle. Live Irrésistible's bottle is beautiful, which is the reason I tested it, but it smells so much like La Vie on me, it actually made me mad. I think there's a slight note of pineapple that makes the two formulas different, but why do marketers have to be such copy-cats?

This is good as I expected. It's a sweet fruity pineapple scent. Similar to the EDP version, only I can't sense rose that intensively. It's a nice scent, great for spring and summer. Reminds me of canned pineapple and pineapple juice. I think it's quite light, not overwhelming in any way. Very good!

Cheerful, fruity cocktail, very sweet, but not a sugar bomb like LVEB. A hint of spice makes it teasing and sexy. Perfect clubbing scent and very nice scent for a girl next door, too.

I love love love this! its so sweet and delicious! it smells like a mix of Miss dior cherie and La vie est belle, the longevity is really good too! Perfect!

Fresh. A fresh boring fragrance. It does not resemble the Eau de Parfum at all.

من اصلا میونه‌ی خوب ای با نُت تمشک ندارم.اون بوی تُرش و گَس سنتتیک که اکثرا یادآور چرمه برام به خاطر توسکان لدر حالا این جا با هلو هم ترکیب شده و حسابی آش شُله قلمکار درست کرده شروع عطر هیچ جوره برام لذت بخش نبود و کاملا روی مخ‌ می‌رفت رگه های بسیار ضعیف مرکبات که زیر سایه‌ی تمشک هیچ جلوه ای نداشتند از همون ابتدا رز رو میشه بیرون کشید که هم جهت با تمشک کار شده؛تُرش و گل‌گون اگر طول عمر عطر رو 90 دقیقه در نظر بگیریم،75 دقیقه اش با حضور لجوجانه‌ی تمشک به سر میشه اما از باقی داستان که کمی قدرت اش کم میشه،شیرینی عطر بیشتر میشه و کمی هم پچولی بهش اضافه میشه و عطر حس و حال بهتر ای پیدا می‌کنه و از اون کرختی در میاد در کل خوشم نیمد و خیلی هم پیشنهاد اش نمی‌کنم -تست شده از نسخه‌ی 2016- ************ scent:6/10 longevity:7/10 sillage:6.5/10 purchase value:2/10 ******* overall:5.3/10

I bought this on accident thinking I was getting the EDP and what a disappointment. Smells like a floral cleaning spray. I usually love raspberry in fragrance but this was a miss! I didn’t get any raspberry, gave it away.

i really thought i would like this. it has a sickeningly sweet fruity start. very youthful. its not horrible but it is not for me.

More berries version of the original. Rather light. Nothing special.

Oh WoW ! It is two things. It is "LIVE" as in "ALIVE" and it is "Irresistible". Presumably you may be partial to desert or all things sugar and spice to like it. I've made references to LI (Edp) but LI (Edt) i enjoy a touch refreshingly so more. . More berries overall and that somewhat realistic "LIVE" strawberry like note that sold me. A little nod to Mon Paris. You may feel some sharp acid moments through its development, but essentially, this is one of the loveliest fruity like fragrances. And i dont sense the chypre as much here, just a little. Really it all comes back to the predominance of a beautiful alive straw-BERRY likeness at the beginning, in and out until the end, where it rests smoothly. I couldnt resist it.

I thought this would be a toned down version of the EDP, but really either my nose is worst than I thought, or the difference is just very very mild. This is overpowering sweet just like the EDP, floral sweet and cloying. I love the dry down on this, it's one of those rare perfumes where I actually like the dry down more than the initial notes, the problem is that the initial intense sweetness takes a lot (around 2 hours) to calm down. This is the kind of perfume that I don't like smelling in others, on me I actually thought it was lovely after the first two hours and had amazing sillage and longevity for an EDT, but who can stand two hours of overwhelming sweetness?

I wore this all week end and I like it without loving it. I would describe it, if it makes any sense, as a soapy/fruity/gourmand scent. It is very lively and cheerful, but with a definite soapy vibe. There is a note that slightly disturb me and I wasn't able to put my finger on it. Now that I re-read the notes here, I think it is the pimento. I'd be curious to smell this without the pimento. Anyway. However, as most Givenchy scents, the longevity and sillage are poor on me, which is very sad. And, once again, the bottle is a masterpiece. Very simple, with the shape of your usual Givenchy bottles, but very, very classy and elegant.

