Vanilla Crush

Her, for swap, new w/o box, pics, batch code, atomizer tested, very nice w/o being akin to mancera atomizers that seem to spray a ml each time you depress the button all the way down... especially nice for an extrait for reasons that should be obvious. I can let her go w/ the limited B&BW Milk-Bar collab set of mist & cream in the most popular of the collection, ‘Birthday Cake’. Incl. Fair ♻️’s only. Suggest 1 or 100. I have many fragrances for swap rn - between 22-27 is my guesstimate. Not counting partials, hair or body mists, aerosol or concentrations less than EDP (a single exception to be made from a masculine fragrance I blind bought because it’s ‘unisex’ & Guerlain (it has a very light eau de testosterone accord that I refuse to wear for free much less pay for the privilege). I digress. I also decant my entire collection & am not above evening the scales with fb’s, partials, body- care I own entirely to much of (also up for sharing the deets on everything personal fragrance that may be worth the trouble of packing & 🚢 if we can find enough to trade out) & I have no issue adding to or accepting from with a few Benjamins 😌

Perfect summer vanilla that can stand on its own. Could be a distant more sweeter and vanilla forward cousin to Santal 33 (maybe it is the iris). Dusty, dry, vanilla with ....This is not my usual scent profile. I do not like powder scents, Santal 33 or iris notes, but I love this. Very well blended, your skin but better almost (I finally found a musk that works with my skin chemistry). I combined Ice Cream Fantasy Parfums by Chérie with Escapade Gourmande by Maison Mataha (I hated this when I first got it ) and got something very similar to this scent. Edit: My original review was based on a bottle that I purchased from Mercari. I then purchased a new full sized bottle from So Avant Garde. The So Avant Garde perfume smells very lactonic, very similar to Ice Cream Fantasy Parfums by Chérie. I do not pick up the musky dry vanilla from this bottle.

This is a powdery, caramelized, musky vanilla. It opens strong with a vanilla cake or maybe more of a creme brûlée smell. As it settles there’s a slight fruitiness to it and I start smelling iris. It’s different than most woody vanillas I like, probably because iris is quite powdery. It’s simple and very yummy!

This smells almost EXACLY like Vani Charnel!! And I love Vani Charnel so this is a good thing for me! Vanilla Crush wears as a closer scent bubble but it lasts all day. Safe blind buy if you love Vani Charnel or simple gourmand vanillas!

This reminds me of EOS Vanilla Cashmere! It's like the perfume version of it if there was one.

To me this is pretty lactonic even though it's not listed .. it smells to me like I'd *hoped* fresh cream from Philosophy would smell like, which actually smells more like canned milk but it gives off a similar vibe.. Vanilla crush to my nose has a more powdery lactonic vanilla smell which is quite nice and light and rounded out a bit by the pear blossom. It's not really anything spectacular, it's nice if that's what you're looking for and didn't get it with fresh cream. I think over priced, $220 cad for a 50ml?! .. though for what you get but could be perfect for someone who seeks that type of scent. It's not at all like bianco Latte which is brighter and punchier and to me has more wow factor. This could be a body lotion smell tbh. Similar but not quite the same as EOS warm cashmere but less "buttery"

When I first tried this I was immediately reminded of this vanilla oil from C.O. Bigelow, which is an incredibly buttery and concentrated vanilla scent. That’s the main impression I’m getting from this: buttery. It’s not that it’s savory, but it smells like raw baking ingredients you are mixing together. After a few hours it settles into the usual non-de script powdery vanilla, but it retains some character for a while before that. I collect “simple” vanilla fragrances, and I do like this one. It’s predictable, uncomplicated, and just different enough to not be redundant.

Does smell like EOS vanilla cashmere yet more fruity! I’m not sure it is worth the price but it does smell very sweet and nostalgic to me.

It's simple, but beautiful vanilla. Too simple for my nose. But you try it - maybe it's your most wanted vanilla scent!

