Oh YES... Back to the amusement Godet's gems. This is 80s powerhouse femme mixed up with 90s sweetness, & 20s glamour! It's delicate yet confident White floral power that i can't define which is powerful the milky tuberose, or the gardenia! mingled with fruitti notes that is resembled by coconut, and tiny peaches, with hints of pineapples. No roses is detected. I can detect iris that resembles powdery yet cosmetic note that comes after 10 minutes in beside the arise of the beaches, & pineapples. Lady Sonia has an amazing ability for transcending creativity to travel through time! I see this as the essence of "Delysia Lafosse" (Amy Adams) in "Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day" movie. A beautiful blend indeed.

Finally Godet's are added to Fragrantica!!!! This one is one of my three faves from this house. Very feminine, with killer projection and aristocratic elegance of the past. They use crazy amounts of naturals in here and you smell the quality from miles away. For me it's tuberose-peaches absolute that is creamy and decadent. I can only dream to smell the vintage inspiration for this fragrance. Longevity 8h easy, sillage pretty close to being beast. Can be worn easily in heat as well as in cold weather. Masterpiece of French authentic perfumery surviving through centuries

The first blast I get is juicy, tangy peach (very gourmand), followed by a creamy tuberose which is more dominant than the gardenia. The dry down on my skin after 30 minutes is creamy tuberose, kind of similar to Kenzo Jungle L' Elephant minus the spice. Longevity is really good, about 6 hours. Edit: I will like to add that the creamy tuberose here is similar to Robert Piguet Petit Fracas, they could be sisters. For whoever is looking for a creamy, bubblegum tuberose, this is in the same family.

This is 100% a powdery, slightly soapy patchouli bomb on me - despite being reassured by the decanter I bought this from that the patchouli is subtle or not detectable. I don't get any fruits or distinct white florals or distinct vanilla at all. The patchouli is more smooth than other perfumes I've tried, in which patchouli can smell herbal/medicinal or dirty head shop. But seeing as patchouli is one of my least favorite notes and powdery is one of my least favorite qualities for a fragrance, it's a no from me. I have a 10mL decant up for swap for CONUS, 2 sprays missing, if you want to test this!

Smells fruity and floral, definitely feminine. Very powdery and creamy. I personally find the white florals or fruit notes really weirdly rounded off with an almost lactonic element (maybe from the natural vanilla) which to me feels disturbing and nearly cloying. It smells somewhat better over time though, maybe it was the drydown or just me getting accustomed to the scent. I tested this on paper.

Super sweet fruity bubblegum tuberose. I blind bought a bottle from Godet and I am very happy with it. It is almost too sweet (and I love gourmands usually) but it lightens up after the initial fruity blast and I get a light sweet bubblegummy wafting around me all day. There is a tiny bit of powderiness in there somewhere as well.
