Rose Bulgare Ultime

I wear this fragrance when I bicycle to work, or after a shower at night to help me relax. It's a fresh lemony-rose smell that dries down to a powdery violet with warm musk and sandlewood on me. I smell wiffs of it while at work, and it is definitely a work friendly scent. My male colleagues in the morning arrive at work with a scrubbed down scent and some cologne. When I arrive at work I wipe myself down with a body wipe, and Rose Bulgare Ultime still lingers on me.

I now have four of these little perfume oils. I have Rose Bulgare, Universelle, Rive, and Alpine Vert. i really like them they remind me a lot of Atelier Colognes. i find they smell clean but not soapy and i like how they sit close to the skin. i find that the scents last longer if you rub the oils in places where your clothes will absorb the scent. the only negative is how much they are but I purchased mine through ipsy where they are much cheaper.

Nice rose, with scent development during wear. It starts off as strong, pure rosewater, then dash of lemon juice gets added. The salt makes it more fresh and adds interesting dimension to lemon and bergamot (I find salt note here a bit similar to Jo Malone's Wood Sage and Sea Salt the way it modifies citrus fruit accord by counteracting sour smell). During wear becomes softer with warm woody violet. I find it totally unisex. Well balanced and underrated. I wish rose lingered around a bit stronger on drydown, but otherwise it is very nice.

To me this is exactly the smell of those little packaged bar soaps that you get at fancy hotels. A very gender neutral, soapy rose that wears very close to the skin. I think this could be nice for times when you might want a little lift without committing to Wearing A Fragrance. Wouldn’t pay full price for it.

This is nice. Definitely unisex, although I think this leans slightly more masculine; reminds me of some men’s shower gels. It smells like an aquatic slightly vintage rose. Not my favorite but nice overall.

•Rose Bulgare Ultime • smells like rose water pink lemonade with musky clean soapy skin. The rose in this is unisex not girly or dated at all! I tried the oil version and it lasts all day long and it’s pretty strong. Think of FENTYMAN’S ROSEWATER PINK LEMONADE (which I love) and a bit of clean woodsy musk. This brand is so underrated.