I literally just got this in the mail, and I’m not impressed. I paid 121$ for a basic vanilla you can get at bath and body works. Maybe my nose is a bit more refined these days, but this is literally just vanilla in a bottle. Yes it smells delicious. Yes it would go good with layering combinations, but I don’t do much layering. It’s not my thing. This is a very basic vanilla. I’m not saying it doesn’t smell good, but I can’t smell any other notes other than just straight vanilla. I don’t get any pear. I do get the “spun sugar” a bit, yet I hardly even get the musk. What I have here is a straight vanilla. You can literally buy this at bath and body works for 15$. I paid 156$ with all the fees from Mercari, and I will be turning right back around and selling it because it just doesn’t do much for me at all. Yes I love how it smells, but that’s just because it’s vanilla. We love vanilla! lol. I thought there would be something a bit more refined or complex considering the price, but nope. Pure vanilla extract in a bottle. If I liked to layer then I would keep it for other fragrances, but I don’t so there’s that. I adore iris, yet I can’t smell any iris either. Way overpriced if you want my opinion.

I’ve been on a sweet tooth gourmand kick, but this is too sweet even for me. It’s straight up musky buttery vanilla sugar, smelling a little dab hurts my throat ever so slightly. It’s movie theater popcorn drenched in a cup of that artificial liquid “butter” with vanilla. This actually reminds me of Phulr’s Caramel Skin in that sense. I think the price point should be closer to Caramel Skin body mist as a result. This is very juvenile, nothing complex about it, nothing to round it out to make the sweet a little more tolerable. I would put Jousset Accident a la Vanille a bit above this one... that one feels slightly more complex than this, but I would need to compare side by side. I want to like it, and for the first millisecond of a sniff, I do. Then I just feel sick.

Too gourmandy for my taste - it smells like a vanilla strawberry cake. But might be good for mixing/layering. Not as synthetic as Bianco Latte. I prefer cooler vanillas like Vanilla Fields or Sel-Vanille.

Sweet lovers, this one is for you. Smells like cake—very, very sweet and sugary. A bit too dessert-forward for me personally, but I can see it being a cozy gourmand for the right nose.

So basic, very disapointing. Plain vanilla or white chocolate I wouldnt wear it BUT, its the perfect scent to layered with. By the fire place with it is very pretty

I absolutely love Vanilla fragrances, but the floral notes of Pear Blossom and Iris in this one were completely headache- inducing. Very sad to say those notes ruined it for me. Very Sugar-Floral heavy! And I usually obsess over sweet fragrances. Too florally sweet. Not a floral fragrance girl at all.

I think I’ve been craving a more simplistic vanilla that doesn’t disappear in 40 minutes like Tihota, Escapade Gourmand and all the gourmand vanillas that everyone recommends when you ask which vanilla to buy. I think Vanilla Crush is that girl, well blended and interesting enough to be distinguished from a straight vanilla extract type of effect, but no screeching from the fruits or flowers — vanilla is giving main character energy with some support from the pear blossom and iris. We’ll see how long she wears as the day progresses. Not as musky as Sawaar Vanille Blanc but just as dessert-y.

I truly despise iris when it smells like waxy lipstick (and most of the time it does) so can anyone who has smelled this tell me if that's how this iris behaves? I'm very curious about it because I love vanilla fragrances when they are well done even if they are simple but seeing that iris is making my gag reflex act up lol.

Imagine a glass of white powdery chocolate and vanilla milk with a dollop of play dough This is what it smells like... it delightful! How come nobody mentions the white chocolate is beyond me And this doesn’t smell like vani to me , cause that one has citrus notes

Smells just like EOS cashmere vanilla lotion in the air! I heard about this on TT and immediately got a decant and I’m so glad I did! At the same time you can replicate this scent for $8-$10. Honestly I’ll just stick with my lotion.

This doesnt smell like vani charnel AT ALL. Vanilla crush is a very sweet vanilla sugar type of scent.