So I just got this after LOVING Delicieuse. The EDT is *very* light. Like, this is a skin scent on me. For context, it's about 70 Fahrenheit here, so it isn't super hot or cold.... it's pretty. It just smells light and pretty and fresh. I cannot distinguish any notes, really. It's a sweet, fruity scent. Does not smell like an Escada scent (and I collect Escadas). This reminds me of if an Escada perfume was invited to a fancy dinner party in the garden. I hope that makes sense.... I found my bottle for $50 USD. Not bad, but a bit disappointed. I do like this, but already know I won't repurchase.

This is the first perfume I have ever owned and love it. It is very sweet and I smell notes of pear and pineapple almost immediately. I can wear this day and night time. I tend to enjoy sweeter scents so I am not surprised by how much I enjoy wearing this. Reading comments, it seems that people who don't like it complain that it is TOO sweet. However, for me, it is perfect. I feel like this last longer than other perfumes I have tried so I am quite impressed. Unlike others, it doesn't turn into a musky scent overtime. It really keeps its beautiful sweet smell!

Rosy and generic fruity. Or at least I couldn't pick out the individual fruits. It's very turkish delight overall. It has a picture of candy floss (cotton candy for those of you across the pond) on the cardboard sleeve so I'm guessing you're supposed to get that kind of vibe from it. Very light gourmand, something to gift to teenagers but which might impress them by being sophisticated and not a 'sleb frag. I personally don't like the dull knobbly glass bottle.

I adore this. It's such an uplifting scent, light, sweet and juicy at the same time. Like cotton candy and pink lemonade. On my skin, it also has a long life for an EDT. I prefer this version to EDP, because the raspberry here is warm and spicy like in my beloved Hot Couture EDT. I usually don't go for sweet scents, but this one is my must-have for this spring and I hope the bottle to stay a lot longer than one season.

Even sweeter than the EDP. While the EDP is similar to LPRN, this smells like some Escada concoction but way way sweeter. If you expect that kind of sweetness like in LVEB or Mon Paris, you will be disappointed. Not classy. Pass. P.S. This reminds me of those Mexican chamoy/chili pineapple lollipops just without the chili. I’d have those as a kid all the time and this smell reminds me of when you would eat the really sweet pineapple flavored candy in the middle. Add on top of that the floral flavored canel gums and bam. That’s this. It’s so so good! Fresh, light, airy, very fruity, sweet, all around an amazing scent tbh.

The perfume has a very fresh and sweet top notes. The notes of patchouli in my opinion are also perceived in the first spray and are mixed with a caramelized raspberry. It is an aroma that invites to the social, it is not annoying but when presenting this complexity and intensity so characteristic, perhaps it will become a bit overwhelming in very closed environments.

Easy to wear, nice light fresh juicy scent, sweet...in a fruity way...not candy...likeable for sure and easy to wear in summery weather! I like it. But I prefer the original, it has more character...EDT is young, fun, uplifting, nothing wrong with it !!! Longevity isn't great though...the base is warmer, but lacks punch..still. Lovely spring /summer scent.

OK, I have been wearing this all week and I am in LOVE!!! If Miss Dior Cherie & Chipie EDP & Lancome La Nuit Tresor L'Eau de Toilette & YSL Mon Paris & Givenchy Delicieuse had a baby, this would be it!!! I do smell patchouli, cherry, almond as well that are not listed as the notes..... I am in LOVE!!!

I tried it at the department store. This just went all kinds of wrong on me. I definitely do not have the chemistry for it. It turned into a gigantic peppery musk unwashed animal bomb on me. Then it goes down to a synthetic wood. kudos to others that can make this work.

Such a pretty light spring like fragrance. Softly sweet and delicate scent which lasts long on my skin. Close to the skin sillage.

even stronger than the eau de parfum and it is a dupe for killian playing with the devil, very , very sweet punch meh
