Pour Homme Blue Label 2024

Don't look at the perfume notes on trollgrantica, they are completely falls. Opens up citrusy and floral, dries down to a green, floral, fresh and slightly spicy scent. I had the OG blue label few years ago, this new bottle has some differences compared to the OG but it retains the core of the dna. Longevity is ok, I get 5h. Signature scent worthy.

Givenchy Blue Label makes my 5th Givenchy fragrance for men. Unlike the Gentleman line, this one is more, as the name implies, “Blue” than the others. It’s aromatic with little-to-no sweetness. This feels like something from the late 90s to early 00s - It’s clean, fresh, a touch green and herbal. Sadly, I don’t really pick up any incense. The profile is nothing noteworthy and feels like it has been done before, but I still enjoy it. That said, the biggest drawback is the performance. I’m not someone who wants, or even enjoys “beast mode” projection. I believe fragrance should be discovered or have moderate projection at most, but this is abysmal. I’ll spray it on at about 8am for work and it’s undetectable by lunch. It’s basically a skin scent after the first 30min. YSL L’Homme has double the lasting power this has. Overall, it’s a nice pickup if you are simply looking to add to your Givenchy collection. Outside of that, I cannot recommend it.

بالطبع النوتات هنا خطا النوتات من موقع جيفنشي الرسمي: النفحات العليا: حمضيات نفحات القلب: دافانا النفحات القاعدية: خشب اللبان ونعم هذه نوتات الشكل الجديد وليس القديم حسب موقع جيفنشي الحمضيات هنا ترنج (جريب فروت) ولكن رائحتها ليمونية او حمضية عامة وليست جريب فروت التي اكرهها مثل تايقر، ماتميز انها جريب فروت الرائحة بسيطة جدا ولكن بشكل ممتاز. لاتغتر بالنوتات المذكورة وتظن انه عطر غريب او صعب، الرائحة الاولى والطاغية هي الحمضيات المنعشة ثم تليها وبفارق ملحوظ رائحة خشب ولكنه خشب الناعم الفاتح مثل خشب الارز يعطي اناقة وخفه للعطر، ثم بالمرتبة الثالثة رائحة عشبية افترض انها الديفانا، ولكنها تأتي بفارق كبير عن النوتتين الاولى. قد اكون خطا وقد تكون الرائحة التي اعتقد انها سيدار هي اصلا الديفانا والرائحة الشعبية من خشب اللبان، المهم ان هذه الروائح التي تشمها بغض النظر عن مصدرها طبعا لايوجد نوتة بخور او دخان اعتقد هذا اللبس لان الخشب المستخدم خشب اللبان فمن وضع النوتات هنا إعتقد انه دخان اللبان وليس خشبه باختصار اذا اردت عطر منعش صيفي ورخيص لكن مختلف عن باقي العطور المنعشة فهذا مناسب، فيه اناقة بسبب الخشب الفاتح لكن يظل الانعاش هو الشعور الطاغي - Of course, the listed notes here are incorrect. The notes according to the official Givenchy website are: Top notes: citrus Heart notes: davana Base notes: olibanum wood And yes, these are the notes of the new design, not the old one. According to Givenchy, the citrus here is grapefruit, but to my nose it smells lemony or like a general citrus accord, not the type of grapefruit I dislike such as in Tyga. It does not stand out as grapefruit. The scent is very simple, but executed extremely well. Do not be misled by the listed notes and think this is a exotic or challenging fragrance. The first and dominant impression is fresh citrus. This is followed, with a clear gap, by a woody note, but a soft, light wood similar to cedar, which gives the fragrance elegance and lightness. In third place comes an herbal note, which I assume is davana, but it appears much later and much weaker than the first two notes. I may be mistaken, and what I perceive as cedar could actually be davana, and the slightly herbal feel could be olibanum wood. The important point is the smell you actually get, regardless of its source. There is no incense or smoke note at all. I believe the confusion comes from the term olibanum, where some assumed it meant olibanum smoke(incense) rather than the olibanum wood itself. In short, if you want a fresh summer fragrance that is affordable yet different from typical fresh scents, this is a good choice. It has a touch of elegance from the light wood, while freshness remains the dominant feeling.

Wil Givenchy niet verdienen aan zomerluchtjes? De hele Givenchy Gentlemen lijn en de Society flankers zijn voor het koele deel van de seizoenen. En de "Only' lijn van Jean Jacques is inmiddels geheel uit productie. En ja de markt is oververzadigd en wordt overspoeld met voorall meer van het zelfde, maar kom op Givenchy doe ons versteld doen staan !! - Doesn't Givenchy want to profit from summer fragrances? The entire Givenchy Gentlemen line and the Society flankers are for the cooler parts of the seasons. And the Jean Jacques "Only" line is now completely discontinued. And yes, the market is oversaturated and flooded with mostly more of the same, but come on, Givenchy, wow!

Nothing to do with original blue 2004, why you place this new picture on the old frag?! Even the note pyramid is totally different ... This is typical mall melange , chemical soup . To be avoided.

Please don’t tell me they re-use whatever bottles where left of other collections lol wow, what a cheap move 😹😹😹 that’s an indicator there no love put into this fragrance probably a cash graber.

I love this new bottle - its elegant and timeless. A far better choice than the previous 2000's looking blue encapsulated bottle.

Nobody has had their nose on this yet but are still ‘reminded’ of another fragrance. Idiots.

Tell me, is ambroxan added in this version, as is now fashionable to do?

Is this a reformulation, or only a bottle redesign?
